References for Jenny's place

Jenny's Place is such an aesthetic and lovely home.

You can really feel how each room is designed to be a photography set, each piece of decor placed with purpose. Not only does, Jenny's place suit a variety of themes, Jenny provided access to an array of photography lighting and video lighting, something not many home studios have. Jenny possesses a breadth of photography knowledge, being both a model and Photographer, so was able to provide insight into both when shooting at her place.

We were met with a tidy, well-kept and beautiful home, taken care of during the entire shoot but never disturbed.

This is the second time I have shot here and could not recommend it enough!!

I had my first (of many, no doubt) shoot with Jenny at her place and it was exceptional. The home is filled with character and brings out remarkable shots. We filmed a cinematic video and captured stunning shots, all of which could not have been achieved so well without such a lovely home.

I will definitely be shooting here again 100%

Not only is Jenny a wonderful host but there were more than enough rooms to use, with various backdrops, loads of natural light, plus LED lighting if required!

Oh, & Jenny makes a great cup of coffee! What more could you ask for! :-)

I shot with Jenny at her home studio last week, this is an amazing space for letting your creativity run wild.

There are multiple different rooms to shoot all with their own separate looks and feels, and if that isn't enough there is a wonderful garden if you need somewhere green! You really couldn't ask for more from a home studio!

Jenny herself is a wonderful host making you feel welcomed and ready to get to work.

Would highly recommend!

Had a great first shoot with Jenny at “Jenny’s Place”. Booking was so easy as there was no studio arrangements to make!

Firstly I was made very welcome and had a coffee and a chat before I was shown all the areas available to shoot in. The house is nicely decorated and furnished to a high standard.

Most of the areas have loads of natural light although there is enough room to use studio lighting if required. I used a 80cm beauty dish and a oblong soft box in one room with plenty of space left for shooting.

I totally recommend Jenny’s place with confidence to photographers of all abilities.

Had a fantastic shoot with Jenny at her home studio. There's lots of interesting places to shoot with both natural light and using flash.

I made the booking at the last minute due to me having some late availability but Jenny was very welcoming and helpful with both shoot locations, lighting, angles and outfits.

I would highly recommend for both experienced photographers and newbies. Hope to shoot again soon.

I was happy to have my second shoot at Jenny's Place today. Jenny was friendly and welcoming as expected and the natural light produced some great images. Jenny was on hand, but unobtrusive and freely provided excellent tea. I was also very pleased that she allowed me my first gecko shoot, with Alberto... I confess I was a little nervous, but he is very photogrenic and my model looked great as his perch. As ever, highly recommended.

I shot at Jenny's place yesterday, and it is a fantastic space in the city centre easily reachable by bus or car. There are nice white walls and great lighting. And Jenny is also the host with the most :) fantastic lady.

Fabulously located venue right in the centre of Nottingham. Lovely flat, great vibe with good natural light and oodles of shooting potential.The owner Jenny is a very experienced talented model so understands what makes a great image and is on hand to help you get the best out of shooting there.

It's so good in fact, I'm back there very soon!

Jenny's Place is very close to the city centre, with a lovely airy, spacious feel. Jenny herself was friendly, welcoming and helpful. She was willing to go the extra mile and even offered to try to find a stand-in when my model cancelled on the day. Fortunately, I was in contact with another model who stood in at the last minute. Jenny was happy to blend into the background or offer tips on makeup from her many successful years of experience. Altogether an ideal venue at very reasonable rates... Which made for a very successful shoot. Highly recommended.

Jenny herself was a very welcoming and friendly host, offering helpful advice and even make-up services! The studio/flat is a brilliant place to shoot with lots of natural lighting and space to shoot in. I'll certainly be happy to shoot there again and couldn't recommend it higher.

I had booked a shoot with Jenny, the owner, and as my budget was limited, shot in her home which has some amazing natural light, white walls which are brilliant for bouncing light off and with a good supply of tea, nibbles and music which made shooting here nice and chilled.

The whole flat has great natural light, so very little need for lighting, even during an overcast day.

If shooting in the flat isn't enough, there is also the hallway with some lovely painted brick work, and the stairwells, though the mind your head signs are very obvious and not to be removed as the ceiling is very low on the stairs in some places.

Parking is a little tricky, though it is conveniently right outside the flat, as its a metered parking bay on a one way system. If there isn't a space available, then its a round trip to try again, or find somewhere else nearby. On this occasion it was fairly quiet so was able to park on the second pass. Make sure plenty of time before the shoot is left in order to find parking.

All in, this is a great place to shoot, with lovely natural light and a lovely owner. I would highly recommend using Jenny's Place any time!

I had a shoot in Jenny's place today and loved it!.

Plenty of natural sunlight floods into the living room and from the kitchen too, some shots don't even need a flash!.

A great place to shoot if you need a change from the studio and want a really cosy nice bright place, highly recommended.
