Take one part Aphrodite, one part Taz ("Come to Tasmania, Come to Tasmania!"), one part Katherine Ryan and several large servings of adrenaline . . .

Good, but that doesn't come close to describing the phenomenal ball of energy and beauty that is KatyB!

Clearly, a stunning beauty. That much is obvious.

Obviously, a dynamic pose machine. That is evident.

What may not be so evident is Katy's gloriously turbo-charged personality.

I genuinely have never laughed so much on a shoot. Katy possesses the most engaging aura I can remember having the privilege of spending time with. Sometimes this would equate to a distraction, with shooting coming a lowly second. Not at all. Outfit changes, shooting, chatting, laughing and choking (me) on Trev's mini sweets were constant from the moment I arrived to the moment I, reluctantly, left.

A new studio normally fazes me like Billy-O. Not today! Every angle, space, lighting set-up and outfit change resulted in awesomeness.

I'd wanted to shoot with Katy for ages but distance had thwarted us up until this point. It wasn't even just idle curiosity that intrigued me - I adore Katy's work and was confident we'd get good shizzle.

But our 'intro' shoot didn't sate my appetite one bit. Quite the opposite. I'm now more keen than ever to shoot again, and again, with Katy.

Katy's the real deal, in every possible way, and comes with the very highest recommendation xxx.

I booked Katy in for a Studio Day at Skylark, but also jumped at the opportunity to work with her myself, while she was here!

Pre-shoot comms were great, and Katy arrived on time and ready to shoot, bringing with her a large selection of clothing and accessories.

Katy is a gorgeous model with a unique look, and photographs really well.

She poses effortlessly without direction, and made insightful suggestions on how to improve some shots.

The shoot just flew by, we had a lot of fun and captured some great images, what more could anyone want?

I can't recommend her highly enough!

I got my first opportunity to work with Katy, when she visited my studio in Bromsgrove recently, but I'd admired her work for sometime before that.

Pre-shoot comms were great, and Katy turned up on time and with a large bag of outfits and accessories.

We only had a 2 hour shoot, but managed to work through several different set-ups, and several different ideas, that had been percolating through my brain, despite my chatting too much as usual.

The shoot went really well, and we both had a lot of fun with it, and captured some great images.

Highly recommended!

Katy is just perfect, loads of outfits to fit the brief, nothing is ever too much trouble, great look, great model and always an absolute hoot to work with.

Had a fun and productive Alternative and Fashion Nude Shoot with KatyB today at f/8 studio. A massive suitcase full of all sorts of alternative fashion items together with her boundless energy and great sense of humour meant the 6 hours was filled with a fabulous array of costumes and poses without ever feeling formulaic. Anyone booking her is guaranteed to get a stunning set of images.

Our nth shoot together, and I was about to write "as good as ever" but in fact Katy is even better than ever! She never fails to amaze me with her incredible wardrobe and diversity of looks in front of the camera, but this time there was an extra dimension to the poses and emotion she portrayed. Nobody works harder to astound and delight her photographer, and to constantly evolve and improve her skills. Great pictures and a great time on the shoot are always assured.

It wa great to be back shooting with Katy since our last in late 2019 pre lock down.

What is there to say that hasn't already been said about this amazing model. Katy's pre shoot comms was perfect and detailled. The place she arranged for the shoot was just right and exactly as described, complete the high quality studio lighting. The way she interpreted the shoot descripton to creat the photos was just so on theme. While she poses without prompting, she is more than happy to be directed into weird and wacky positions even if not very comfortable to enable you to get the shot you require.

A very big positive recommendation from me for this awesome girl

Pre Comms were as ever great, I haven't shot with Katy in around 5 years due to various events... It was a pleasure to work with Katy again she is very creative and full of energy... Once again she fully understood my rambled concept and we unravelled it to create something amazing yet again. I am never disappointed with the images that we achieve...highly recommend Katy and promise not to leave it so long before our next shoot

We had a couple of shoots recently,

The first was obviously a horror themed shoot as it was near Halloween, which turned out to be great fun,

Katy put in a lot of time and effort into doing the makeup style I recommended, with different outfit changes, nothing was to much trouble for her, she helped anyway she could with ideas based on my suggestions,

The second and latest shoot was done with a lot of new clothes that Katy had purchased to add to her ever expanding collection of outfits, including more latex, also happy to try on anything I bring along,

I guess I am lucky to live within 40 minutes drive so any time I have an idea to try, Katy is there to help,

I might not be any good at directing the posing but that does not matter while shooting with her, she does it all for me,

Another incredible shoot together... scarily good in fact! This time Katy put her considerable styling and make-up artist talents to the test, and I can't wait to get into the edits and share what we created.

Once again, we left the studio with even more ideas than when we arrived, and a promise to shoot again soon.

Katy is not only one talented and inspirational model, but an amazing all-in-one creative team.

I was very impressed when I arrived at Katy’s with how well-prepared she was: hair and makeup beautifully done, the room tidy, lights set up… Unfortunately a technical problem (completely my fault!) prevented the shoot from going ahead, but Katy had definitely done everything to ensure that we could get off to a flying start. Next time I’ll double-check my gear before I set out!

Had a second day shooting with Katy, and after our late night beach shoot and a long drive home, she still brought her A-Game to the shoot thismorning. We cycled through various setups in the studio with a raised beam first, which was new for Katy and a bit of a challenge as it's quite narrow, but we got some great shots from it. Then we had a look through the big box o latex clothing and picked out various pieces to shoot with for the remaining hours.

All in all, two great days that we've been trying to do for two years.

Had our first shoot since pre-covid on Saturday, after having it postponed so namy times due to travel restrictions and end of world type crap, so it was great to see Katy again. As always, she's a quality professional who brings 100% A-Game to the shoot. Always critical of herself in wanting to get the best, so yous're guaranteed to get quality.

Shot for the day with herself and other photographer, Bullets, around some locations in the city and then back to the home studio. Katy has no problems with different locations, or people being about, and can manage it all.

Late in the night then we went to beach for a night shoot with some long exposures and light painting which required holding the poses for quite a while. Something new for Katy but she was well up for holding the poses for up to 10 seconds or so, and I'm delighted with the results. Always looking to understand what the expected outcome is so that she can give it her all and get quality results.

Great working with Katy for the 2nd time on her recent visit to Ireland where she had teamed up with Paul Askins and myself. We had a variety of styles we got through during the day from some Town/Urban style shots (the Best of Limerick Alley's were used :-P) colour and mono art-nude, portraits and some lovely mono fashion/like sets. I'm still going trough the RAW files selecting shots to process, Loving what we've captured so far. ~B

I got to work with KatyB for the third time last week while she was on her Irish tour in Cork.Each time I work with her it just it just gets better and better .

She is just so professional, well preparebd and friendly it is impossible not to get great varied results. I have done very well in International salons with images I took with KatyB ,wining a gold medal ,several honourable mentions and to many acceptances to count.There was also another photographer with Me and it was his first working with this model but it won't be his last .looking forward to the next time .
