I had an amazing first shoot with Lucien today. He was a pleasure to work with and I’m really glad I had the opportunity to work with him.

Lucien had excellent pre comms prior to the shoot detailing the kind of shots he was after so I had a clear idea of what he wanted.

He arrived on time to collect me at the station and his hospitality was brilliant.

We shot at his house using his backdrops and the natural light shooting nude. The shoot flowed beautifully and Lucien was very easy to work with.

I can highly recommend him to other models and hope to work with him again in the future.

I had a wonderfully enjoyable shoot with this gent! :) Lucien was so kind and understanding when we spoke during pre-communications... I had had a totally mad patch with work and travel so I totally lost his message after first seeing it appear in my emails meaning it was quite a while before I relied! But he was so lovely and cool about it, as such: we planned a date during a tour I would embark on of the Guildford area and spoke about the style/plan. Lucien is a very professional person and was clear and informative in his messages about the way in which he planned to shoot and styles he wanted to cover. You know exactly what to expect on the day with Lucien as he his open, polite and honest in his lovely emails. Certainly a fabulous person exchange with.

On arrival at Lucien's lovely home where the shoot took place, I was met with the most unbeatable hospitality! He and his lovely wife had prepared a selection of snacks/drinks for the shoot to pick-at leisurely and for lunch. I had my own space to change/do touch ups and offload my gear which was well equipped for in-between shoot sets. Lucien had a very specialised setup in his stunningly large (and private) garden which can only be described as pure genius! The weather was nice for us but the setup also meant that you could retreat to the comfort of indoors if not: Lucien also made sure that I was happy and comfortable at all times and showed such appreciative concern that the conditions were still okay for me to work. It goes so far when a photographers asks after your wellbeing like this because it's the start of what is to shape the rapport and working relationship on the shoot.

We had a cracking time working through the sets and got a lovely range of looks completed. The backdrops naturally presented around Lucien's garden are just the best! Sometimes all it took was to just introduce a prop/piece of furniture because the setups as a whole just worked so well! There was a fabulous work flow attached to this shoot from start to finish, I got good vibes from Lucien as we worked together and we chatted as we worked/he gave lovely feedback plus encouraging breaks in-between the sets. :) A genuinely decent and warm-hearted photographer who genuinely values what models bring to a shoot. I couldn't have enjoyed the session more and loved the results we were getting! Lucien is a brilliant creative with an excellent eye, not only has he single-handedly put a lot of thought into his shoots and set-building but he's so swift when it comes to managing the light! There were one or two occasion when the sun made a cheeky appearance out of nowhere but Lucien managed it perfectly and still made beautiful imagery out of the moment.

I had an absolutely amazing shoot with Lucien! His pre shoot comms were spot on and the shoot itself was brilliant. Lucien is a kind, respectful and effervescent man with such joy and enthusiasm for life. And he made me a lovely lunch and gave me loads of nibbles for my journey home. It also looked like he produced some lovely images of me, making good use of his nice garden. I would not hesitate to recommend Lucien to anyone and work with him again.

Well after about a year of a messaging myself and Lucien finally managed to work together and to sum it up it was absolutely well worth the wait. Lucien is one of the friendliest, warmest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I went to shoot at his house and from the moment I stepped through the door I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable, not only by him but also by his lovely wife and daughter. Lucien had gone out of his way to ensure I was happy, relaxed and at total ease and as a result the shoot absolutely flew by. Lucien is a great photographer who had a clear idea what he wanted to achieve from the shoot but was very happy to let me pose freely. He is also an absolute gentleman and someone I would love to shoot with over and over again. Very highly recommended.

I had a wonderful first shoot with Lucien. He is a true gentleman. Pre-communication was clear, efficient and prepared. He welcomed me into his home studio with a coffee and snacks, and we had a chat about the type of work he enjoyed creating.

