I booked Eirwen again in response to a casting call put out for Friday 19th April 2024.

Correspondence as before was no problem. So we decided on Lydney. Met at the station and Lydney was a picturesque place. So carried on following the clifftop trail and footpaths. The weather was supposed to be dry and no rain all day.

In reality we had everything from storms with strong winds, heavy rain, solid overcast with the light gone and back to clear sunny skies! Added to that public footpaths fenced off with barbed wire and dug up and others suddenly ceasing to exist after a distance.

All in 12.5miles by me walked all day and not once did Eirwen complain! Even if we had to hitch hike along a main road to get back to the station.

All in all. A lovely distinctive classical look with a vintage style. Inspired outfit choices, most suiting.

Several lovely outdoor photographs, especially in the forest. She poses very elegantly and expressively and works fast.

Given the difficulties on the day of the shoot. Eirwen is exactly the kind of professional you want to be with. A pleasure to spend time with photographing.

A lot done in the time we had to photograph.

More than recommended by me to any photographer or artist!

I had my first shoot with Skye in a little while now and as always she was the consummate professional. She has a lot of experience working as a model and it shows when you work with her. I threw open my wardrobe of modelling clothes and accessories to her and left her to choose whatever style she wished to use. My confidence in her completely paid off as I knew it would, she put together some marvellous, creative combinations which worked perfectly. The afternoon went very quickly but we managed to get some very nice images. Thank you Skye, wonderful as always.

Today, I had the incredible opportunity to have a photoshoot with the talented and lovely Eirwen. From the moment we started communicating, I knew it was going to be a great experience. She was prompt and professional in all of our interactions, making the planning process a breeze. And when the day of the shoot arrived, I was blown away by her attention to detail and the flawless execution of each outfit. Every piece was carefully selected and perfectly styled, creating a cohesive and stunning look.

But beyond her exceptional skills as a stylist, it was Eirwen's personality that truly made the photoshoot such a memorable and enjoyable experience. I have worked with Eirwen on 3 separate occasions over the last 3 years and she is one of the most genuine and extremely professional models I have had the pleasure of working with.

She is very acute on pre-comms, turns up on time and is relentlessly hard working.

Add to that a very chatty and fun lady to be around and you have the perfect mix for a perfect photoshoot with this young lady.

In response to her Casting Call I booked Eirwen for 2 hours, deciding on Cheltenham.

Correspondence was simplicity itself and another one on my WTWW list.

Late arriving due to travel delays, whether due to missing a train due to no bus or signal faults.

Got there for an 11am start. Eirwen knew Cheltenham better as I had only visited Cheltenham once at the Races a long time ago.

Passed her on the footbridge so doubled back and off via the Path to Pittville Park passing through the town centre.

Eirwen was a delight as having net met before in person yet throughout we were chatting away about anything and everything.

Sub zero temperatures at first and warmed up later but and with all the walking, no fuss, no problem. Coffee Stop too.

Immaculate turnout with a most suiting vintage look with the dress, coat and boots. Happy to point out locations and tips. Google Maps I found invaluable to ensure we were going the right way but much simpler getting back from Pittville. At a sprint we made the train on time so a run too.

Eirwen was throughly prepared. She has a most distinctive look and figure and makes great use of it. Such as her very dark eyes to great effect.

Vintage is just so perfectly her. Inspired with the second coat she brought along.

Cheltenham as a backdrop for her was perfect!

Many excellent results especially at Pittville Park. She has a lovely smile.

She does look like her photographs too.

Far more important along with being very intelligent is her Character.

Eirwen was a sheer joy to spend 2 hours with Photographing in Cheltenham!

Lovely poses and expression. A perfect example of the importance of getting the right model to photograph!

I must say Pittville Park was a perfect backdrop and many great photographs resulted.

She is everything she says and her references. She made me very welcome.

Very versatile and I have no doubt she can deliver results, very much two people working together towards a shared objective.

Immaculate dress sense and signature style.

Again those kind, happy vibes I get when photographing Dominika and several others.

Most kindly Eirwen pointed out that the information on the monitor at the Station Entrance was wrong and as it turns out, the Platform monitor indicated Platform 1 and not Platform 2. My train was 3rd after hers so I didn’t miss my train!

