I really enjoyed working with gary the shoot was relaxed, fun and got awesome images. He is a pro with the lighting also! Deffo knows his stuff.

What can i say about Gary that hasn't already been said? He's lovely and super easy to get along with and we had a laugh during his workshop for the guild.

He sure knows his stuff and captures lovely images with ease and fun mixed in :)

100% recommend as i had a great 3 hours.

I had a lovely photoshoot with Gary, this was a maternity shoot were I felt really comfortable and relaxed. Gary has so many fabulous probs, costumes , equipment and scenery. The studio was really easy to find and easy parking and has loads of yummy crisps and even almond milk for my brew. I would love to work with Gary again and highly recommend him to any models xxxxx

I shot with the amazing Gary in Preston recently at his fab studio. I had heard of Gary's excellent reputation before and I was not disappointed when I met him!

The shoot was incredibly relaxed and I was fed and watered extremely well :D

Gary set up some fantastic little sets which I very much enjoyed working in as the lighting was so god dam beautiful!!!! I was made to feel really pretty and I left feeling on top of the world.

The images are gorgeous and I can't wait to come back soon :D

We had a fab shoot first time we had met & had an absolute blast with Gary & Garry, tons of laughs, sweets & tea. It really was the perfect shoot & our images are stunning.

An easy recommendation from myself, had a wonderful shoot last night with gary he has amazing ideas which can be shown immediately in the images- no messing about, most importantly we had haribo and fruit tea! The atmosphere really was brilliant none stop giggles

What can I say, I've known Gary for years and every shoot has always been as good as the last one. He's a lovely guy, full of great ideas and posing and knows exactly what he's doing with the camera. Always a joy to be around too, brews always on the go and lots of laughs!

I met Gary whilst he was assisting two other lovey lady photographers with their work. We had a short and sweet interval where we were able to grab a few sneaky shots!! But guess what I adore the pictures!! They are simply beautiful and I'm so excited to have them in my portfolio.

Gary knows his craft well, knows what he wants from an image, has an extensive knowledge or lighting and posing and a top personality to go with it. The whole day I felt completely comfortable, like I'd known him years. We had a great laugh and got some fab images at the same time.

Kind and considerate man who pushes you to get your best! I can't wait to work with him again.

I had the chance to meet Gary yesterday on two of my shoots he was helping out on. Gary is a lovely guy with a great sense of humour!

He gave direction very well and was very easy to get along with. We only had a few moments to get some shooting time together but we worked very quick and from what I saw on the back of the camera he captured some great images.

I highly recommend shooting and/or being tutored by him!

Had a fantastic experience working with Gary, Darren Essex - professional fitness model and personal trainer, and two aspiring photographers during a photography training day Gary had organized for them. He is very knowledgeable and can give some great advice to both models and photographers wishing to learn from him.

Gary is an awesome photographer with great eye for detail and the ability to beautifully capture fleeting moments. He is well organised, extremely professional and has a great sense of humour. Most importantly, his warm and easy going personality instantly puts you at ease. As a result, we got some wicked pics :)

Real pleasure to work with. Highly recommended! x

I had the privilege of working with Gary on a joint shoot with female model Gruszka. Gary is an amazing photographer and has a fantastic eye for detail. Gary gives superb direction and knows exactly how to get the perfect shot. Gary is also great fun to work with, has a brilliant personality and we had a fabulous time working together. Highly recommended and if you ever get the opportunity to work with this photographer then you should jump at the chance.

I have worked with Gary quite a few times now in his workshops at Ropeworks studio and more recently on a 1:1 location shoot, Gary is one of my favourite photographers, I always love the images he captures. He is absolutely nuts!! Easy to be around, and a great teacher. I hope I continue to work closely with him throughout my modelling career. Awesome. 100% recommended x

I don't know where to begin with my reference for Gary without sounding like too much of a suck-up, but here goes...

I've been wanting to meet Gary for yonks because he's apparently pretty good at this photography stuff. And after finally meeting him, I can say that his reputation really is massively deserved. Apart from not being able to pronounce certain words properly because of his funny accent, eating Tablet and finding out that he doesn't like Bob Dylan, Gary really is awesome!

Funny, genuine, considerate, hugely talented and such a laugh to be around. I was so happy to get the chance to work with him whilst he was on a training day up in Scotland. Despite me being really nervous about it as I've never done anything like that before, Gary made sure I was happy and enjoying myself. I was definitely out of my comfort zone the entire day, but Gary gave me so much confidence and I genuinely would love to do it again. Plus I learned loads about photography and modelling in general.

We also shot some ideas ourselves afterwards, and I can't wait to see those images. I hope to pester him loads when I move down nearer his way in a couple of months time.

Highly recommended!!

What can i say, THIS MAN KNOWS HIS STUFF!!!!!!!! he creates amazing images, is lovely to work with, slightly bonkers but all us creative people are! Oh yes, likes wearing the odd petticoat skirt as well, lol! :)

I have worked with Gary several times now and on each occasion it has been a pleasure working with him, he is a true professional and is a great educator as well, hopefully we will work together again soon.

Yes he shows up here frequently, which is just as well because Gary uses Ropeworks Studio for some of the most amazing photography training courses. He's an exceptional photographer and a great educator. He's also fabulous working with all sorts of subjects and has the happy knack of encouraging models while being completely relaxed and fun to be around. He's also a fabulous friend :)
