This was my second shoot with the wonderful Helen Diaz and this is my second attempt therefore to add some words of praise to the 400+ positive references she already has on here - no easy task but here goes. Put simply Helen is one of the most wonderful and interesting people you could ever hope to spend some time photographing. She is a truly professional model so her natural beauty, the excellent pre-shoot banter and sizable wardrobe she owns all go without saying. What is more important are her top-notch skills as a model. She poses effortlessly and has loads of energy, ideas and enthusiasm which means it is very hard to actually take a bad picture of Helen (even for me). Even though when I photographed Helen she had only just returned from a grueling 7+ day modeling tour of the North she was still fresh as a daisy and looked great. She also has a wicked sense of humour which makes any shoot with her something you won't forget in a hurry. Whether you are a seasoned pro or new to this game I'd recommend you book Helen for a shoot - you won't be disappointed. Thanks once again Helen :-) :-) :-)

Helen is a great Model to work with full of energy but still professional. I'm still new to the studio shooting so it was nice to have a relaxed engaging and fun model to work with.

I was delighted to get the opportunity to work with Helen during her visit to the North East.

The main thing I can add is that if you want to try the fields in which Helen so clearly excels, please don't hesitate before suggesting a booking with Helen. I felt that Helen was genuinely interested in ensuring that we both got the most from this shoot, with suggestions as to the best lighting and poses, together with frequent requests from Helen to check the results of each idea.

Communication prior to meeting was excellent and helpful, I was even advised of any dates when Helen might not be able to answer messages straight away during her tour.

On top of all this, I found Helen to be utterly charming, exuberant, and amusing company, and the time just flew by.

The Geordie accent needs a little bit of work, but everything else is just brilliant. Highly recommended.

I had my first shoot with Helen recently (Wednesday 18th march 2015).

Helen is an experienced and stunningly beautiful model who really knows how to pose for any image.

Helen is a talented model and is professional in her attitude and yet always chatty and friendly.

I don't want to just repeat what others have said before, but I can only say that I highly recommend Helen for any photographer. She picked just the right outfits for each set and made them look fantastic too! Superb pre-shoot communication, effortless posing, fabulous results and great fun... what more can a photographer ask for!

Helen was in my studio all day, first hired by a photographer and then for a group shoot organised by myself.

She's a consummate professional!

Her communications before the shoot were impeccable, she arrived promptly and immediately put the photographers at ease with good humour.

Her outfits were great and obviously she poses perfectly with and without direction.

She went out of her way to make sure everyone got great images, really taking an interest in the day, not just 'going through the motions'!

I can't wait to have her back in the studio :)

During the session, we went through a number of sets and Helen made sure all the photographers captured some great images. She was happy to pose independently or follow directions as appropriate

I had my first shoot with Helen yesterday at my art studio and was blown away by how good she is. Her pre shoot communications were excellent and she arrived with a huge case containing an amazing selection of clothing and accessories. She has a great sense of humour and in incredibly energetic and creative. Helen is one of the premier league professional models who knows how to use light and pose whilst creating movement.

Helen is real fun to work with and you will always get amazing pictures, I can't recommend her highly enough, she is truly amazing!

Helen and I shot in the studio today and the 4 hours flew by. It was like working with an old friend with a warmth and chattiness that were engaging and entertaining. Photographically she is exceptionally versatile bringing suitcases full of clothes and accessories which I almost completely ignored to shoot her in a pure art nude style. Posing with grace and good flow as well as adjusting to the directions and ideas I had in mind - we shot a range of images and ideas and she excelled in all of them.

If you are reading this to decide whether or not you should shoot Helen, then you should.

As already mentioned on this page. Helen is professional with great communication skills, dedicated to her work and beautiful into the bargain.

Our shoot took place at Studio Q in Falkirk. The four hours simply flew past - and working in conjunction the Keki Cosmetics team we produced some stunning images.

If you are looking for a mundane -average shoot - truthfully Helen isn't going to fit the bill. If on the other hand you are looking for a lively shoot with a creative partner who is seriously (make that mega) larger than life; has great ideas, interesting wardrobe and gives 110% then check her diary/tour dates and book her. You won't regret it.

My 2nd time and certainly not my last. Helen will exercise your creative endurance, wit, sanity, all that is you - irrespective of ability and standing. An incredible human being that elevates your belief in all and everything. Working with Rachelle Summers, the Edinburgh public and myself our 2 days (all) together were just not enough. Like a beautiful, svelte, pedigree wonder ... Helen will joke, play, giggle and cavort ... and suddenly without warning - be the mythical, the medusa, the siren, the goddess, the beauteous wonder; all and everything ... everything. Allow Helen to be herself, just prepare your reflexes, camera skills and senses to capture the moments that only Helen can procure. My major complaint ... Helen only comes to Scotland every so often ;) but I think it will be more 'often' now ... xxxx.

My first shoot with Helen and at a Glasgow studio. Communication ahead of the shoot was excellent and she arrived on time with a large collection of clothes for the shoot. It was apparent from the outset that we would find shooting together an enjoyable and productive experience. Helen is chatty, good company, personable, friendly, beautiful and an excellent model. Time just flew by. Helen is experienced and professional, can pose without direction, but responds quickly to direction when given. Helen contacted me about a shoot and I was so glad she did. I am looking for images of the highest quality for competitions and these we have from the shoot today. I am sorry she is based so far from Glasgow and that opportunities to shoot with her will be few and far between. But rest assured when she is next up in Scotland I will be booking her for another shoot with her. I recommend Helen without reservation.

Had my first shoot with Helen just over a week ago. Helen turned up on time (actually she called to say that she could make it an hour earlier than planned, which was great) and full of great ideas for our shoot.

Helen brought with her a great wardrobe, props, wigs, and did her make-up to a very high standard. She was full of creative ideas, her flow of poses was great and she is a lot of fun to work with - as long as you keep the green tea flowing :-)

I would definitely highly recommend Helen and look forward to working with her again in the future.

Have admired Helen's work for quite some time now and was disappointed to miss her last Scottish trip. W hen she announced this Scottish trip, I was sure not to miss this one.... so so glad we were able to shoot....

excellent model, great chat, great personality and "MAD as PANTS!""" not only is Helen beautiful but a dream to work with, needing no guidance nor direction but totally open to suggestion, offering 100% fabulous shoot.

Haven't really worked an any of our images yet but the initial look intimates the finished result will be super.

Would I recommend her... absolutely!!! Already planning our next shoot.... simply enchanting ....

OK - nothing.

So, it's all true - she is lovely, she is really good at what she does, she will make you feel at ease, she will leave you feeling you've known her forever, she is a witch, she is mad.......

Ah - I've thought of something - if you only book a couple of hours you'll regret it - it'll be the fastest two hours of your life - book a day ! Book a week !!!

Three Before Eight

I had the opportunity to work with Helium Helen(ask her about the voice) today. Helen has a bubbly personality that comes through during the shoot and makes the day fly by. Helen works very hard, is professional, takes direct well, and has very wide range. It was nice to meet someone with such a beautiful soul.

What can you add when someone has so many glowing references? All I can say is I'm really glad I had the opportunity to work with Helen, and hope that I'll get the opportunity again. She's a fabulous person to work with, really chatty and friendly which makes the time just fly by. Takes direction well when it's given, but really doesn't need it. Lots of ideas to contribute which makes for a true collaboration. A wonderful model, if you get the chance to work with her, grab it with both hands.
