Worked with Ian on studio day with studio Luminescence. Everything went to plan and ran very smoothly. Each photographer took it in turns to shoot and Ian was very lovely and polite on set and let me do my thing. He kindly showed me some of his images after each set and made it known he was happy with the way I worked in order to help achieve the images he wanted. Hopefully work together again soon!

Ian is an up and coming photographer and works hard to deliver on a vision. I enjoyed working with him very much, such that I would like to work with him again which is always a good 'litmus' test for me. This shoot was challenging as the rooms were not familiar to him and also some ideas I put to him was creatively challenging. However he rose to the challenge and exceeded my expectations with some quality photos.

I felt safe with Ian, he is very respectful, attentive and patient. I wish him all the best on his journey as a photographer and look forward to working with him again.

Ian is a regular member of the Luminescence Community.

It has been, and continues to be, wonderful to be a part of Ian's photography journey. We love seeing the surprise and excitement on his face when he see's the set, model, props and plan for the day. We love seeing his back of cameras and how he has approached the concept.

Ian is friendly and warm and an utterly lovely soul to have at an event. Just keep a good variety of biscuits on hand!..

I was so happy to meet Ian in an amazing event organized by studio Luminescence! We had a Rococo and Barocco style shoot and it was so much fun and creativity!

Ian an absolute gem—friendly, kind, and easy to work with. He made the whole shoot effortless and fun, and time just flew by!

His openness to creative ideas made the shoot a playground for imagination, and despite the limited time, we managed to capture some fantastic shots that I'm genuinely thrilled about! Ian s photos have this amazing quality, leaving me excited about the potential for future shoots.

This was my first shoot with Ian and I certainly hope it’s not the last….. what a fantastic shoot it was!! Just wow!!

Ian is not only a great photographer, but a real gentleman and great company. We spent 4hours walking along a river and just flowing with inspiration. Ian and I worked great together creating fabulous images along the way. Ian always shows me the back of camera which enables me to work the light and setting to the best I can. We produced some fantastic images and I’m super happy with the results!!

Studio Luminescence

We are incredibly privileged to continue to host Ian at our events. Recently he has joined us for both our 'Warrioress' event 7th April and our 'Burlesque' event 14th April.

Ian consistently works well with others attending the event and is always respectful of the model, the studio and equipment used. It is always a simple booking process and comms are always clear.

Ian always brings a certain warmth to our events, it is a pleasure to have him visit and for us to continue to see the shots he takes and how his perspectives and creativity has evolved.

We continue to recommend working with Ian to any studio, model or event host for group workshops.

Studio Luminescence

We have had the pleasure of working with Ian on a number of occasions now, many prior to his membership here on Purpleport.

His latest attendance at Studio Luminescence was for our Memoirs of the East workshop with Anne May.

Ian is a wonderfully warm and friendly personality - he always integrates well with fellow workshop attendees and is always respectful of the studio, equipment and facilities. His pre-event comms are great and booking him on to upcoming events is always a breeze.

It has been a joy to work with Ian from his very first attendance at a beginner lighting workshop to present and to see him learn and develop and indeed continue to be a part of that journey. We would happily recommend working with Ian to fellow models, studios and event organisers alike.