We shot outside in the natural light, and having had a look at the back of the camera at some of the images, you can understand why he fulfils his life with photography....his lighting just falls off the model in such delights. He is passionate, optimistic, intelligent and an enjoyable human being, and I really can not wait to shoot with him again. Thank you ever so much!

Yet another awesome shoot with Lucien. I made a trip up to Guildford to work with him and made it into a mini tour. Wow ... Lucien is a dream to work with! I had worked with him on a couple occasions before so i knew it would be a gooden. On arrival he warmly welcomed me and explained the running of the day which ran so smoothly. We went out on location for 3 sets and i got to also meet his lovely family. We then came back for lunch which was delicious! Then carried on shooting another 3 sets outside in his garden. We timed this perfectly as the weather was perfect then the moment we had finished the rain came down. Then it was time to unwind over a cuppa and listened to a concert in his rather amazing surround sound fancy living area. An amazing experience! Lucien is an absolute pleasure to model for. Kind, polite, respectful and full of fun and i do hope to have this opportunity again in the not to distant future.

I have recently had my first shoot with Lucien on my most recent tour. Right from the start, Lucien's communication was absolutely spot on. He was so organised with a shoot plan and specific ideas as to what he wanted to achieve during our shoot.

We shot outside at his home and Lucien was very considerate about the cold, ready with snacks and hot drinks which was very much appreciated!

Lucien is friendly, professional in approach, organised and great company.

I thoroughly enjoyed our time together and sincerely hope we have the opportunity to work together again in the future.

I had a fantastic time working with LuceD this week. After meeting him at the Guildford social last month, we decided to shoot a couple of hours at his home, and it was fantastic. Pre shoot comms were absolutely perfect, I knew exactly what to expect from the moment I entered his home. I was made 100% comfortable and shooting with him was a breeze. LuceD is laid back, whilst professional and incredibly passionate about his photography.

It was my 1st time with LuceD. We communicated very well before the shoot, and I felt in ease with him.

When I was at his place, he showed me his plans, he was very clear in his explanations. He allowed me to pose as I wanted, combining his ideas and mine.

Great shoot with an easy-going man. Recommended!

I worked with Lucien for the first time last month and it was a fantastic shoot.

His pre communications were excellent and he sent a very detailed first messaged introducing himself and letting me know exactly what he was looking to shoot.

He booked a date fairly in advance and stuck to it.

During the shoot he was incredibly relaxed and allowed me to pose freely and gave guidance where necessary.

I felt very at ease, conversation flowed incredibly well- Lucien is absolutely great to talk to and such a laugh.

I would highly recommend him to other models and I hope that I get the chance to work with him again this year :D

After working with Lucien last month i was delighted when he said he wanted to re-book another shoot with myself, this time on a 1-2-1 basis.

I couldnt have wished for someone more hospitable and accomadating!. I was touring with Chris Conway and white label and although my shoot was 1-2-1 he welcomed them both into his family home put the tv on for them and plied them with food and drinks, how lovely is that. Mean while we were having an awesome shoot in his garden. I love the way Lucien works i get to free move and he just snaps away. After seeing results from our last shoot i know they are going to be awesome. Im so leased i got another opportunity to work with this very genuine lovely guy and hope there will be more opportunities in the future.

He came and joined myself and Chris Conway on a workshop event we hosted at woodbridge studio and it was a joy to model for him. He was 100% professional, worked well amongst the group and plenty of fun. He has already uploaded images from the event and im liking what i see :-) His attitude towards the learning process of the day was spot on. Lucien was one of the photographers that attended a location lighting workshop that I hosted at Woodbridge Studios with model Amie Boulton last Sunday, and it was an absolute pleasure to have him there.

Although we didn't have a huge amount of time to get to know each other, I'd have no hesitation in recommending him as a photographer to anyone looking to work with him, either on a group event like this or on a 1-to-1 basis.

We're already seeing some great images from Lucien, and look forward to seeing more!
