The feeling is oddly like being under the bath water, you know life is beyond the tub, you just need to pull your body out of the water and catch up with everything, but it's quite hard to find the energy to be able to get out of the tub, and you become a bit weak with the fight. Then one day you realise that the tub drained off and you don't 'hate me' anymore, it's going to be a lovely day... Mental health matters, you matter, I matter, spread the love and kindness always, love and light... xx
