I have travelled to Middlesbrough for three days shoot with Andy. He is the most dedicated and talented photographer, a lovely gentleman with a great knowledge of art history, very friendly, and full of great ideas.

Andy instantly makes you feel relaxed and engaged during the shoot and enjoys creating a wide range of styles in his work, which makes the shoot interesting and fun. We covered many different styles and created some superb images in his studio which looks like a mini theatre.

Andy gives helpful feedback and direction, as well as inviting you to share ideas and suggestions. He's always considerate, impeccably polite and professional, and great company. I felt very privileged to work with Andy.

He's definitely highly recommended, and hope to see him again soon.

just finished a large project with Andy and have to sing his praises once more, his studio is a treasure trove of outfits and props, if you have a theme or concept the chances are you will find everything you need for it there, his mind is extremely creative and artistic - u

you will never run out of ideas, though his main passion is classic art and mythology (which he does extremely well) he is a very talented and professional photographer who is capable of a large variety of styles and enjoys a challenge. On top of all this he is a sound guy, friendly, respectful and he looks after his models well (keeps them warm, cups of tea etc.)

Cant recommend him and his studio enough.

Andy was wonderful to work with and I was amazed at his ability to take a vague idea and make it a reality down to the very last detail. He was able to take a challenging theme and complete it with ease.An extremely creative and artistic photographer whose knowledge of lighting is astonishing which makes him an artist in his own right. His studio is also full of all kinds of weird and wonderful props, which echoes a working theatre rather than a photography studio! His creative vision and expertise meant we got some great shots very early on in the shoot. He will know instantly what will work and what won't and arranges model and set in a kind of harmony which resembles a composition in a painting. He is extremely knowledgeable about art and culture and thought me a few things about the north east (He is very chatty and took an interest in my own work/studies). I would highly recommend working with Andy, a true master of his craft.

He can also make a great cuppa!

I had a fantastic shoot with Andy today. Talented, professional & a gentleman. I was allowed creative input to the shoot & really felt our ideas worked well together. Such a shame I am leaving the country and won't get a chance to shoot again for another year! Thanks for fitting me in to your busy schedule Andy!

I have had two shoots with Andy and both times he was very welcoming and easy to work with. His idea's are fantastic and the sets were amazing too. I would definitely recommend working with Andy. Hope we can work together again.

I have worked with Andy more times than I can possibly think and he is truly the most awesome person you could meet! From the very start Andy has always had great passion in sharing creative ideas, welcoming off the wall suggestions and using his unquestionably skilled eye to light and capture a moment in all it's wonderful glory.

We have shot such a vast number of different styles together and every single shoot has been an extremely fun and exciting challenge, Andy has an inbuilt determination to perfect a photograph and will endure so much in the way of technical applications and small details to get the goal. Furthermore to his inspirational enthusiasm to photography, he has the biggest heart and is by far an amazing character who is respectful and lots of joy to shoot with. :)

I always look forward to what kind of adventure we will have next! Recommended very, tremendously, eminently, exceedingly... (I'll stop now before I flood Andy's reference page with adverbs) ...highly. :)

From the very first time I shot with Andy, I realised that he creates something really special on each shoot he does, he works camera magic with his angles, lighting and compositions, his ability to create sets from scratch is astounding, his sleeping beauty set was sublime and very believable to the last detail. But on top of all this he is a very smart and passionate guy, therefore his images always speak to the viewer. It's a privilege to work with him and I very much look forward to our large project together, can't think of anyone I would rather do such an ambitious project with :)

Whether you're experienced or not I highly recommend Andy to add some magic to your portfolio.
