I worked with Bex at the Little Chelsea gallery for the first time this week - its a terrific location ! The location itself is huge and very varied in layout, particularly enjoyed shooting in the upstairs 'renovation' room with the excellent natural light. Plenty of daylight and electronic flash in all of the rooms makes for a versatile studio and the host, Tim, was excellent - with advice and assistance whoever needed. Great studio, Tim !

Tim at the Little Chelsea gallery was really great, working hard to help me with lighting and shifting props, nothing was too much trouble yet he would slip away to give us space when he was not needed.

The studio is fantastic, three floors of three totally different sets and each floor fully kitted with lights and props, it would be hard to ask for more. Very reasonable prices. I will be back.

Thanks Tim.

My first shoot at The Little Chelsea Gallery Studio was very enjoyable. It was great having the various studio settings and I made good use of them exploring different looks, lighting and space with the model. Tim is very helpful and encourages you to feel relaxed and at home when using the studio. There is a great selection of lighting equipment and good natural light although the weather was awful the day I shot so the natural light was not at its best but that did not detract from having a fun day of shooting.

I certainly want to use the studio again and although I am no longer based in Eastbourne I still return there a few times a year so once I know when I will be back in town I will organise another shoot at The Little Chelsea Gallery Studio.

My 2nd shoot at the Little Chelsea Gallery, and the gallery was every bit as lovely as the first time I visited.

We used the bedroom set-up this time, which is an absolutely stunning white-painted room with a gorgeous bed, complete with a gorgeous chaise lounge upon which I did extensive lounging! Tim the owner is incredibly welcoming, and didn't even mind that, despite trying my best not to, I got lipstick on his white linen!

Very highly recommended.

The studio is only 5 mins away from Eastbourne station and easy to find. It has got multiple rooms- each room is different from one to another, beautiful furniture, well decorated, interesting props, lots of lightings, kitchen and other essential facilities in place. It has got a homely feel to it and they even had my fav green tea… I didn’t particularly want to leave this place at the end. :-(

This was the second time I have shot at these studios (and third time will be next week!) and I can thoroughly recommend them. Great variety of the three floors and as someone still more inclined to use natural light where I can, this has spaces to do this - sometimes really good if the sun is kind to you on the day! Tim is really helpful and enthusiastic and is improving/adding to the studio facilities regularly.

I shot at The Little Chelsea Gallery for the first time yesterday, 6th Jan. I was blown away by the experience. So many different areas to shoot in, with an incredible variety of looks & styles, and great decor & furniture. Beautiful natural light available but also blinds which can be drawn to prevent any light getting in. Tim was absolutely lovely, welcomed me and showed me to the very large dressing area, which has a stocked kitchen with tea, coffee, water and snacks freely available. There is also a bathroom equipped with a shower which was very handy as I'd had a fairly long journey to reach the studio and it was great to be able to freshen up.

I've never been to such a well-apportioned, well-equipped studio, with such a lovely owner. Highly, highly recommended.

Yet another shoot yesterday at this fantastic studio - I'm starting to lose track of times I've shot there now !!

As others have said it's a fantastic space with 3 very different areas, great chill out area, loads of quality Bowens lights, reflectors and light boxes and props to challenge your creative imagination and then there's owner Tim.

Any successful business depends on the quality of the customer service it provides and Tim has it in bucketloads. You're met like a long lost friend (indeed every model I've taken there has come away saying what a nice guy he is and how they'd love to shoot there again), he then proceeds to help you carry your gear in and upstairs, the kettle goes on, a guided tour is offered to your model, he explains where everything is (and how to use it if you need), he helps you move any of the big props to desired positions and then he disappears to his office not to be seen again until hours later when completely knackered from a long days shoot you manage to crawl out at which point this cheery chappie appears and insists on helping you carry your gear downstairs and into the car.

I say he disappears but should you need anything a quick visit to his office and maybe a rummage in his bottomless cupboard always results in him managing to help you out and it never feels that you are being a nuisance for disturbing him.

Tim runs the best studio I have ever used hence why I already have 3 more shoots booked there and will soon be adding more

THANKS TIM

The space is amazing - so many lovely rooms to shoot in ! The studio can cater for any genre and also supplies many props you can use to.

Tea and coffee is provided as well as a shower / bathroom which came in handy after my shoot.

Can't wait to shoot at the gallery again.

Another fabulous shoot at Little Chelsea Gallery / Studio!

Loads of room to get creative, including space for my apprentice to work, both alongside and in separate sets/rooms.

Tons of lighting options and themes to play with.

Tim hosting with his usual excellent hospitality and on hand to answer questions on kit where needed.

If you've not been yet, get on down there!

Tims studio, The Little Chelsea Gallery is also such a fantastic place to model in- its like a home from home, with large spacious airy rooms which are full of natural light and it is a wonderful space to work in.

I was very lucky to have a studio day here alongside Helen Stephens and really enjoyed the rooms and space to model in- especialley the rustic room upstairs!

The facilities to the studio are excellent, with a large kitchen and lounge, bathroom (with shower) and plenty of parking. Tim is such a friendly, down to earth, helpful and professional studio owner, always willing to let a hand and offer a cuppa and advise when needed, but also very non intrusive, he is a complete gentleman. Aside from this he is a very kind, considerate, responsible person and I felt safe and looked after at all times. Whatever experience you with photography or modelling, you are in safe hands.

I will definately be back in the future to organise future studio days and just wish I had found the studio sooner, its fantastic! :) Thankyou so much for your kindness and I really look forward to future visits,

Helen x

I had my first studio shoot at The Little Chelsea Studio recommended by & working with Angel.

Tim was very welcoming & extremely helpful when it came to using the studio lighting.

The variety of rooms & set ups is great. Really good natural light & props. I loved the derelict room with its distressed wooden floor boards & brick wall.

A warm cozy place to work with a friendly atmosphere, plus great tea making facilities.

Would definately work there again, (Hopefully soon).

Thank you very much Tim!

Obviously attracted by the notes about owner Tim's tea and coffee making skills I booked his studio for the first time for a shibari shoot

Not only does he make a great cuppa but he was a fantastic host spending time showing us around the three fantastic, and very different, shooting areas and explaining how all the studio equipment (and he has lots of really good equipment and props) works. He then left us to get on with our shoot but immediately dropping what he was doing to come and find a bit of equipment or answer a question.

Each area has it's own full set of up to date Bowens lighting with lots of different reflectors and soft boxes and coupled with the natural light available in two of the rooms gives a wide variety of options.

Way better than being just a square white box studio Tims space added inspiration to our shoot and we all really enjoyed shooting there.

Definitely one to go back to - SOON !!
