I shot with Joan a few years ago (hadn't quite got the hang of PP at the time hence leaving a reference now =) ) and I haven't forgotten the shoot or Joan. She was an absolute delight and pleasure to work with. I was still fairly new to the modelling game at the time, and she filled me with such ease and confidence that day. The images she creates are absolutely beautiful, and I haven't ever come across anything like it since meeting Joan and her work. Even now she'll occasionally send me a new edit, and still I fall in love with her work every time.

What a wonderful creative you are Joan, thank you so much for that wonderful time. Really hope we get to work together again in the future

What a wonderful shoot with Joan I had yesterday. Joan booked me for a half day shoot at her beautiful home studio.

Joan is warm, friendly and down to earth person who made me feel most welcome.

Joan is just perfect to work with, easy going, professional and ever so creative, she let me try on and pose in the most beautiful of dresses, simply loved it.

The images we got are stunning, so happy to have met and worked with Joan and I will look forward to other shoots in the future.

After a crazy few months I finally got the chance to work with one of the most inspirational and talented photographers of our time Joan Blease! I can't wait to work with her again very soon! Highly reccomended! Her costume department/ studio is a real place of dreams so many beautiful designs made by Joan herself she has excellent style a magnitude of ideas racing around. I love her work she is outstanding.

Another shoot with Joanie recently in her "woman-cave of wonders" :) absolutely loved it. dresses, lace, flowers, fur.....a girls dream come true. Joan shoots classic beauty, absolutely no glamour (yay!) and I really do feel she brings out the inner-princess in me whenever I go there. Im allowed to be beautiful and pretty without the expectation of sexiness that I sometimes feel when working with male photographers. Its always a nice change from my usual schedule and I look forward to our sessions a lot! can't wait for next time. Highly recommended once again.

I modelled for Joan recently on a workshop she held for five other photographers. It was a pleasure to model for an event held for artistic intent and positive experience rather than for profit! I was looked after really well, and all the delegates were hand picked lovely people, all eager to get nice images. When working in such a pleasant environment it was easy to give them that. The whole day had a lovely momentum and lunch was also included. Joan is always helpful with transportation as I use the train. Very highly recommended, once again.

I had a pleasure to meet and work with Joanie on a networking even at Woolton Hall on Saturday.

She has an extremely good taste for clothes and a great personality. I have enjoyed every single minute of our photoshoot and would love to work with her again someday.

I am so so pleased I had the opportunity to work with Joan while I was staying in Warrington last week! She's a dream! When II entered a woman-cave full of princess dresses and fabric and jewellery and a beautiful GREY Vinyl backdrop ♥ (my favorite colour to be photographed on) I knew this was going to be a fun shoot. Her style of photography is amazing, dreamy, feminine soft sensual - everything I love about being a woman. Joans styling was first class, as was her lighting and her company! Cant wait to return in March, very highly recommended!

I got to meet JoanieB earlier this month for a fantastic 2 hour shoot at her home studio.

Great comms before the shoot meant I arrived relaxed and ready to go. Very welcoming hostess, lots of tea and coffee on tap & a lovely warm studio.

A very talented photographer, able to convey ideas easily and incorporate her extensive wardrobe and prop selection, creating wonderfully varied images. Just look at that portfolio!

If you get the opportunity to shoot with this Wonder Woman jump at it. You'll have a wonderful time & the images produced are fantabulous.

Joanie booked me as a model for one of her fine art nude workshops which was over 2 days at her studio in Warrington.

Each time I work with Joanie I always enjoy each shoot and I must say even as an experienced model, I have learned a lot from working with her.

She is a very talented photographer and painter, she is also fantastic at her work shops, arranges everything professionally and everyone leaves with a positive attitude and fantastic images.

I will always work with Joanie if I come back on tours and I honestly couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Whether you a photographer looking for somebody who can teach you different lighting techniques and advice, or if you are a model looking to expand your portfolio with top class images Joanie is your lady.

I had the pleasure of working with Joanie today at her studio. After meeting at a make up class last month, we decided to work together and soon arranged a shoot.

The images are absolutely stunning, and were certainly achieved today with the use of her stunning extensive wardrobe and many interesting props.

Even though I have been modelling for many years I really did learn a lot from this very talented lovely lady whom has excellent photography skills and she will always look after you throughout her shoots.

Her comms are also 100%

After working together for the first time today we are looking to shoot again in the near future, which I am very much looking forward to.

I couldn't recommend Joan high enough. If you have the chance to work with her on any projects or portfolio work certainly take it!

I was honoured to be the model for Joan's charity workshop yesterday. Joan is a very talented teacher, wonderful to work with and gave the class lots of guidance and was on standby while they shot to help with light and giving tips on directing a model so she looks her best. I've never worked with so many people in one sitting but it was very well organised with groups separated to different speakers aswell as shooting me so that everyone was kept active. It was a very worthwhile and enjoyable day. Thanks again, Kira x

Joan was a pleasure to work with. She has clear ideas & direction for her projects and even makes beautiful costumes/ sources interesting pieces for them.

Her work is lovely and she is very purposeful about lighting, positioning, and each detail but still works with an easy flow that makes it all seem effortless. She picked me up and dropped me at the station - and even made me a delicious lunch! I'd love to work with her again very soon!

I've had an absolute blast working with Joan. I barely know what to say or where to start. She's so creative and produces such wonderful imagery. But also just such a lovely person to be with.

I had my first shoot with Joan yesterday. I'll start by saying, I had an absolutely amazing time! Joan is a very creative person and is so easy to work with. Great communication before the shoot so I knew what we would be shooting and exactly what to bring with me. Joan is very friendly, very considerate, making sure I was warm enough, had something to eat and drink (she even made allowances for my vegan diet!)

The time flew by as we chatted away about everything... Whilst still managing to get so many amazing images! We seemed to have a good thing going with the abstract art nude images we were working on so spent most of the time doing these. I've seen a few of the edits from our shoot already and I'm so pleased! I can't wait to see the rest.

I would say to any model... If Joan asks you to shoot with her... Do it! You'll be missing out on amazing time as well as some stunning images that no portfolio is complete without.
