Welcome to Jenny’s place!

My name is Jenny James, a model and photographer who is able to offer my lovely country house for use for both photo and film shoots.

My home is a perfect space full of natural light and beautiful decor, with lots of features that are a great to work with during shoots. I also have a beautiful natural garden and woodland.

FEATURES

Living room: At the front of the house, white and cream walls, purple/pink sofa and purple chair, new cream carpet, large feature mirror. 

Dining room: A beautiful room, airy and light with multiple sets. A beautiful dining set, a bookcase set, fireplace set and window set, you can also use the stunning rug and wood floor as a set.

Hallway: Featuring pretty wallpaper and moody light flooding from the bathroom it makes a fantastic set.

Master bedroom: The light is stunning in here, it’s beautifully bright, decorated in white and sage green, with a beautiful mid century bed, huge mirrored wardrobes and a vanity desk for you to work with.

Bathroom: Nice and bright with cream panelling and a huge window to shoot in, plants and baskets hang along the window ledge.

Kitchen: Clean white cupboards, brickwork wallpaper, plants along the window ledge, it makes a great natural living set. 

Garden: Lots of interesting spots to shoot, depending on the style you’re going for. A nice gate, brick wall, overgrown greenhouse and our very own lost woodland at the bottom of the garden.

BOOKING PROCESS

Direct message me on here OR my model profile JENNY JAMES with a date and time and we can get you booked in.

I'll take deposit of half the amount then to secure your booking and the rest will be paid on the day via either transfer or cash whatever you prefer.

I will always be on hand in my office if needed, but never in the way, allowing you to relax and have fun on your shoot.

However if you need me i can be available to give advise and assist with directing the model where and if needed.

Tea and coffee are available throughout.

RATES

Minimum 2 hour booking

2 hours: £45

3 hours:  £65 (Discount)

Half day 4 hours (Discount)  £80

Full day 6 hours (Discount) £120

Optional extras!

Access to my entire wardrobe including underwear (Sizes 10/12): £15

Hair and makeup for the first hour: £20.

IMPORTANT.

Please have a little chat with your model before hand to explain that this is a home, we are very happy for you to move things about and treat it as your space, but we’d like our personal stuff like inside draws untouched.

If you do not have a model, two models live here! My self (Jenny James) and my partner Jontathan who is a Latino male model. We are both available for bookings either together.
