Well this was my second shoot with Lucien and again what a fabulous shoot.

Pre comms were as usual spot on as was the shoot plan and direction throughout the shoot.

Lucien welcomed me into his home and had refreshments and snacks to hand which were much appreciated :)

We shot a number of sets using the garden and a red back drop working from lingerie up to nude and I can’t wait to see what we produced.

Lucien is so easy to get along with and I regard him as a friend too, The shoot flowed and we chatted which was really nice to catch up after being in lockdown for so long.

What can I say thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable shoot and I 💯 recommend Lucien to any model he’s awesome.

LuceD was a pleasure to work with! I had the honour of giving him his first remote photoshoot experience! LuceD promptly responded throughout all communications and learnt the virtual photoshoot process at ease. He was very patient when I realized I accidentally dropped my camera’s cord out of my camera bag while leaving my house where I had to wait for someone to pick it up and drop it off to me. Overall, LuceD was a professional, respectful, and reliable photographer who has a great eye for creating beautiful artwork. I would highly recommend him! :)

I had my first shoot with Lucien today, and it was amazing!

He was very welcoming and had a lovely spread out for breaks, everything was set up and ready to go when I arrived and he was very organised and efficient. Lucien is very chatty and made me feel comfortable as soon as he opened the door, he knew what he wanted from the shoot and made pre comms very easy.

I would absolutely recommend Lucien to anyone without hesitation, thank you for today! :)

Well What can I say but what an absolute pleasure to shoot with Lucien a true Gentleman and really easy to get along with, The time flew by!

The shoot was in his lovely garden and we had the perfect weather which was a bonus,

Pre comms were excellent, Fantastic shoot plan and the refreshments and snacks were very much appreciated,

Really felt like I had known Lucien for years the conversation flowed I felt very much at ease at all time, Thank you it really was a super morning ;)

I would a 100% work with Lucien again and recommend to any model looking to work with him you won’t regret it, A really lovely chap,

I had my first shoot with Luce D recently and I have to say what a delight it was. Although it was overcast and a little chilly, we shot in the garden but Lucien was always concerned about my comfort, allowing me to take as many breaks as necessary to warm up. Snacks were available on arrival which was a lovely welcoming touch.

Lucien is a great person to shoot with, very easy going, nothing too much trouble and very accommodating.

I would certainly not hesitate in recommending Lucien to any other models.

Lucien is truly a joy to work with: we’d already had a highly successful first shoot at his home in Guildford on a previous tour/trip down South... So when the opportunity came for me to be passing by his neck of the woods again and Lucien confirmed that he was indeed game for another photo shoot, I was already exceedingly confident that we would have a whale of a time once more; and of course unspeakably happy to catch up as the time had just flown since we first shot!

We worked from Lucien's lovely place again which, I cannot stress enough, he kits out absolutely perfectly for the occasions when models visit to work on photo shoots. He sets a space/room aside entirely private for changing where necessary and makeup/etc. with handy bathroom facilities next door... As a model you feel the hospitality straight away and I always feel so well looked after and comfortable during my visits. And; it doesn’t stop there! Lucien has delicious snacks/replenishments and drinks prepared and literally on-hand to take and nibble as needed! He really does go to every length possible to produce an atmosphere that a model can feel entirely safe/secure within and subsequently do their job under a positively maintained environment. :D Now on the shooting side... I must have absolutely mentioned this before because I couldn’t not have! But Lucien's predominant shoot set-up during our times working together has been in his garden. And it’s actually more neutral or I guess *studio-like* than one would immediately think if you just saw the bulk of the results: but he’s actually engineered an utterly ingenious setup which enables those involved to dash in and out of the house instantly when needed. And then, when “in-action” with the shooting, create nothing short of simple serene beauty within a picture reaping all the benefits of that big light source in the sky but amid a very simple and non-busy scene. It’s ground breaking on a creative/picture-making level yet ever so simple at the same time! I’ll never forget how impressed I was when I first shot with Lucien... :) And of course the actual garden with all of its lovely features is there as another option for the productive flow as well. He really does have the best of every world in what he’s done, and it’s completely private/not overlooked at all. Just brilliant!

In his photography, Lucien is sharp as anything! He had the task of balancing that mischievous light all session long... And even though we shot in December this time, we still had the sun peeping out to reap havoc haha! The sheer number of winning shots at the end of the day really was jaw dropping: Lucien kindly let me take some “behind the scenes/back of camera” snaps and I saw then what kind of editing/sorting task this awesome photographer faced! He really has a style of working that he’s nailed with innovative precision making the results just repeatedly stunning. :) After the shoot; he was so kindly gracious and sent me the processed results of what he had worked through and it’s so exciting to see the work in all their glory at the end of clearly a very careful and creative journey in each shoot executed. He really puts his heat and soul into his work and I can confirm this first-hand personally!

