Today I met James for the first time as we spent a few hours shooting in Sheffield's city centre.

James is a very lovely chap who knows his craft. Pre-comms were brilliant, he contacted me on Instagram and not one message wasted mine or his time, he also replied promptly. I know this shouldn't be too much to ask but we were off to a great start. :)

On the day, James shot really fast that meant I could move freely and I absolutely loved it. He also showed me the images on the back of the camera and they looked amazing!

Do glad we got to work together - thanks for putting up with me haha.

James survived a shoot with me, it means he is ready to work with anyone 😃 100% RECOMMEND

Today I had an amazing shoot with James in Cambridge. James picked a great location - Botanic Gardens, and we found many places to shoot there.

The atmosphere was really cool and I enjoyed our shoot very much. James is easy-going and respectful photographer, he gave nice directions and time just flew away from us .James has a nice vision of future pictures, and he implemented the ideas really great, the photos seemed to be pretty beautiful straight from the camera. Looking forward to shoot with James again.

I had the delight of shooting with James at Wollaton Hall in Nottingham last week. James was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was polite, professional and super easy-going which meant the shoot flew by. James 100% knows what he's doing and has a great eye for light, backdrops and generally what's going to work.

I really hope that I get the chance to work with James again as 1). he's an awesome photographer and 2). he's just a thoroughly lovely person!

Shot for the first time with James yesterday and it went so well! I’d heard great things about James and I’d seen his previous work which was beautiful so I was looking forward to shooting with him. James had great communication before had and created a inspirational moodboard which helped to set the theme for the shoot and also helped me to prepare outfits and props.

James worked so well and efficiently,he knew what shots he wanted to achieved and made sure everything was set up well to help towards this. James was relaxed and chatty which helped the shoot to flow nicely. James clearly was very passionate about his photography and wanted to push himself to become the best he can,it seemed he spent the time to study photography and equipment to expand his potential. It was lovely to work with someone very invested in their work,I hope to be able to shoot with James again and I’d absolutely recommend shooting with him.

James is easy to get along with, respectful and clearly knows his stuff. All in all, everything you could need in a photographer.

His pre-shoot comms were also excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyed our shoot and I would highly recommend. 😊😊

I had the pleasure of shooting with James today in Sheffield and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. His pre shoot communication was excellent, and he had a clear idea of what he wanted to capture, sending over a mood board prior to the shoot to convey his vision. He graciously travelled to me in Sheffield, arrived on time and is friendly and easy to work with from the get-go.

He had some great ideas and really gives you the space to move and pose freely in order to capture the best shot. Despite being relatively new to photography, he clearly has a good eye for detail and I was very impressed with a number of the shots he showed me from the back of the camera. Can’t wait to see the final outcome!

I would highly recommend James and am looking forward to working together again in the not-so-distant future. :)

I loved meeting and working with James he is a true professional with a great eye for photography. James reached out to me regarding a fashion shoot in Cambridge. Communication before the shoot was excellent, he gave me full control of styling the shoot which was awesome. He was kind enough to book us both tickets to the garden that he wanted to shoot in. James is a really kind, laid back, photographer we chatted the whole shoot he made me feel really comfortable. I cant recommended James enough if you are looking to build port, or in need of amazing portraits book him you wont be sorry! I cant wait to work with him again in the near future. Thank you James!

I have worked with James on several different shoots, most recently on location in Harrogate.

James is always friendly and professional throughout, and has a clear idea of what kind of shots he wants to get, and the type of images he wants to create.

James gives good direction, but is open to input and happy to try things to see how they turn out.

James' editing skills are great and the final shots look amazing! I would 100% recommend James as a photographer :)
