I spent 8 hours shooting at The Little Chelsea Gallery yesterday, it really is such a phenomenal place. There are so many different sets to choose from that after a whole day there we had not shot in every room. I think you could shoot there every day for a month and not completely explore the place.

The space was clean and tidy with plenty of facilities for refreshments. The owner was really lovely about showing us around and making sure that we had anything that we needed.

Considering I spend most of my shoots on location or if I do have the privileged of a studio it is normally teeny tiny, The Little Chelsea Gallery made me feel very pampered, very spoilt, and I want to desperately go back there again and do some more shoots! Fabulous place.

I know I have recently given Tim and this studio a reference but I was there again yesterday and felt I couldn’t let that booking go "un-referenced!"

The studio played host to a reptile themed shoot that I have wanted to do for a while now. The facilities there were just so totally right for what we were doing. The derelict room with its exposed timberwork was ideal for suspending snakes and helped to give the images a slightly sinister feel.

Tim, as always, was the perfect studio boss helping when needed and then hiding in his office afterwards when not (or was that possibly to avoid any nasty, creepy thing that may have escaped!)

Tim is an exceptional host and the gallery is amazing. So many different options, plenty of lights and modifiers, loads of natural light, a ton of props!

All this and its only an hour by train from London.

Shot at this wonderful little studio last month with Mike from Arrow Photography. It was my first studio shoot in many years, but Tim was very welcoming and made me feel at ease the second I arrived. Interesting sets and tons of natural light meant we got so many great shots! Will definitely be back if I have the chance.

The Little Chelsea Gallery is easily one of my favourite studios to go to. Having done a 2 day studio there, the studio is kept clean at all times and always well stocked plus an array of amazing rooms and equipment and props. There is even a choice of clothing that can be used.

Tim was amazing throughout my studio days and made sure I was fed, watered and safe throughout the whole time as well as helping the photographers when needed.

I had my first studio booking today with The Little Chelsea Studio working with Rara Goes Roar.

Tim, the studio owner, was excellent in pre-shoot comms and he let me and my wife visit the studio in advance of the booking to see and check out the facilities there. He was very helpful in setting up and clearing away the equipment, assisting with the lighting (my weak point!) and providing refreshments. He then drifted into the background until needed again.

I can thoroughly recommend this studio and I already have a couple more bookings in the diary!

Brilliant place to shoot.

Tim is a brilliant host. I usually shoot outside and haven't been in a studio for a number of years, but Tim sorted me out with a basic run through of lighting which set me up for the day.

Really easy surroundings to shoot in and plenty of variety available.

I had an apprentice on hand shooting with me and she had a great day exploring what was available in a studio environment.

No doubting I will be back again, and not just because it is local!

Highly recommended so get yourself down there!

I got to shoot in this lovely studio for two days in a row and I can say without a doubt that you will not run out of things to do there :) There are 3 levels to the studio: the lovely white room on the ground floor, the natural light room and boudoir room on the 1st floor and the derelict room which I fell in love with :) The derelict room gives you that real authentic look which is awesome for photographers that want to try shooting derelict scenes but are a little cautious doing it outside. I got to try out all these rooms to my joy :)

The studio is kept very neat and tidy by Tim and he can not do enough for you. Always offering the photographers help with lighting, moving things about and offering snacks and drinks. He is the perfect studio owner :) The studio is well equipped and even has some lovely props.

So I say go ahead and book some time there. You will not regret it. I sure did not :) 100% recommended by me.

I've shot at The Little Chelsea Gallery a couple of times now, with a couple more shoots booked. It's become one of my favourite studios mainly because it doesn't look like a studio. Three different rooms to shoot in and some interesting natural light make it almost like a location shoot - with the advantage of a weatherproof roof and no security guards ;)

Tim's always helpful and chatty, and there's plenty of coffee - highly recommended :D

Oh my goodness, I think I just found a new favourite studio. Not only is The Little Chelsea Gallery a really beautiful, clean, warm and varied space, but Tim is also a lovely, lovely man - I couldn't have felt more welcome throughout my day at his studio, and I can't wait to go back. I had an amazing two days shooting at this lovely studio. Tim is the perfect host and made my stay most enjoyable. The studio it self provides countless opportunities and is so diverse the range of shoots were all unique. The Little Chelsea Gallery is the most homely, welcoming studio I have shot in throughout my 10+ years modelling and I will definitely be returning!! If your looking for a new studio def check this place out :)

The Little Chelsea Gallery is, by far, my favourite studio to shoot in - there's just so much to do!

