I had the pleasure of shooting with Joanna at my shared studio. She arrived prepared with a huge selection of outfits. She has a great look and her makeup was done to a high standard. Very easy and fun to work with and she can take direction or pose independently. Joanna also brings her creativity and ideas to the shoot. Got a chance to work with Joanna for the first time this week, she came to the studio and she was a true professional from the get go!

All the pre-comms were super easy, if anything there were more delays from my side than hers.

Joanna has a fabulous sense of style, she put all the looks together herself, giving me the opton of choosing, I loved that about her.

As per the shoot itself, Joanna surprised me. I knew she was fairly new model but she was just fabulous at posing without my direction; I could also really see that she was taking my little nuggets of feedback on board - I personally found it extremely easy to work with her.

Joanna also has the most beautiful skin complexion. Closeup portraits were so easy to edit, I can see how this feature of hers is very useful to beginner photographers who do not necessarily know hot to do a skin retouch yet.

Shoot 4? I am losing count now with the shoots I've done with Jo! This was different as Jo had arranged a shoot with her friends using their motorbikes as the starting point for the concept.

From the original idea to the actual shoot, she worked with me to refine the ideas and then made sure we had a collection of concepts which would allow her and her friends to express themselves.

Professional as always. On time. And willing to just try different ideas as we moved from one idea to another was amazing.

So shoot 3 done with Jo. Started with 2 concepts which then morphed into a set of 9 different concepts and ideas... not sure how that happened?! It just means more edits and a ton of content which is going to be so useful for both of us.

Jo brought energy, ideas, concepts, creativity, outfits, style but mostly a really fun and happy working environment. She pushed me creatively and personally - and I am truly grateful.

Highlights were the high key/direct sunlight concept which was something I really wanted to refine (personally). And with Jo - this came out incredibly well. The outfit we chose (together) was just perfect. We couldn't have been happier!

Second time shooting with Joanna, again on a Welshot organised shoot. Joanna brought a selection of outfits which gave a wide variety of looks, but was she equally happy to wear outfits provided by Welshot including steam punk looks.

She posed freely without instruction, but was also collaborative in working poses and angles to get different looks.

Joanna was easy to work with, professional and supportive.

Highly recommended and I'd love to work with Joanna again soon

2nd shoot with Joanna and this time it was in London at HLD Studios (IYKYK). Punctual (as always), TONS of outfit options and open to ideas while also providing some back to me.

Really enjoyed working to Joanna. She is fun and funny. Is able to change from serious to silly in a second which allowed for an additional set of pictures!

I have many ideas for 2024 and I imagine Joanna will be featuring in a good percentage of them!

White Works Studio Brighouse

It isn't every day that a model walks into the studio with a gift in their hands. I will certainly remember Joanna for that. But I will equally remember her for her professionalism and her can do approach. She attended our first open day at the studio, and so we only had a short time to shoot together, but immediately she flowed into pose after pose and presented lots of great images. Hoping that we are able to host Joanna at future events and I can assure you that she isn't one to miss.

A fantastic model, with a great attitude, amazing looks and a friendly demeanor.

Joanna knew there would be a valentines theme and turned up in the perfect red dress to suit.

Only time for a quick shoot with her, but loved how well she flowed and how she took any direction I offered.

I would definitely work with her again and hope that can happen at some point.

She's incredibly professional and a fantastic model to work with. Has great attention to detail (which photographers should never underestimate) and is a real pleasure to work with.
