Gary recently booked me for a location shoot. I know of a private location to work at so we drove there. I felt safe in his car and he drove really well. During the shoot we did fashion, portrait, topless and nude work. I felt at ease with him and he turned his back while I changed which I appreciated. He helped me down off rocks too which again I appreciated. Gary is a lovely man, chatty, friendly and really easy to work with. I really enjoyed my shoot with him and look forward to our next shoot. Highly recommended from me. Thanks Gary!

I was so glad that Gary booked another shoot with me as I enjoyed our first shoot a lot!

This shoot was meant to be a duo location shoot, but sadly the other model could not attend and it was raining, so the shoot started a bit wrong way up - though Gary was not phased and took it in his stride!!

We went back to my home and managed to get a great deal of sets in the time we had left!

Gary was very creative with the light and space! He took some really lovely images! I love working with Gary as he always listens to his models ifeS so shooting with him always feels like a collaboration. He’s also got a wonderful attitude and personality so he’s jist lovely to be around!! He always makes me smile and makes me feel great about myself!

Gary is always professional and respectful. He’s very considerate abd always making sure the model is happy and comfortable!

Communication with Garyvis always great too so I couldn’t really ask for more from a photographer!

I look forward to hopefully shooting more with Gary and continuing to build our relationship:) he comes recommended by me!

The Attic Studio

Gary attended the studio as an attendee of a themed group shoot that had booked the space. He was polite and professional throughout the evening and seemed to be getting some great images.

Respectful of our studio, equipment and the model.

What an absolutely pleasure to work with Gary . After traveling to a studio near me we hit it off straight away. Gary really lets the model express themselves and has lots of superb ideas. We managed to get threw lots of sets and Gary captured some really good images throughout the shoot . Gary’s pre communication was excellent and sent me some ideas .

What an absolute joy to work with and such a brilliant photographer.

I had a wonderful shoot with Gary today – pre-communications were fantastic and I knew exactly what sort of looks we were going for. Gary was friendly, kind, funny and easy to get on with – I felt totally comfortable despite this being one of my first nude shoots with someone I hadn't worked with before. I was a bit nervous but no need at all – Gary was just lovely.

I would highly recommend Gary and I hope to shoot with him again. He made me look fantastic and I enjoyed working with him – what more can you ask for?! Thank you Gary :)

Oh my gosh - this was my first shoot with the amazing Gary and I was utterly devastated to learn that he never received a reference from me due to a combination of slow computer issues at the time and my stupid pea brain! He’s a blinkin’ legend and I enjoyed working with him so much that I’ve gone on to shoot with him again another 3 times in a very short space of time very recently! :D So more spammage to come for poor Gary very soon... He’s going to think I’m a right complimentary weirdo! X-D

Our first shoot took place at Map Studio’s in Loughborough and we took the plunge with a whole day to allow us to nail lots of different ideas. And my gosh, did we? I still to this day (even though we’ve made some insane images since) love what we created in the form of top class bodyscapes, funky gel work and more! Gary was (and still is) an absolute delight of a person to work with on so many levels: he’s so enthusiastic, awesome at spotting interesting moments/having his own eye for an image during the shoot process and communicating with the model as well as welcoming no end of input from the model to generate an epic teamwork harmony as the inspiration springs to mind as you’re working. Honestly: I descended on poor Gary with mad look siluggestions even then and he took it in his stride/gave wonderful feedback as we worked... And didn’t think I was a complete loon-ball! :D Or maybe he’s just being polite haha! But either way, the point I’m trying to make is that Gary takes on every photographic challenge before him from the simple setups to the more unconventional/crazy and shows endless drive to capture the moment. I cannot stress how this approach from a photographer that you’re working with spurs yourself on as a model! :D

So not only did we get a mahooooosive amount of fab pictures in the bag using every possible corner of the studio/seizing every opportunity on a productive roll... But Gary is also one of the kindest, most lovely people that another human could meet on this planet: let alone in the industry! Even from the early stages: Gary was professional and sound in his pre-shoot communications to me... We had everything arranged in just a few simple exchanges and we were ready to go! Then during the shoot, Gary bestowed the highest levels of respect and courtesy towards me from start to finish. I felt so comfortable working with him and will scream from the rooftops again in my more recent references about how much I recommend Gary for his pristine professional approach to working with models. Our shoot was relaxed and non-pressured, yet we still nailed so much fantabulous material! Says it all! [Insert star emoji]

I have worked with Gary a few times and he is lovely. He always arrives on time, is professional and great to shoot with. For this shoot he booked me on my Map Studio day and we worked on the different sets there. Throughout the shoot we chatted and the time flew by. Had a really lovely shoot with Gary at my home. We had been in talks about shooting together for a while and I am so pleased we got to. His pre comms are really great, he is kind, caring, a gentleman and has a great sense of humour. He had some really awesome ideas and it was a joy to work with him. I shot with Gary at Map Studios Loughborough yesterday

What a delight here’s the shoot absolutely flew it felt like it was only a couple of hours long but it was eight hours long full day of pure fun and great images honestly one of my most successful shoots of the year so far

I really enjoyed working with Gary I think we created some amazing looks so many different types of lighting and locations Gary made my day very easy I would highly recommend him as a person and a photographer and I can’t wait to work with him again

Well where to start?

Gary is just bloody wonderful :) he’s such a fun character to work with and he showed up to my studio day in perfect time and ready to start he had some lovely ideas he wanted to go through and we powered through them all.

I shot with Gary for the first time a few days ago at my home in york! Pre comms were brilliant! Gary turned up right on time! We shot for 4 hours and really got a range of fabulous shots!!

Gary was really friendly and very respectful throughout the shoot! He was lovely and chatty! He had some really wonderful ideas on the shoot and was happy to listen to any I had!

We managed to do lots of sets! Gary shot some wonderful compositions- the back of the camera shots look great!

Would be more than happy to work with Gary again and I really hope we do! Would recommend to other models!

I met Gary today at MAP Studios and we worked really well together! Friendly, respectful and passionate about photography, I felt comfortable during our time together. I just wish we had had a bit longer, but no worries as we will be working together again soon!!
