2nd Curtain Photography

Had a great shoot with Josh at his Gym.

Josh had been on my radar for a while & I was pleased when he approached me to do a shoot with him keeping social distancing in mind.

We did some moody gym shot at they Gym using ropes & weights. My equipment hasn't been out of the studio for three months, so it was a little temperamental to start with, but Josh is professional & had loads of patients whilst I set up the lighting, which i'm always very particular about.

Josh has a super physique & we shot some great images in the short time we had. I would have no hesitation to recommend Josh to any photographer & really hope we get a chance to do more in the future.

Today I had the pleasure to work together with Josh. It was my first ever duo shoot so he helped me calm my nerves and with my posing through the whole photoshoot.

As a person he is really easy to get on, pretty much like a male version of myself, had good banter as well as great conversations which helped more then he realised.

He has extremely good physic and posing so naturally in front camera. He is full with ideas and not scared to come up with some crazy ideas for an awesome picture.

Highly recommend him and I would love to shoot with him again!

I had the pleasure of working with Josh for the first time yesterday. He is a charming, well toned and handsome young man. We did a location duo fitness shoot with Anett14.

Pre shoot communication was excellent. Josh sent me a batch of inspiration images for what we could shoot. We had a pre-shoot meeting at the chosen location so that we could plan the scenes and lighting.

The shoot went extremely well. Josh posed really well. Apart from just straight forward poses he did some really amazing heavy lifts. This included a Turkish getup whilst lifting Anett above his head with one hand. Josh being a personal trainer took the lead on the choreography and also had some ideas on the lighting.

I would highly recommend Josh and look forward to working with him again.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Josh a couple of days ago, so when he got in touch yesterday to see if I was available to shoot today, I jumped at the chance.

I joined Josh and another model, (not on PurplePort) for a B/G/G shoot with photographer, Carl Grim. As before Josh was extremely easy to work with and we all jelled together so well. I really love working with Josh. He is full of passion and commitment to his shoots and it really shines through in the images.

As before, Josh was a true gent. It really is a pleasure to work with him.

I can’t recommend Josh highly enough, and I look forward to working with him again soon ☺️👌🏼

This was my second shoot with Josh Shenton - this time a B/G/G trio with Lou1111 and another model not on PurplePort.

We started with some dungeon themes around a fetish frame and ended 6 hours later with Lou and the other model being pulled out of the sea in a net by fisherman Josh. I was raining, of course.

Josh did not disappoint. The man has a great body which he pumped up nicely before the shoot started - and the girls loved putting their hands all over it !

Josh is a gentleman and easy to work with. There were laughs galore and we have a ton of outstanding images.

Josh and I will definitely work together again. He comes with my highest recommendation.

It was my first shoot with Josh and it was fantastic. Considering it was our first shoot together, we clicked like we’d known each other for ages.

Josh is not only really friendly and easy to get along with, but an amazing model who poses freely with charisma, and a true gentleman.

We created some amazing images of different varieties, included some art nude. Josh is very muscular and manly; the art nude images were extremely powerful and stunning all at once. I’m looking forward to showing what we achieved.

I had my first shoot with Josh today and I can highly recommend him!

Pre-shoot comms were great, and he showed up on time and ready to shoot!

Josh is in amazing shape, and knows exactly how to pose his body to best effect, but his skills don't stop there, he's also great at offering posing advice to his partners in duo shoots, and generally coming up with great ideas throughout the shoot!

He's very easy to talk to and we had a laugh on the shoot, and captured some great images, what more can you ask for?

Had my first shoot with Josh on Saturday, a duo with him and RubyGold.

Josh is a pleasure to work with - great pre-shoot comms, very friendly and ready to do anything to try and get the shot. Josh can pose effortlessly on his own, but also takes direction well and inputs his own great ideas. He had not worked with RubyGold before, but helped to put her at ease very quickly and they posed really well together.

We managed to get a lot done, so it will take me a while to edit all the shots, but we captured some great images.

A gentleman and a nice guy, I would recommend Josh very highly and look forward to working with him again.

Josh is an absolute joy to work with. As soon as I came through the door Josh was so friendly and a true gentleman, respectful and a lot of fun during the shoot.

Probably the fastest I've came out my shell and been myself during the first meeting because hes just so comfortable to be around.

Josh and I had our second duo gym shoot. We were already comfortable together and so things just flowed with ease. He is always respectable and has the perfect balance of professionalism and friendly humour.

Josh not only has a great knowledge of modelling and posing but also lighting and how the camera works.

Josh was at the gym location that he had organised with Emma27 When I arrives with Milenka.

The shoot, my second with Josh, went like clockwork. Josh's help with setting the models fitness tasks with the gym's kit was invaluable.

The time flew by and some, I hope, pleasing images resulted. I shall look forward to working with Josh and the girls again, and soon please.

This was my first "proper shoot"! I had help from Josh before and we work on a shoot to help train me and get me started. This time was the real deal!

Josh posed alone, with me, another female model and alongside both of us together. He knew exactly where he should be positioned, helped guide me and our lovely accompanying model.

He is more than just a model to stand and pose, he is very experienced and intelligent in regards to whats going on, how lighting should be, whats poses need tweaking etc. I'm new and wanted help and Josh was the perfect person for me. He allowed me to embrace being myself and what felt natural to me as well as guiding me and I appreciated that a lot.

He has access to a large private gym inside a converted chapel which he allowed us to use and it was perfect!

A gentleman, a creative genius and a talented (not to mention very attractive) model. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I don't know where to start!

I had a shoot which came from my fitness background and loved it. I knew Jo was a fabulous model and that he had helped many other models. So I asked him for some help and guidance.

He gave me more advice than I ever expected and I was so impressed and learnt so much. He admits that he is not a photographer and yet he still got his camera out and helped me through a practice shoot. I was shown how to stand, pose, move and interact with my outfit and basic props. This was much harder and more complex than I realised but every step was made simple and also a load of fun.

Jo is a true gentleman, respectful, funny, supportive, patient and not to mention easy on the eyes.

Anyone photographer would do well to shoot with Jo and any model wanting help in the industry male or female (I think that he many actually know even more abut female modelling than mens!) should book a shoot with him and would learn lots!!!
