So had a noir shoot with Paul ( we live together so not breaking any rules) this is the first time I have modelling with him.. And I can say he did amazing he can take direction with easy and pose on his own Paul is so easy to get on with and he knows a thing or to about photography so can also help out on a shoot as well as modelling so I would 100% recommend him to all

I'm lucky enough to live with Paul and with us both being photographers and myself a model, we can often play out ideas with each other.

The country is now in lockdown so real shoots with others are nigh on impossible. I turned the table on Paul though today, I had the photography urges and needed a model so....

I wanted to shoot some more noir and Paul fits the theme perfectly. He's great at styling, has a good wardrobe and brought exactly what I needed to the shoot.

Poses well, takes direction but equally has his own valuable input.

He's not got the confidence he ought to have because he knows so much and understands lighting and posing etc.

Onyx Photo Studio

Paul and his partner came to the studio for a portfolio building session with another photographer and it was a pleasure to welcome him to the studio. He was polite and cheerful and a lot of fun to work with. It’s nice to see more male models appearing on PP and he arrived with a huge wardrobe including some fantastic 1940s outfits and a large range of great shoes. He was confident in front of the camera and happy to take direction and he had some great ideas too. The photographer got some great shots. Thanks very much and highly recommended

Capture to keep

Worked with Paul for the first time today, to help expand my portfolio and he did just that. thank you Paul.

Paul was accommodating to what I wanted to achieve in the photo shoot and his background in photography moulds well to understanding how to achieve the desired outcome.

Paul had a wide selection of clothing, which were used and he was more than happy to swap and change outfits quickly during the session.

Definitely recommended and thanks again Paul.

looks a bit bad that I have left three refs in a row but, I could tell from the first shoot that Paul had what it took to be a model. A photographer and an artist he already understands light, posing and more importantly 'creating'. This time I asked him to do a Noir shoot with me and he was more than willing. As before he quickly got into character and completely nailed the look I was after. I'm loving his versatility and resulting images. Thank you

Location shoot with MalikModel today and a bit of a tough one to start with. Aside from having to play a character he also had to wear full make-up. He took ot in his stride and absolutely aced it, getting straight into character. Very easy to work with, moulds himself into the brief and being a photographer himself understands light.

Honoured to have been photographer for MalikModels first official shoot. I was a little nervous myself as I'm a relatively new studio shooter. MalikModel was very easy to work with, played the character well, took direction and was able to pose freely which helped me no end. I would certainly work with him again. Recommended!!
