I have worked with John on several separate occasions now; so it was lovely to get the chance to shoot with him on the latest event in the stunning paradise that is the Algarve on a Summers Abroad Photographic trip. :) It almost seemed like such a lifetime since we had shot so it was great to work with him once again and do all the mad yet wonderful shoot ideas that John is so brilliant at creating within a picture. The locations and villa base we stayed at offered ample opportunity to nail epic quality madness, and John being John: left no stone unturned.

He’s a fantastic photographer. Period. The creativity in the visions he has... Call it what you want: mad, inventive, wacky, imaginative, bizzare... Does it matter? The shots look sensational! It is this very artistic and creative drive that makes John, John. He’s a true breath of fresh air to work with, and every model I’ll speak to in-passing says the same thing about John. His innovative mind is what makes the shoot. But not just his ideas in the raw... He’s extremely good at lighting and creating specific effects by paying close attention to the light sources. Whether it was on the beach/exposed in the sun or indoors playing with the furniture... John sees and creates the moments with true passion for his work dealing with every challenge along the way.

I can always recommend John in terms of being a genuinely professional gentleman to work with: he’s polite and operates with good etiquette treating the models with complete respect from start to end. Despite the courtesy he shows for the models he shoots, one can enjoy a laugh as they work with John. :D In fact we had no end of banter throughout the course of the event which genuinely does raise the spirits and make the whole thing feel less pressured/more enjoyable as well as being part of what enables rapports to develop. But amid all the belly-laughs endured, it was undoubtedly another massively productive time working with this gent... And I certainly hope not the last!

Thankfully I saw Johns last minute cancellation casting on PP and got in there at lightning speed, so that I had the best chance to shooting with him again :P

It has been some time since we last shot, I think 2 years maybe or something had passed...I don't know how that happened. I honestly love John so much, he's one of my all time favourite people to shoot with.

I love him ambition, his passion, and enthusiasm for creating pure anything within his photography. Pure sass, pure art, pure mood, pure sex....whatever the genre, John nails it!

He always brings out the best in me and i just have such fun shooting with him.

This time was at the loft studio in Colchester, which is one of my local studios now and it's fantastic for natural light shots, which we certainly utilised and also some studio flash too...every set we seemed to nail and get some absolute belters. I was very pleasantly surprised with how well he hit it off after it being so long since our last shoot. I certainly is true that we took off right where we left off! :D

This was my second shoot with John and it was just as good as the last!

I love the energy that John prongs to a shoot and the images hang we create just goes to show the connection we have behind the camera.

Recently, John visited me for a home shoot. This was our second shoot and it was even more fun and crazier than the first shoot!

John is such a fantastic gentleman to shoot with! He's warm and friendly, full of fun creativity and makes the shoot so enjoyable and the atmosphere is always happy and relaxed.

I absolutely love the ideas that John comes up with, he is full of such interesting, new and crazy ideas, which is so refreshing and makes the shoot really fun and different.

I can easily recommend John to anyone, seriously - if you get the chance to shoot with him then do it. It's really enjoyable and his work adds something so creative to your portfolio that stands out and I absolutely love that! Thanks for another fantastic shoot!

I had an amazing shoot with John today! The pre coms were great and he came to pick me up from the station on time :) he has the most beautiful home studio and loads of amazing props and outfits!

John had some amazing ideas and helped me when I needed a bit of direction I even came away with some more knowledge on posing which is always great!

I can’t wait to work with John again! And I hope everyone gets a chance to work with him at least once :)

Second round shooting with John and what a absolute legend he is !!!

John is not just a photographer, but an artist. His imagination is broad and dynamic...he is passionate and delivers through expression and I can't help but admire and attempt to relate and recreate this through my own expression. Shoots are never organised ,in a sense that we go with the flow and it just works....

Top marks for communication,safety and professionalism . 110% recommended. I would jump at the opportunity to work with him again and again .

I have just come back from a 4 hour shoot with John, and honestly I’m still beaming.

From start to finish he was polite and such a gentleman, he made me feel welcome from the moment I met him at the station.

We shot at Johns home where he had various set ups ready to go alone with a huge selection of clothing to use.

Johns personality is so fun and I can’t begin to express how much I enjoyed shooting with him over a review so I will let the images we have created together speak for themselves!

If anybody is looking for a photographer to shoot with then 100% book in with John! You certainly will not regret it!

