I am primarily a professional painter, (Academician SWAc and also a member of the international Stuckists) and had my first solo show at the Harrogate Festival in the 1960s. My studio is halfway down a cliff on the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall, Britain. I studied photography with Norman Dash but didn't use it much until my son gave me a digital camera, said "Father, you're not getting any younger, you had better Use It!" so I honoured the gift and from to time, I do. Landscape and figure work, and of course as back up and priceless time saver for my painting and illustration. Happy to trade when I have time, I like character and humour beauty and quirky style and quite a lot of other things... I do accept portrait commissions on occasion.
