One of my favourite photographers that has done my very favourite images of me. Infectiously outgoing and full of zest , Helen as always is a marvel with her direction and perseverance seeking the best composition and lighting for the shot, both myself and Scarlett Fox trudging through mud struggling to keep up with her at times over fields and rocks in search of the best locations in this outdoors shoot both winter fashion and a romantic woodland shoot wrapped in one, the images are truly magical and will treasure the results. x

Good God, this woman just keeps out doing herself and leaving me gobsmacked! I had the most sensational pleasure of shooting with Helen again last week with my on screen husband, Will Newton.

Okay so things may not have started smoothly as my memory is so terrible, so we were meant to shoot in a specific part of woodland that I had shot in the summer, but low and behold I couldn't quite remember where it was, oh we'll never mind, Helen is the most chilled out person I know, and to be honest the shots we got were so totally different to what I had in mind for our collaboration and due to Helen's insane creative mind her shots were so much better!

We had a beautiful fashion shoot in the woodland, and we managed to keep some clothes on Will as well, it really did look like an engagement shoot, her ability to work with natural light is something special in itself, most if not all of the work Helen does is shot in camera, she's incredibly patient to wait for the sun beams to hit just the right spot, she's so talented.

It was such a fun shoot, the three of us have shot together in the past and it always makes for a mental day!

It won't be long until Helen and I team up again, we'll be arranging a date to shoot at an abandoned dance hall, and a few other things in the pipe line.

A huge, HUGE thank you to Helen for such a great shoot with beautiful images, and for being one of my favourite photographers to collaborate, and favourite people's to hang out with!

It's always so glorious working with Helen, she has the most amazing ideas! This lovely lady got in touch with me a few months ago to arrange a shoot at one of her gorgeous locations, and as I looked through the shots of the location she sent me, I thought sod it I'm going to make some one of a kind outfits for that! So she gave me a few months to get the outfits together.

Fast forward she picked me up at the station and we drove out and hauled all the equipment, clothing, wigs, and anything else we had out to a certain spot and set up base camp. Helen remembered all the essentials of food, water, blankets to sit on, she's very good! So we started off with a Rapunzel inspired shoot with a maiden dress and corset, and of course a very long wig she sourced. Helen is so patient, she had to put up with me tripping over my wig, climbing through bog land and squealing like a girl!

We then moved on to a ball gown, a cup and saucer, and me leaping around like a nutter through the trees, yep she's very patient dealing with me! And for our final set we did a quick warrior princess like set which we finished only a few minutes before we got hit by a monsoon.

Since we had some time after the shoot Helen took me to a sweet little cafe, where we walked in with me covered in quite literally war paint, we were both covered in mud, and I think she was missing a flip flop, I'm surprised we got served!

Helen is one of the most inspirational people I know, she's filled with so much creativity I've never heard anything like what she has for an imagination, truly amazing what she can do. So I'm very excited to say we'll be working together closely on some future crazy projects. If you haven't worked with Helen, than you are missing out on one heck of an opportunity as she really is one in a million.

Helen is lovely to work with; she is warm, positive and encouraging as well as professional and conscientious. Her passion for her craft shines through and it's clear that she cares about getting the best out of the surroundings and the model. I thoroughly enjoyed our shoot, looking forward to seeing the results (though the two I've seen so far look FAB!) and would be very happy to shoot again.

My shoot with Helen on Sunday was wonderful! It was a group shoot with 3 other photographers around Leeds city centre, and she was lovely and warm from the moment I met her. Having seen some of her previous work I was excited anyway and she lived up to my expectations and more. Unfortunately she was the last photographer I worked on the shoot so we didn't get much time but I hope to work with her again because what we did get looked fantastic. Thankyou Helen!

I shot with Helen yesterday for the second time, for Hurdyburdy Vintage Clothing. Helen was wonderful from start to finish - she gave me a lift to and from the shoot, and was lovely company the entire day - we could hardly stop chatting! She has a gift for photography, and works extremely hard to get the best from the day. Her attention to detail and lighting is admirable. She helps you to feel at ease in front of the camera, and allows your personality to shine through. Helen is kind, creative, and a brilliant photographer to work with. Highly recommended - can't wait to shoot with her again!

Had a shoot today with Helen in Leeds City Centre. We explored different area to try an dance in the urban area style of shoot. I loved working with her, it was unique and a lot of fun.

She was a good laugh and lovely to talk too. I would happily work with her again. She was lovely and patient with me when I ocassionally got cold with the wind and breeze. But I got straight back into it after a while.

I honestly would love to work with her again sometime. :) x

Helen is an incredible photographer who is capable of amazing work across a wide range of genres. I was desperate to work with her to get an insight in to how she puts together such fantastic images and I'm so glad she agreed as we had a blast yesterday clambering over Otley moor, squelching through bogs and climbing up cliffs. I instantly trusted Helen completely, whether she was getting me to overcome my fear of heights or pushing my pose to get the most out of my body. Most of all she was lovely company and it was a great way to spend a day, I could have shot with her all week.

The photographs she has already finished are incredible, I can't wait to see more.

I shot with Helen at a fantastic shoot day at rise hall. Helen had arranged for a wonderful makeup artist who created a wonderful look for the shoot. Helen was friendly, gave direction well and had a good structure to the whole shoot.

Had a great time whilst shooting and looking forward to seeing the images :)

After working with Helen at a Forgotten Fairytale group shoot event earlier in the month, it was great to shoot with her again in York on Easter Sunday. We had a brilliant shoot, working with another photographer, and came up with some fantastic ideas from the outfits and accessories available. Helen is friendly, cares about her models, is great fun to work with and has great vision for what she wants to achieve from the shots. She has attention to detail and the back of the camera images looked brilliant. I'd definitely recommend Helen to other photographers and hope to work with her again in future.

Helen was one of the lovely photographers that attended my group shoot event at De Grey Rooms duo with Aurelia organised and ran by Vicky Burns (Exposure Events). As said in all my other references, I just love this lady, she's more mad then me, always prepared to roll around on the floor or hang off the ceiling to get that wow image, she's great fun, professional, and my goodness I'm always blown away by the results. A truly top photographer and a wonderful person, she will always come highly recommended by me.

Now this lady is a revelation. Friendly, charming, quietly understated and gave me a very relaxing environment to work with and through doing so took full advantage to pose me within an inch of my life! I couldn't be happier with the results, sometimes the right shot takes time and patience which she has in abundance along with a stellar understanding of light, shadow, chiascuro, warmth and an excellent editing abilities and her post production is second to none. My portfolio heavily features her work due to this and I cannot wait for the next shoot!

My goodness what can I say about this wonderful woman, she is a true diamond! Whilst she was working in London, Helen came for a shoot in Cheshunt where I was staying yesterday, and we went above and beyond at L.R.M Photography's home studio. She arrived early so we were able to have a chat and work out what we were going to do and we did more than I thought possible in our time together, the sets were just beautiful starting with a black swan look, morning through high fashion with gels and wigs, and finishing up with some stunning high key art nudes! I just adore working with Helen, she is so relaxed and such a giggle to be with, her work is out of this world and well she's brilliant! Love this woman and always comes highly recommended by me, so excited to see the end results!
