Ooooh what a perfect day at the amazing MAAN Studios.

My first studio shoot as a photographer ever! and the best place to begin under the watchful eye of the amazing Ann-Marie and Mark (Hambers on Purpleport) .

Brilliant pre communication helped me prepare what I needed and expert advice from Ann-Marie meant for an extremely fun and productive shoot .

Well what can I say but what a lovely way to go back to shooting but with my local studio MAAN Studios with a very warm welcome and the assurity that everywhere was made Covid Safe and complying above and beyond from hand sanitizers that worked by sensor to temperature checking by sensor before entering so that safety was in place from the get go.

Mark and Ann-Marie are an absolute joy to work with we produced some stunning images inspired by some of my favourite characters.

I can't wait to share them on my portfolio soon thank you so much Ann - Marie and Mark (Hambers on Purpleport) for a lovely afternoon of amazing creativity and collaboration always big love to you both looking forward to working with you again very soon .

I absolutely love this studio, it always feels like home!

Anne Marie and Mark are the nicest hosts, and it was a pleasure to be back at this fantastic studio. Such a fun afternoon.

I cannot fault them at all, given the current situation with COVID, studios are under a bit of pleasure because of the social distancing measures but MAAN studio have already adjusted and have put in measures so that everyone is safe. Temperatures are checked before you step in to the studio. Hand sanitizer station just as you walk.

They have a very spacious & clean studio with a private dressing room for the models, lovely outdoor space. I love this place.

Looking forward to many more shoots ahead, thanks for having me!

First post-lockdown session at MAAN today.

I have to admit I was impressed by the procedures that the studio has put in place to help togs and models work in the safest possible way. Apart from disinfecting the studio after every shot, there’s a new sink installed to wash your hands, plenty of disinfectant around, and to make absolutely sure that you’re good to go, your temperature will be checked before entering the premises. The studio also provides masks and gloves if needed (I had my own).

I generally feel welcome at MAAN, but today I also felt I was working in a totally safe environment, without my creativity being stifled by the procedures. The studio owners were as friendly and helpful as always, supported me with backdrops and lights and everything else — and also made me lovely coffee! Considering the times we’re living, I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience today.

Thank you so much. 5+ stars from me!

I had my first visit and shoot at MAAN Studios today. What a professional and friendly studio it is! I received a warm and friendly welcome from the owners Ann-Marie and Mark (photographer). Anti-Covid19 protocols were in place and there were all the facilities you could want or need. Happy to recommend this modern, versatile venue.

I have been learning how to use their equipment and having them available is extremely helpful. Fully recommend this studio!! Multiple backdrops, lights, stools etc to help with many shoot scenarios

I had such a fun shoot recently at Maan Studio, I cannot believe it's taken me this long to find such an amazing studio close to where I live.

I got greeted with a big smile from the lovely Mark, who offered me refreshments as soon as I arrived. Ann Marie was an absolute sweet heart -I cannot fault these guys, they were fantastic hosts. Very welcoming and a bundle of joy.

As for the studio itself, it has everything you need as far as studio set up equipment, very spacious, various lighting, backdrops and props.

I cannot recommend this place enough, I hope to visit Maan Studio again very soon!

Absolutely love these guys!and what better way to end 2019 than with a shoot at my local studio MAAN studios!

This was a film Noir one to one shoot with John Horne and Mark and Anne -Marie made sure as they always do that it went as smooth as can be with coffee and mince pies flowing where else do you need to be?

I can't wait to create some more stunning images in 2020 with this creative powerhouse of a studio .

My third visit to MAAN studio was as excellent as the previous ones. I’m starting to know the studio and its equipment now, so I feel I can work at a higher pace and produce precisely the images I’m after. Apart from everything you would expect from a professional studio — which includes coffee on tap — you get an amazingly friendly treatment and very affordable rates too. Love, love, love this studio!!

This was my 5th visit to MAAN studios and I just love it there. Mark and Ann-Marie are so welcoming and look after you from start to finish. I have hired the studio with a few different photographers in the past, but this time, I was modelling for a workshop hosted by both Ann-Marie and Mark. The day couldn’t have gone any smoother and I can’t wait until I’m back again.

My second home! I love this Studio but most of all the amazing team Mark (Hambers on Purpleport) and his partner the gorgeous Ann-Marie.

This was a long awaited art nude shoot after discussing a while back it was finally time to make it a reality and I am blown away how amazing the shots came out looking on the screen.

With a whole host of ideas we all collaborated to make something incredible.

I had my first shoot here last month with AdrianG and Natalie Ellen. Mark and AnneMarie were very friendly. The studio is really fab! It's under the station but when you are inside you feel so nice, safe and without distractions!!!☺ Inside there is everything you need, lights for the photographers, a small kitchen and a make-up area. I hope to work again here and I highly recommend it

I found out about MAAN studio when I needed a place to start shooting for a new project.

Ann-Marie, one of the owners, was very kind and helpful starting from the first email we exchanged. We got down to the details of the booking within a very short time, without any wavering.

The studio itself was immaculate -- very well kept. It offers an organised and professional environment for the photographer and a clean and safe space for the model. I found everything that I needed to start working: various types of lighting, modifiers and triggers, and a wide range of background papers.

During the day, Ann-Marie was always available and provided technical help when needed, but was very unobtrusive during the shoot itself so that the model and myself could work undisturbed.

I had exactly the images I needed, and everything was so well organised and ready for the shot, that I finished about 90 minutes before I had planned.

I thought it was a fantastic studio and I'm pretty sure I will visit again.

Well back at my favourite Studio! another brilliant shoot this time with Mark (hambers on Purpleport) and the lovely Ann-Marie.

Today's shoot was focusing on portraits.

We managed to create some stunning images thanks to Mark's expert knowledge on lighting and angles .

From what I saw of the images from the back of the camera they were in a class of there own!

I love working with this awesome team they always make you feel like a million dollars with there hospitality and warm welcome and will produce some show stoppers for your portfolio!
