Met John a few times and it didn't take long to become good buds, John has a professional attitude but such a laid back and humorous one also which will immediately put you at ease. He's open actually encouraging of ideas and hard working to get the shot he wants. He has a great collection of his own clothes and props befitting many styles which are great fun and have been a lifesaver to me! In group events John is encouraging to get involved and is helpful in introducing you to people and networking. All in all I couldn't be more grateful to John going above and beyond in both a professional and a friendly capacity. Could not recommend enough. Cheers John. x

Oh John how fantastic you were during our shoot. You are super quirky and unique and I absolutely love that about you! You made me feel very comfortable and you had me in stitches throughout the shoot.

We had booked for a couple of hours but due to a really bad parking situation we sadly only got to shoot for one hour, however it was fab and great fun! John was very laid back about this and said we could just book another shoot in the near future and I can't wait as I know he is such a breeze to work with and he creates some fab images too!

Defo 100% recommend working with him. He is very open to ideas, very relaxed & a top, individual bloke. Never change :)

Wow! What an absolute pleasure to shoot with!!

Can not recommend this photographer enough!

John's an absolute gentleman, really chilled out and down to earth. I thoroughly enjoyed our shoot together, our 5 hours flew by. We got to capture some amazing shots and it's clear to see john's creativity and knowledge when he's behind the lense.

John really looked after me during our shoot and made sure I was entirely comfortable and even went as far as dropping off some items I'd left the next day.

This photographer is an absolute star, I can't wait to work with him again!

John was a legend! He came and saved a male model who had travelled a long way, and spent a good few hours with us wandering manchester. A Dapper dude, polite and respectful with great direction. We all attempted something new and different and I look forward to seeing how they turn out. Cheers and hope you got some tea!

Had a last minute cancellation and John replied to my casting.. I am so glad that he did! John was such a delight to work with had some really good ideas and was super professional from start to finish. I’ve already had the first set of images and they are amazing! Highly recommend to anyone and would definitely like to work with him again.

Had multiple shoots with John now and they get better every time. John kindly invited me for a shoot at his amazing house, made me feel fully comfortable and kept me stocked up on coffee and biscuits!

Did a lot of vintage shots, some glamour shots and some lingerie with his little Egyptian statue! Laughted all day and even had a little dance! Yet another amazing shoot.

John knows exactly what he wants from the shoot and makes it clear to myself what he wants to achieve. Incredible photographer, truly gifted and such a gentleman!

Had such a fun shoot with John today. We had a good chat before we started to shoot and John was really eager to listen to my advice about lighting and shoot positions. He used my mains powered lencarta light for some shots in the bedroom and natural light in the bedroom.

John worked up to erotica with me and we got so many awesome shots. John moved around to get the perfect shots and requested certain poses too. He came well prepared to the shoot and was really easy to get along with. I do hope to model for John again in the near future.

Really glad you answered my casting and we got the opportunity to meet and work together.

We had to do a bit of organising regarding times however this was straightforward and easy to sort.

You arrived at my house on time and ready to shoot. Friendly, funny, down to earth yet you remained completely professional at all times.

Had another shoot with john and was amazing as expected!

Full day shoot bright and early off to an amazing location full of ruins and graffiti, only managed to shoot 20% of what was there so will definitely have to go back.

John is a lovely guy full of stories and jokes, hour journey together to the location and the conversation flowed the whole way there and back, Pat's of rain here and there throughout the day but never stopped us getting the best shots

John gives great direction and ideas but also let's me put my ideas out too, such a lovely guy and amazing photographer.

Cant wait to work with him again soon.

Had a great shoot with John the other day! Did a steampunk shoot which was something completely new to me but he guided me on what goes with each outfit and the pictures came out great.

Also dressed perfect for the shoot which really helped the feel of things!

Lovely guy full of laughs and good jokes that make you feel comfortable instantly, also very professional!

Took him to one of my favourite locations and he loved it, he also gave me some ideas on new locations that hes found over time!

Met John at an open day at The Mill Photography Studio. Very friendly, fun and especially knowledgeable on Gothic and Steampunk. Had great props and great ideas. Even did images with him in front of the camera! Listens to the model ideas as well. Highly recommended.