I can’t wait to work with him again in a months time :-)

Shooting with JPea is always fun and interesting. There is room for experimentation and you will get to enjoy natural light in another level. I enjoy shooting with JPea a lot not only for the amazing creations and his eye but also for his contagious joy. Fantastic :)

This was my first solo shoot at home and I had such a wonderful time shooting with JPea! We immediately got on and I felt really comfortable expressing myself in front of his camera. He is creative, communicative, enthusiastic, respectful, fun and collaborative.

It was really useful to see some BOC images as we went on so that I could adjust my poses, and I was delighted that an edited image was up on PP that very evening! So many more lovely images in the folder too - what JPea does with available light is astonishing.

Would highly recommend working with JPea and am really hoping to do so myself again.

It seems John needs to top up on vitamins and energy, drinks before he comes to shoot me lol 😉haha .

Our shoots are very productive,successful, dynamic, crazy and the most important word FUN. Pre shoot comms are always spot on . We both knew what props etc to keep ready for our shoot . When John arrived into my room. He was slightly shocked to see some of my new stainless steel hardware. His face lit up as he’d not seen some of the props I have . John and I have built up our own style of shooting together . We know exactly what works best for us . We both decided we’d wing it again which really works for me . John was on fire today . I’m sure he was buzzing from to many vitamins haha 😂😂. He said I had him battling through the shoot . The feeling was mutual I couldn’t keep up with all the clicking noises from the camera 😉. We shot my new 2 wrought iron props . The images John has edited for me so far . Bloody WOWZZZEERRSSS is all I can say ❤️❤️.

I absolutely love working with John has its always FUN FUN FUN how a shoot should be . John is a dear friend now . He’s dynamic with his photography skills, his knowledge of different lighting set ups. You can see the passion for photography ooze out. He’s a real treasure to work with . A gentleman, a professional and an absolute fantastic photographer. 😊😉

Would I recommend John . HELL YES always 💯 % . The man just rocks. He’s on fire 🔥🔥

Would I recommend JPea??? Well thats a resounding "YES" with a big fat Cherry ontop! He came over to my place and we had a brilliant few hours bouncing ideas of each other, laughing, searching about for props and shooting some brilliant stuff.

He's a lovely chap, a true gent and fun to be around - you can't really ask for more can you? oh yes photography....! Well John has a brilliant eye for natural light and original thoughts and ideas... always a good start for a photographer.... The images on the back of the camera looked stunning and it was really fun for me to try different things in different outfits in different places in my home... Happy model, happy tog... great images!

John was also very nice to my dog (which is always a plus in my book) and even let him join in the shoot (which is always a plus in Olso's book) more images to add to my 'Oslo Album'!!!

So if you do get the chance to work with Jpea I recommend him without reservation, he's a super chap. I really hope I get the pleasure again some time.

John came to shoot me at Dark lens Studios in Wolverhampton for four hours. And what a lovely chap he was too! From the start of the shoot to the end the communication was spot on, he knew what look he was after and he executed it well with his direction. Awesome shoot today with JP!!

We shot some stuff and we laughed a lot.

BOC images looked great and he's already edited one before I even got home and it looks brilliant! :)

His home is warm (super important for someone who's cold 24/7 haha), his lighting is flattering and has a good eye for capturing you in a lovely way.

Already can't wait to be able to shoot with him again.

JPea is a very energetic and passionate photographer. He has a concept in his mind, will tell a mood and story and you gotta express that emotion with your body. I loved working with him because of the dramatic joy and crazy ideas :) His happiness is contagious as well.

john for me is one of the best photographers as his passion for creating an image is just something that really gets into my soul and is the reason why i love my job so much ...i cant thank the lucky stars enough for bringing john into my life all them years ago x

this time we worked from an apartment in manchester and he always loves finding different places to shoot to keep it all so different ....i suppose he has to with me because we have just worked together so much now i push for something a bit extra everytime ..lol he keeps telling me I'm killing him but i know secretly he loves it all !!!!

This man is a true legend, friend and downright brilliant.... someone who to be around makes you feel good about yourself and inspires you to be who you are x

I had an awesome first shoot with JPEA yesterday.

JPEA is full of great ideas for shoots and is very professional he is great to get along with, the shoot was very enjoyable and relaxed and he has a large selection of stunning lingerie for models to wear.. Comms prior to the shoot were great and he picked me up and dropped me back off at the train station..

I would very highly recommend to any model..

I had a fantastic shoot with John today. He has a lovely place to shoot from with many rooms and great natural light. John came up with many ideas as well as having a few clothing items and some unusual props. Together we came up with many quirky/dark ideas and the shoot just flew by. John is a friendly and welcoming gentleman and I felt completely comfortable modelling for him. I would love to work with him together in the future and can totally recommend.
