I would strongly recommend Ian to anyone! We had a great day just wandering around the waterways and catching shots as and when they felt right.

He's really good at guiding, but also incredibly positive when you offer suggestions, and he taught me a lot about the technicalities of photography. The shots he's produced are amazing, and he was also really interesting, funny and friendly company.

It's also very clear that photography is a true passion for him, as is making sure his models are completely happy with the shots, 10/10!

What a bloody lovely shoot. Right from pre-comms, Ian is warm and welcoming and has an abundance of stories to keep you entertained as well as a fantastic sense of humour to keep you laughing. One of the most chatty photoshoots I've ever had.

In regards to the actual photo taking part, Ian's direction was great and we managed to create some fantastic shots. Ian has a really keen eye for photography and clearly loves what he does.

I would definitely recommend him and hope this is the first of many shoots.

Great shoot with Ian in Stratford- upon- Avon, despite all the weather conditions being against us we got some great shots! Ian is professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. All pre-comms were fab and we spent plenty of time before going out discussing what we'd like to try to achieve over a cuppa!

I'd highly recommend working with Ian and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Had my second shoot with Ian today, we discussed and organised a shoot from home in the garden. Pre-communication was fantastic as always, Ian had a very clear idea of the images he wished to create and we captured some great shots.

Genuinely a nice person to work with, I always find my shoots with Ian are enjoyable and fun, he is always very professional and polite.

Ian did his homework and found the mooring with no problem at all.

The pre com's were fantastic and we knew exactly what we were looking for in the shoot.

We wondered around the moorings and canal. Got some very fantastic images. It was a refreshing change to shoot with minimal makeup.

Due to unforeseen traffic I ended up arriving later than planned and stressed, Ian suggested we went for a coffee and chilled before hand which helped a lot. His relaxed yet fun nature made the shoot enjoyable and we achieved some fantastic shots. Ian is very professional and I felt totally safe within his company. Ian and I have worked together a few times now of the years. Ian travelled to a location locally to me which I recommended. I was the first model he had ever worked with some years ago so I can see how his photography has improved and improved over the years. It's great to see. The photos looked great on the back of the camera.

A really easy going nice and chatty guy to spend the shoot time with as well. The location has a lovely cafe so we even had a tea afterwards as well which was a nice end to the shoot.

Happily recommended.

He picked me up and put me at ease immediately and was great to chat to throughout. He had some lovely ideas for shots and was eager to make sure I got what I wanted too.

It was very easy to shoot with him, and the time flew by, I can't believe it went as fast as it did! He sent me the images in really good time and I love them.

It has been a year and a half since I first shot with Ian and feels like a lot less. Great conversation and laughter, fab ideas and energy throughout. From looking at the back of the camera, I could see great shots. Thank you for persevering with my 3 locations today!

Ian is everything you would wish for in a shoot. Comms were great; shoot was relaxed and fun and even though the weather wasn't playing ball we still had a very busy and productive shoot. I've only done a few shoots with so little makeup etc and I'm personally very flattered with the results! I think he is a very talented portrait photographer. I would recommend him to any model without hesitation.

I had the pleasure of working with Ian for a second time on Sunday. This time we met at Stratford-on-Avon which is around halfway between where we both live and we had another productive and enjoyable shoot! Ian was extremely understanding about the fact that I had arrived at the location slightly late. We had not realised just how busy it was going to be in Stratford that day and I felt terrible for leaving Ian waiting, but he was absolutely lovely about it which put me at ease. Apologies for my lateness once again Ian!

Ian had arrived at the location early to scope out the area and find the best places for shooting, so by the time I got there he knew exactly where we should head to. Ian was as bright and friendly as ever and we chatted away whilst making our way around the path that circles the River Avon and capturing shots when we felt we’d found a good spot. Ian’s enthusiasm and love for photography is very motivating and he is such an easy-going person to work with. Ian was very aware of how chilly it was on the day and kept checking to make sure I was happy. It sure was extremely cold but I tried my best to model as normal and I hope that Ian managed to get the images he wanted – the last time we shot together the light was unfortunately quite poor so this time around hopefully the conditions were good enough to enable Ian to achieve what he wanted from the shoot. I’ve seen one image so far and it was superb, so hopefully the rest will be just as good!

On the whole, I had a fabulous second shoot with Ian despite the cold. He is such a fun and inspiring person to be around…and he loves tea just as much as me so we both are just as keen as each other for a tea break!  I would not hesitate to shoot with Ian again, although I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s had enough of me now but I would be over the moon to shoot with him a third time!

I had so much fun shooting in my home time with Ian, it was the best way to start my week off although it was a overcast day, we were lucky enough to catch some sunny spells.

Ian was on time, ready and eager to go. I absolutely loved the enthusiasm that was ooozing from him, certainly made my creavity levels rocket high.

Ian is absolutely fabulous and super lovely and anyone would be very lucky to work with him. He was a perfect, professional, gentleman and I do hope our paths cross again.