And I cannot wrap up my reference without highlighting the superb professionalism and etiquette shown by this wonderful gentleman. I touched upon it briefly earlier in how he stretches far to make models feel completely safe and welcome... But his whole manner and character is just commendable in every way. You couldn’t meet a nicer person! He shows endless respect to the models he shoots, and is very aware of their well-being and happiness at all times during the course of a shoot. He made it absolutely clear that I was free to take as many breaks as I needed to warm up/replenish. And whilst the shoot itself brought great yield in the volume of winning results; Lucien is very relaxed and easy-going a photographer to shoot with. :)

Thus I cannot stress just how much I recommend this terrific person!

Lucien and I have been planning this shoot for a while. He is thorough with his pre communication and made sure I knew exactly what he was looking for on the day.

He arrived promptly and was relaxed and easy to get along with.

It was quite a dull day and as we were working with just natural light I was worried this would be a problem. But it wasn't at all. Lucien is one of those photographers who loves to work with natural light and uses the grain and shadows to his advantage. We worked really well together our enthusiasm firing each other up. We would take the time over a particular shot to perfect it and it was a joyous way to work.

Lucien was open to my ideas and suggestions and together we created some images that I am incredibly proud of.

This has been one of my most enjoyable shoots and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is great company, a totally gentleman, accomplished photographer and lovely to work with.. What more could you want?

I had an amazing shoot with LuceD at his home in Guildford! Pre comms were great. He had snacks waiting on my arrival which was lovely! We shot outside and got some fantastic images that I love! Highly recommend.

I worked with LuceD for the first time last week. It was mega easy to arrange with great comma beforehand.

When I arrived he showed me around. I had a separate room to change in with a dressing gown if needed. He had laid out sandwiches, snacks and drinks which was lovely. Then he ran through everything we were going to shoot, making me feel at ease immediately.

He was friendly, welcoming and fun to work for.

I would highly recommend working with him if u get the chance :)

I worked with Lucien for the first time recently and had an absolute BLAST! Lucien got in touch with me a month ago to ask if I was interested in attending a shoot in Guildford with him at his home- so I organised a mini tour and made the drive- and I am so very glad I did! :P

From the offset Lucien was extremely professional but equally so kind, hospitable, thoughtful and respectful. Lucien's home is beautiful!

He had very kindly prepared sandwiches, nibbles and refreshments for when I arrived and was a complete gentleman from start to finish. I absolutely adored Lucien's company and could have spent the day talking and laughing!

Lucien's photography was wonderful- very organised, prompt and quick! He loves to take photographs in natural light (my favourite!) and FAST (again, my favourite way to shoot- to go flupidly from pose to pose I find really enjoyable) usually quality photographic equipment. The photographs looked absolutely wonderful and I can't wait to see the uploads!

Lucien has an infectious, highly likeable, warm personality and comes with the absolute highest recommendation. I would absolutely love to work together again, highly recommended to all.

Had a great first shoot with Lucien, we had been chatting for a while I travelled to his beautiful home in Guildford he made me feel so welcome and comfortable. He was prepared ready with back drops, ideas & poses he'd like to achieve. It was a real pleasure to work with him he's very friendly, professional & so down to earth which made the shoot feel like a breeze, we had such a fun shoot Id highly recommend him and can't wait to see him again :) x

This is a very very very long over due reference and I am so sorry Lucien! First off let me tell you Lucien is absolutely lovely, from the start of communications you can tell he is completely professional. From the moment he collected me from the station I felt instantly at ease. He is so friendly, respectful and professional from start to finish.

He is also a fantastic photographer! He knows the shots he is looking for and his sets up are fab!

He made sure I was well fed and watered and let me come in to warm up and we were fighting with the showers however he was so patient and considerate.

I honestly cannot recommend Lucien enough he is just absolutely lovely and so easy to work with! If you get a chance to work with him jump at it! Thank you so so much and so sorry this reference is so slow in arriving!

I had my first shoot with Lucien a month ago and have been very remiss in leaving such a gap before leaving my reference.

I received a warm welcome to Lucien’s home which is perfect for his shoots with a separate room for changing and he spent time explaining how he saw the sets were going to work out. He has a garden which lends itself perfectly to natural backdrops and also he had set up a great coloured backdrop for some standing poses. He was always checking that I was comfortable throughout and gave me good precise direction and also welcomed suggestions of mine. He has an excellent eye and is extremely creative and the whole shoot flowed so well.

I had a very enjoyable few hours chatting as we went along and I have no hesitation in recommending him to shoot with. Thank you for your great hospitality Lucien x
