Hi, I am an Enthusiast Photographer, who has photographed all my life - but only got into serious photography after retirement.

At first, I was interested in taking Portrait, but was encouraged by mentors to take on fashion, Lingerie, 'topless' and 'art nude' and I have found these areas of photography are the most interesting to me. Through this I believe I have gained a respect and appreciation of the female body and beauty and try to create photographs that are stylish and elegant.

I'm pleased to say I have taken 'some' really good images, which have been well received. My 'main' interest now is perfecting studio flash with dark shadows, in Art Nude and greater use of costumes and props in my photographs.

I have owned and loved Canon cameras for years. My current camera is the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV full frame camera and Canon EOS 7D Mark II as my half frame. My favourite lenses are Canon EF 24-105mm F1.4 L IS II USM and Canon EF 70-200mm 1:4 L IS USM. Although I use my F1.4 50mm Prime lens more often recently.

I am Chairman and Secretary of a local Camera Club.

I have an ideally located top floor flat in Poole, with beautiful all round natural light, and in which I use all rooms as a Home Studio, equipped with a set of 4 strobe/flash lights; soft-boxes; barn-doors and studio Backdrops. The 'studio' is blessed with good natural light as well as a dark area for flash and shadow work, it has a balcony , stairwell and a beautiful maintained garden, ideal for shooting.

I am now looking at gaining more experience in Portraiture, Beauty and Art Nude with a variety of studios and models.