Lucy Lu and I had the absolute privilege to do a duo studio day there, and we had so much fun! It's such a fantastic place to shoot in, with loads of backdrops and different studio areas, a large area for some beautiful natural light shots, plus an incredibly cool derelict room. I think I could happily work there for a week and still not run out of inspiration! It's such an unique place.

There is also a large area for models to get changed in, and Tim has an excellent selection of outfits.

Tim is the perfect host too, he lets photographers get on with their shoots in peace, but is there in a flash should they need any assistance. He also makes a good cup of tea and the kitchen is also fully stocked with snacks!

The Little Chelsea Gallery is such a calm and happy place. I always feel very relaxed there, even if I'm not modelling, if I'm in the area, I'm always up for popping in for a cup of tea and to see Tim. :)

Had my second shoot in this beautiful studio.

Tim is an absolutely lovely person, very considerate and friendly which gives a pleasant warm welcoming feeling upon entering the studio.

In terms of the studio itself it is really fantastic. It has natural light in two of the three floors (yes, THREE floors!) :D

The space available in the studio is fantastic, with lots of different lights and backdrops to choose.

Tim has also provided a tonne of props in another room which contains a kitchen for making tea and snacks and also a changing room for the model.

I really love this studio, it has a lot to offer and I'd 100% recommend it!

Second Glance

This was a fabulous find and I had a brilliant first shoot at LCG today :)

Tim is one of the world's good guys - nothing was too much trouble for him helping me to make arrangements and his non-pushy, open nature is perfect to make you feel at home at his studio

The Gallery itself offers some fantastic and highly individual shooting opportunities and I am thrilled to have this resource almost on my doorstep

I shot for the first time at The Little Chelsea Gallery last week and what a delightful studio to work in and Tim could not have been more helpful. As usual the English weather let us down so I was unable to make full use of the natural light that I am told usually streams in through the windows, however the available lighting setup was great for the shots I wanted to capture. Although the journey from my home was not the easiest I shall certainly be making more use of the studio in the future.

Had my first photo-shoot at The little Chelsea Gallery yesterday with photographer ACHUKAphoto here on PP. The studio is fully equipped and has lots of different background options (three floors for you to play:D ) , it's very clean and has lots of extra clothing props available :) Tim the owner is always happy to help and very positive and friendly :)

Really enjoyed my time at this studio and I highly recommend it to all :)

I had my first shoot at The Little Chelsea Gallery in Eastbourne yesterday with Bex White. On arrival I was welcomed by Tim who was incredibly friendly and helpful. The studio has everything you will ever need, and there are just so many places and opportunities to shoot you really need to allow yourself plenty of time to get the most out of it. The studio has three floors and most have lots of natural light, and there is also a great selection of studio lighting available should you need to add some extra fill in flash. Tim has worked really hard to ensure that the studio has everything, including off road parking which is really useful as it is in the centre of Eastbourne. It was really refreshing to be able to not just shoot against a white or black background. My only regret is that as I only had two hours with Bex that we ran out of time, and so did not make full use of the third floor derelict room, which means I will just have to go back again. This really is a great studio and highly recommended.

Following on from a casting call from Bex White I attended a 2 hour shoot at the gallery.

Arriving as I did a little early I was nonetheless welcomed by Tim who gave a tour of the building and of course a coffee. Tim was very helpful through the day lending his photographic knowledge as necessary.

I've not visited many studios but they've all felt slightly box like. Not so the Little Chelsea Gallery. Situated over three separate floors each area provides a different and unique shooting experience. Though every area has lighting I found natural light to be more than adequate on the middle and top floors. All the rooms are a good size so for example, an 85mm lens can comfortably be used.

I'm not really a fan of studio photography. I prefer a more natural environment but this studio has changed my way of thinking and I shall certainly be returning.

My thanks to Tim and Bex for a great day.
