Welcome to Jenny’s place!

My name is Jenny James, a model and photographer who is able to offer my lovely 3 bedroom detached house for use for both photo and film shoots.

My home is a perfect space full of natural light and beautiful decor, with lots of features that are a great to work with during shoots. I also have a beautiful natural garden.

FEATURES

Living room 1: At the front of the house, features two dark blue walls and two white walls. This room was designed with travel and tropical in kind. There is a large dark blue slouch sofa with tropical cushions, a white fire place, a fluffy rug, a desk and big bay windows. The blue is a fantastic feature.

Living room 2: A bright, airy garden room with plants, cream walls and a dark wood floor, a large light corner sofa, cream sofa drapes and pillows, a lovely white fireplace and huge patio windows. A contrast to my blue room.

Hallway: Featuring dark wood floors and white walls, we have a very pretty old front door and plants dotted around. It’s a great space to make use of.

Master bedroom: The light is stunning in here, it’s beautifully bright, decorated in white with black features the room gives a hotel vibe with quirky pictures, lampshades and plants. We have a variety of bed linen choices. It also features a white dressing table set.

Bedroom 2: Features a large plain cream wall for basic fashion shots in one part of the room. The other side features a single bed set, with a cream rug, beautiful shiny pink curtains and a variety of different throws and pillows you can use to change the colour scheme. 

Bathroom: Nice and bright with cream tiling which gives off spa vibes with black features. Plants and baskets hang along the window ledge.

Kitchen: Dark wood floor, clean white cupboards, our kitchen is long and looks out onto the garden.

Garden: Beautiful and slightly overgrown, I call it my meadow, it’s full of flowers and tall bushes, it really is idillic.

BOOKING PROCESS

Direct message me on here OR my model profile JENNY JAMES with a date and time and we can get you booked in.

I'll take deposit of half the amount then to secure your booking and the rest will be paid on the day via either transfer or cash whatever you prefer.

I will always be on hand if needed, but never in the way, allowing you to relax and have fun on your shoot.

However if you need me i can be available to give advise and assist with directing the model where and if needed.

Tea and coffee are available throughout.

RATES

Minimum 2 hour booking

2 hours: £45

3 hours:  £65 (Discount)

Half day 4 hours (Discount)  £80

Full day 6 hours (Discount) £120

Optional extras!

Access to my entire wardrobe including underwear (Sizes 10/12): £15

Hair and makeup for the first hour: £20.

IMPORTANT.

Please have a little chat with your model before hand to explain that this is a home, we are very happy for you to move things about and treat it as your space, but we’d like our personal stuff like inside draws untouched.

If you do not have a model, two models live here! My self (Jenny James) and my partner Jontathan who is a Latino male model. We are both available for bookings either together.