More than just recommended by me, another muse and as with others.

I have every intention of photographing her again at the earliest opportunity!

Another excellent shoot with Eirwen with very good comms despite me having to postpone twice. We were at Rococo Farm near Basigstoke. Eirwen brought her usual choice of outfits - although none were needed for the final set. A shower scene which was a first - for both of us!

Eirwen is a real pleasure to work with and I highly recommend to togs at all levels

I think this was our sixth shoot, and it was as much fun as the others. Skye is always very professional, wants to help photographers achieve the result they are looking for, and will keep trying until the shot works. She always brings a large selection of clothes and accessories and is happy to take direction or pose independently. I am looking forward to many more shoots with her as she is very easy to get on with.

I had my second shoot with this delightful young lady today. We chose a studio setting this time (the weather was awful) at Betty Noir studio in Cinderford. Eirwen is a lovely girl and a great model, so easy to work with, poses naturally and without guidance, but also takes direction well too. Nothing is too much trouble. She came well prepared and ready to shoot!. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any 'tog', from complete beginner to pro.

Thanks again for today and I would love to work with you again (I enjoy our chats too).

This was our second shoot - another 4 hours to cover many characters I had been commissioned to paint. This time they were all military themed ladies from about 1800 to the 1870s. Eirwen was very willing to take on board the historical and imaginative backgrounds to many of them and we both had to be very organised to get through the work and ensure it was not "overwhelming". While I supplied the military style garb and prop weaponry she came up with some excellent clothing items which enhanced the ideas. As before, despite the fast pace I set, she remained totally unruffled and we had lots of laughs with the quirks of historic uniform and teaching her the rudiments of black powder musketry, bayonet charges or a sabre duel! Imagine a lovely Napoleonic Hussarette in laced fur jacket, blonde wig and caught with her glasses on - priceless!. Great fun and with hundreds of useful reference photos in my archives I have a busy winter of painting ahead. - Thanks so much Eirwen for your willingness and flexibility.

Eirwen and I had a very happy and productive shoot, exploring some ideas I am working through around contrasts of style and mood. As always, Eirwen was completely engaged with the concepts and put heart and soul into the creative process. It's so good to be able to shoot with someone who appreciates art and creativity to such an extent that you feel you are working with a kindred spirit.

Great communications, 100% professionalism and complete reliability as always from Eirwen who brought a great choice of clothes and who went along with some of my wilder ideas for props and posing while adding a few of her own! And great results from the shoot. I am very much looking forward to our next.

This is not the first time Eirwen has been to my studio and hopefully won't be the last. She seems to get along great with every photographer she's worked at my studio with. Is polite, friendly and leaves the dressing room as she found it.

The Photo Taker

I recently had the great pleasure of a shoot with Eirwen at Betty Noir Studio. The pre-comms were great with every detail being agreed beforehand, despite some confusion.

On the day we got on well together and the studio time flew by. Eirwen came with masses of outfits which she quickly changed. We never did everything I hoped to do, but that’s life!

Eirwen is a very competent model whom I highly recommend.

This was our first shoot together and I feel lucky that Eirwen found me and asked if I'd like a model, as we are fairly local to each other. I had accumulated a lot of commissions for paintings involving the female form and needed a model for quite a high level. Most of my work is complex for fantasy or historical or military themes. This time we focussed on several female characters in long Greek goddess style dresses. Eirwen first impressed me by her willingness to take on board the background stories and the images I was using for reference material. She supplied many of the main costume requirements and helped bring the characters to life in a way which will help my compositions and ideas for the final painting.

She is professional but extremely easy to get on with and it is like working with a friend. Our shoot involved 4 hours or more inside and outside my Cotswold hillside studio/home on the hottest day of the year. We had to make allowance for that but she remained cool and calm and lovely to be with through the long session and various costume changes and discussions. She was totally on board with the pin-up nature of some of my commissions too which made for a relaxed atmosphere. Thoroughly recommended and we've already booked the next session - very much looking forward to it.

Skye arrived on time at our meeting point with a good selection of clothes. This shoot was at Gloucester Cathedral and was very enjoyable. Skye is very professional, poses well, and is fun to be with. I am starting to lose count of the number of times I have had a shoot with her, and I hope for many more. Highly recommended.
