I had another amazing shoot with Halo this week. I have come to the conclusion she is more like a method actress than a model. She gets into the entire feel and story of a shoot.

We shot with my violin beetle prop and once the shoot got going it was clear she had bonded with the prop on an emotional level, which meant we got some excellent results. She was prompt and dedicated bringing a very well thought out array of clothes to wear.

I think the most important thing for me is that she has the right creative mindset to help make my ideas reality. Its a rare thing to find a creative equal and I look forward to pushing that even further in the future.

Yesterday I had the great pleasure of meeting & working with Halo.

Communication before & during our shoot was excellent. She is a lovely & friendly person, very easy to shoot with & I enjoyed our conversations during our shoot.

Halo is a wonderful & expressive model, producing wonderful poses & fantastic portraits. Our shoot was easily one of the best that I have had the pleasure to experience.

Halo is one of the best models I have worked with, I highly recommend her & I definitely want to work with her again:)

Paper Toast

We had the delight of working with Halo yesterday. Pre-shoot plans were easy going and we quickly laid out an idea that we were both excited to work on. The shoot went perfectly, with Halo quickly dropping in to the mood and style, giving us some really great shots that we are very pleased with.

We would happily and highly recommend Halo as a professional, versatile, and fun model to work with. She gives a lot and has a talent and passion for creative shoots.

Worked with her on a gothic shoot despite the red hot sunshine weather at Wollaton Hall, she came with lots of ideas and a bag full of clothes!

This lady is the queen of posing, no direction needed at all!

Had a wonderful shoot with Halo today.

A lovely, creative and totally professional model. From our coffee and chat, all the way through to clambering in to an abandoned building had me laughing and so pleasant.

Ace dancer and throws graceful and creative postures, understands how to get the best of the photographer and full of ideas.

Thoroughly enjoyed our shoot and can't recommend highly enough :-)

Oh my goodness!

What a pleasure, what sheer delight.

An exceedingly chilly day saw this faboulously flighty spirit descend on the unsuspecting Oriental tourists at Wollaton Hall with me for a period costume shoot. She danced (beautifully), I sang (badly), and some wonderful images were captured.

She was an absolute star, maintaining a cheerful demeanour even as her extremities slowly went numb! All too briefly we had to call a halt to proceedings least something actually fall off owing to the temperature, but in that short space of time she absolutely shone.

Halo is one of those rarest of creatures; graceful, elegant and beautiful, yet totally grounded and a delight to work with.

If you have not yet had the pleasure of working with her, then do so... or else! I certainly cannot wait to do so again.

I am a leaf on the wind, watch how I soar.

i worked with halo a little while back and she was a pleasure to work with. She is extremely reliable and a beautiful person inside and out, her unique style enabled such a versatile range in looks in such a short amount of time. i would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. x

Halo's single most defining attribute is her ability to get into the mindset of the individual she is trying to portray, what is even more impressive is that she knew straight away what was in my mind and the type of imagery I wanted to create. Its not often that someone can picture what I am trying to achieve so easily.

To suddenly find you have two extra limbs in the form of wings and make them look to be part of oneself is a difficult challenge that she happily met, I almost forgot the wings were a prop by the end of the shoot.

We managed to pack in a wide range of styles, purely because of Halo's experience and constant changing poses, not to mention the sheer emotion she would cram into every pose.

Professional, friendly and a little bit quirky I look forward to shooting with her again.

Class is timeless not dependant on fashion or fads, this lady has class in abundance, a thoughtful , exciting fun model, she has a great artistic view and inputs intelligently into the shoot, she is a top lady and I enjoyed my shoot so much with her.

I had heard great things about Halo from various places, so I knew I was in for something special when I managed to arrange my shoot with her and Jess Rose, MUA.

I've been lucky enough to work with some of the best models in my area and I dislike making comparisons, but Halo was THE best model I have shot with to date. She has limitless poses, she is very beautiful and she is extremely creative and, perhaps above all, friendly and down-to-earth / unassuming.

I would absolutely LOVE to work with Halo again! Definitely recommended!

Halo was once again absolutely amazing to work with. We have some epic conversations and she was lovely and patient while I backcombed her hair so much she looked somewhat like a troll doll.

We did a couple of different looks and she suited both so perfectly, from very alternative to pretty pin up, this girl can do it all.

Once again I highly recommend her and I look forward to working with her plenty more in the future :D

Had a brilliant quick but highly productive photo session with Halo at the Pit and Pendulum studio, Halo is really creative and expressive, she has the ability to know what is required for the shoot allowing you to concentrate on taking images, not giving direction. Very fast at different styles of poses, which I'm sure she has an unlimited supply of ;) these expressive poses and looks can make the photo into something really special.

Amazing Model, lovely and great fun, one of the best! 100% recommend!

Halo was great pre-shoot, very organised, punctual and utterly charming to be with. The time completely flew by as we got lost in different creative lighting and set options inspired mainly by Halo and her great thinking. Totally natural in front of the lens, huge array of poses, great to be with and fantastic results. Couldn't recommend Halo more highly, can't wait to work with her again.
