References for MAAN Studios

I shot at this studio for the first time today and really enjoyed it!

First of all, the location is great - 10 minute walk from the train station. It's beautifully set beneath railway arches with lots of outdoor photo opportunities.

The studio itself is a good size - not as big as some others but plenty of space and potential to get a variety of shots done. Lots of wonderful equipment (a mystery to me but my photographer was well pleased).

There's tea/coffee facilities in the studio, and a proper kitchen & toilets in a separate building outside. Everything was clean, modern and well looked after.

The studio owners were extremely friendly and helpful, a pleasure to meet.

Overall, I'd recommend this studio and will be recommending it to my London photographers. Fab location, lovely studio, nice people, what more could you want?!

I had my first shoot at Maan studios recently and I am so happy that it's now on my radar.

The studio is cosy but perfectly set out and very well equipped. The owners could not have been more helpful throughout (even switching out seats for my model so I had a higher one and my back didn't hurt!)

I would love to come back and work here again. Highly recommended.

Had a great first shoot at the studio :D Ann-Marie and Mark were incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly :)

The studio is full of excellent kit (amazing how much they squeeze in) and I really enjoyed shooting with the Elinchrom's - loved the small size and low power of the D One's for use on a boom and the 500's for normal powered lighting.

Highly recommended!

My first time at MAAN and a real treat. The studio isn’t massive but it fabulously equipped. The owners are a lovely couple, Mark is very knowledgeable and both are extremely helpful.

I think it’s difficult to find realistically priced studios in London but MAAN is an exception.Great value and very well layouted. Highly recommended.

I booked my first proper studio shoot at MAAN Studios, and couldn't be happier! Mark and Ann-Marie are both fantastic - very helpful, really friendly and make a cracking cuppa : )

The studio was absolutely perfect for me - great size, all the equipment I could hope for (and a fair amount I've never heard of), and the location is absolutely ideal.

Will definitely be recommending MAAN Studios and returning soon : )

Had a great shoot at Maan studio today. It was easy to find from the directions and google maps, streatham common station was just a 5-10 minute walk away which was handy.

The studio was just what I needed for some gelled shots with enough lights and modifiers, a tablet linked up to Spotify for music plus ample assistance from Ann Marie when I needed help finding things or changing things like backdrops.

We were well looked after with drinks and she even helped me with waving a hairdryer to add some motion to the models hair.

Really happy I choose Maan for this shoot and would happily return in the future.

Did a shoot with Sakura today for the Grenfell tower fire fund organised at MAAN studios

Although it was a last minute arrangement, thanks to excellent communication we planned and executed an avantguarde themed shoot in one hour slot....

The studio is nicely laid and clean, both Mark and Anne were extremely polite and helpful, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place to any photographer

Well equipped & really lovely studio :)

I'd been to the open evening a few months ago & was impressed by the set up & equipment but what really stands out is how lovely, positive & helpful Mark & Ann-Marie are.

Then last month (June) after I posted a casting offering my fees to the Grenfell Tower fund, Mark & Ann-Marie contacted me as they were touched by my casting & as they were already offering headshots with the fees going to the fund, they offered the use of their studio to organise a studio day with all proceeds going to the fund.

Great coms from the start and on the day could not do enough for everyone. From helping with lighting set ups to cups of coffee!

I will definitely be recommending Maan studios to photographers when they book me.

I had a great shoot with Chiara at the very well equipped Maan studios today. Mark and Ann-Marie (the owners) were very helpful and even assisted me during the shoot. The outside of the studio also provides possibilities to shoot. I will definitely shoot there again.
