I did a 2 hour fantasy composite retouching class with Lensgirl. She put loads of effort into preparing the class, and showed great patience with my novice Photoshop skills.

She is a great teacher, and I was staggered at the result I created in such a short space of time. I learned so many useful techniques that can be used in both normal retouching (replacing skies etc) and full composites; definitely time well spent.

I thoroughly recommend Claire to anyone who wants retouching or composite work. We worked together for two hours on a fantasy scene. She made it look so easy and turned the image in my head into reality. A couple more tweaks to be made and you’ll see it on my port. Beautiful work, creative, and a fun learning experience, I’ll be back for more!

My editing isn’t always the best so after I did a creative make up shoot a few weeks ago I asked Lensgirl to do some edits for me and she didn’t disappoint. The images needed some fine tuning and and I knew she would do them the justice they deserved. Quick turn around and very reasonably priced……highly recommend.

An Eye for Beauty

After a small amount of work mentioned in the last reference, I called on Lensgirl for something more demanding which she is just finishing. I wanted to do a sci-fi photobook drawing on the 1968 film 'Barbarella' starring Jane Fonda and directed by Roger Vadim, but with a rather different story line. I though I could take the right photos for the story particularly as I was working with the lovely Carla Monaco: it would have been a good quality production. But with Lensgirl's wizardry I hoped to raise it several notches. I was not disappointed. We worked through the story, and as I sent images, she transformed them and in doing so developed the course of the narrative. We were able to pool ideas, and I often accepted her suggestions which improved the genre. She was happy to re-tweak things that weren't quite right, and as we draw to the close of the project is still open to a little more work if needed. The results (or at least a sample of them are to be found on here as 'CARLARELLA - A cosmic odyssey'. I highly recommend Lensgirl for her skills and her cooperation, and who knows I might have another project in the future to excite her creativity.

An Eye for Beauty

I wanted to commend LensGirl for her work on some pictures for my photobook of Alice in Wonderland. I asked her to do half a dozen images including the Cheshire Cat in a branch conversing with Alice; and also one of Alice finding the signpost pointing to the home of Tweedledum and Tweedledee. These she did with aplomb and very promptly. I won't hesitate to go back to her if I need more wizardry in the future.

I find Lensgirl always comes up trumps, she’s a real photoshop whizz , and seems to able to come up with the goods , whatever is thrown at her.

We have only scratched the surface of her talent so far , but more to come in due course.

I have used Claire a oouple of times now because her editing basically knocks spots of anything I can do. She has a great eye for detail and her work is superb so if like me your editing skills are lacking send your pics to Claire and let her work her magic on them 100% recommended by me and will definatly be using her sevices again very soon as I have some very exciting shoots coming up over the next couple of months
