We had the absolute pleasure of having Andy in the studio for the first time on Saturday and I have to say, he was an absolute star! He was friendly, polite and funny from the off and we got on very well. He also treated the studio's resident animals (as well as myself) with the utmost respect too, which always goes down well with me!

Andy was very positive about the studio and it's toys and even made the most of our small upstairs hallway, which no one has shot in yet, creating some fantastic images!

I highly recommend working with Andy if you get the chance!

Where do I even start with Andy!? Well, it was the first time I had ever shot with him and I have to say, I am definitely addicted! Not only did Andy arrive on time, he also brought his sense of humour with him too, which I absolutely loved! This man definitely knows how to make you laugh! As well as a brilliant sense of humour, Andy is down to earth, polite, professional and friendly. Respecting his position as a photographer at all times.

When it comes to shooting, Andy really does know what he is doing. He paces around looking at all the potential shoot areas, with his thinking face on and then bang! He has his ideas! Not only does he come up with great ideas, but the lighting he creates is gorgeous! Andy knows a thing or two about directing as well, which is fantastic, as he really does get the best out of the models he works with!

We got on very well straight from the off and I honestly cannot wait to shoot with him again! So much so, we have already arranged our second shoot! No doubt one of the best photographers that I have worked with!

I highly recommend working with Andy if you get the chance. You would be mad not to!

I had my first shoot Andy which took place at MrDave's studio in Exeter. Andy clearly explained what he wanted me to do and we shot a variety of genres, some nude and some with a sheer top, using different areas of the studio and lighting techniques for each set.

He was happy to share his considerable knowledge with my husband, Kevin, and MrDave.

Andy has a great sense of humour and we had a very sociable and enjoyable day together. I am very pleased with the results and I hope we can work together again soon. Highly recommended! :)

Andy, as always, turned up on time with great coms before shoot and of course with his jokey humour!

The shoot went very well in a great location and we got a huge selection of different looks done in a very small amount of time. Which is how Andy knows i like to work. Lol

Great photographer with great angles and knowledge of photography/ light etc.

Definitely recommend, and very trusted in my opinion.. awesome images to follow!

Great pre-shoot comms and was really looking forward to this shoot! Jake is great fun to work with and the images are fab💖 he's a lovely man checking I was ok and took regular breaks. I would recommend him to others no problem!😊

So pretty much two years after our first shoot, I got to shoot again with Jake as he booked me up to nude for two hours at a group shoot at WindmillArt in the studio

Really enjoyed working with him again and images are looking great!

Hope we can shoot together again soon and it won't be another two years :)

Jake41 has an amazing sense of humour, I was laughing the whole time :) he is professional and full of helpful advice which I really appreciated as this was my first group shoot. I felt completely at ease and he produced some amazing photos :)

I had the pleasure of working with Andy again after a number of years. Sense of humour hasn't changed...the jokes are still as bad haha but his work just keeps getting better. Really happy with the results from our shoot. Really friendly and professional, happy to direct and listen to ideas. Highly recommended! =)

A delightful person to work with, we did a swimsuit shoot in foots cray meadows. The ideas he had was marvelous and has a can do attitude on getting the shots done quickly. Andy had attention to detail to tags, people/signs in background and pointing the toes can make a huge difference. He is a friendly and humorous guy, I would recommend working with him.

If you are looking for someone you can completely trust and make you feel comfortable during a shoot then Andy is the one to do it. I have just had my sixth shoot with Andy and he always gives me confidence in myself and my body that I leave the shoot with a beaming smile. When I get all images in my Dropbox before I am even home the smile gets bigger as the results are fabulous. Andy is happy to edit what I want, but to be truthful, many are so good straight from the camera that it is hard to choose what needs editing. As always, Andy is the perfect host making sure there are coffee and biscuits on the go and lunch for when we need it. Hopefully we will get another one or two shoots in before the end of the year.

Andy invited me along to a group shoot at the old rectory. I love big old buildings to shoot in. This was only my second nude shoot (i rarely shoot nude) but Andy makes you feel so at ease. The results are stunning, i had a fantastic day. Thank you so much for the opportunity.

What an absolutely awesome result from the photo shoot with Andy earlier this week!! The lighting equipment he uses not only made me look expensive and classy - it even made my apartment look like it was worth big bucks!! :-)

Andy is a photographic genius!! And I'm saying that because he used the small space of my lounge and hallway to create stunning photos!!

To say I am pleased is an understatement! I am extremely happy with the result and am having the most difficult time EVER choosing the ones to be edited!!

Seriously I've had the pleasure of meeting Andy before but never worked with him until today 30th May.

I had a great 2 hour slot with Andy at Richard James Studio. The day before the shoot I emailed Andy asking if he wanted me to bring anything special for the shoot Yes came the reply a off the shoulder jumper . OK so I repacked my bag , We never used the Jumper ( Next time ) I seriously Loved working with Andy .He has a great imagination for creating ideas I loved the images I saw on the back of the camera I look forward to seeing the finished edits.I highly recommend Andy to all models and MUA's I hope I get the chance to work with Andy again ( less of the bad jokes next time ) I've added andy to my Christmas pressie list 1 pair of MATCHING sock's

Such a lovely guy with a great sense of humour, working with him was a pleasure.

Andy took time getting the best lighting & took his time to take shots over again so that everything looked spot on in the photos.

Really enjoyed this shoot & hope to shoot with Andy again in the future.

This dude alright I suppose.... haha ok ok Andy's great and I love shooting with him!

Very pleased I got to shoot with Andy again at the lovely Maunsel House as the location is perfect for Andy's style of work which I find stunning!

Always up for a laugh but also very professional and easy to shoot with. His pre comms are always spot on and I always leave a shoot hoping our next one is only round the corner.

Andy is cool, funny, a great photographer and someone who can always capture great images so go shoot with him! Highly recommended!
