References for Fotostrobe

I had another lovely shoot with Fotostrobe this morning at the apartment I have hired for my current tour of Scotland.

As usually he arrived promptly and came up with some fabulous ideas utilising the space and decor around the apartment. Fotostrobe is incredibly respectful and such a gentleman too, always making sure you take a rest in between sets and you are comfortable at all times. He makes sure to show you the back of the camera throughout the shoot so you can see what you're achieving and suggest improvements to your posing if necessary, which is always helpful and appreciated :)

As always we had a wonderful shoot, Fotostrobe is great company and incredibly kind and friendly too. We also got some wonderful images! Highly recommend and hope to see him again soon :)

I had a lovely shoot with Fotostrobe today.

He had contacted me a few days ago after expressing interest in doing a project based around the work of the Pre-raphaelites and naturally I was more than happy to oblige!

We had a short chat pre-shoot about our preferred artistic styles and bonded over the figure of the "strong, powerful woman" in 19th century art. The shoot itself was very fun and flew by really quickly! We narrowed all the many outfits I had down to a few key looks and took some gorgeously expressive portraits and mid-length shots.

Working with Fotostrobe was an absolute joy and I can't wait to work with him again! 100% recommend! :)

Second shoot with fotostrobe. It was just like we picked up where we left off, we were even shooting before we got into the studio. Fotostrobe is a really easy professional guy to work with, he has shots planned that he wants to cover and then there's opportunity to collaborate, try things out and create and play around with concepts.

I have no hesitation its collaborating again and again.

Very fortunate to have the opportunity to shoot again with Fotostrobe and I jumped at the chance to work with this talented photographer for a second time. This time we shot at The Factory which provided some interesting variety to complement the extensive shoot ideas we both had discussed to collaborate on. It was an extremely productive shoot and I feel a real artistic connection with him. Exacting with light I could already see some great images straight from the camera and I am really looking forward to seeing the finished results. I can’t wait to shoot again and would unreservedly recommend Fotostrobe to anyone.

Ahhhh what a lovely photographer this man is! Me and Tillie had an awesome shoot with Fotostrobe over at the loft in colchester (along way from his home!) And it was thurroughly enjoyable. What a calming, gentle being he is. He was so easy to get along with which is half the battle in a photoshoot and because of that it made the shoot flow effortlessly. We done a range of sets both solo and duo all coming from the very structured and organized plan that he had prepared for our shoot. This was great as it meant we made full use of the time with great ideas.

Can totally reccomended Fotostrobe, he was a pleasure to meet and work with :D

Can't believe it's been two years since I shot with this brilliant Photographer.

What another fantastic shoot we picked up where we left off but created even more magic!

Fotostobes understanding of lightning and it's effects helped create some some beautiful art nudes that I would be proud to add to my portfolio.

He is a brilliant Photographer and someone who is well organized precise and a really nice guy .

I can't wait to load up the results looking at the back if the camera and hope that he is in town again soon so that it's not so long next that our paths cross .

I had a thoroughly enjoyable and very productive shoot today with Fotostrobe. The time literally flew by but our pre-shoot communications and natural harmony during the shoot made it flow and resonate artistically between us from start to finish. I had assembled a detailed moodboard which helped to prioritise and focus our creativity but his intention to detail with lighting was fascinating. He works with a very polite and unhurried manner and in a measured way that puts you at ease. We are already discussing our next shoot for when I am next in Edinburgh and I would of course jump at the chance to shoot again. I would thoroughly recommend Fotostrobe to anyone. Thank you for today! I can’t wait to see the results.

What a shoot! Fotostrobe is a very delightful photographer to have had the pleasure of working with - we shot together at a studio in Edinburgh during my latest tour of Scotland and though this was our first ever time working together... Hopefully it certainly will not be the last because it was a fabulous experience from my perspective. :)

The communications I received from Fotostrobe were excellent from the start: he was clear and concise in his messages - as well as swift to reply detailing what he wanted to cover/the location details and all the relevant points that enable you, as a model, to be organised not only for your shoot together but for your tour in general. I found him very helpful and accommodating with a very enthusiastic approach to the forthcoming work which gave out a tremendously positive vibe before we had even met/kick-started the shoot session itself! It is always a good sign when you feel confident about a shoot at this stage without a shadow of a doubt, thus; I must thank Fotostrobe dearly for his wonderfully organised pre-shoot "comm's" which made my life a total breeze in the planning of my (very long!) tour.

The professionalism of this lovely gent was utterly perfect! He had arranged a studio that he was very familiar with - but one that was also splendidly well equipped to accommodate models. There was a comfortable private changing area for outfits and makeup alternations, tea/coffee facilities for mid-set refreshments, ample space for creative lighting setups and background assembly... Fabulous space! Fotostrobe was considerate and respectful, he allowed me to get myself settled and sorted and then we chatted together about the concepts we would tackle so we were both on the same page from the initial meeting and building the foundations for that valuable team-flow. He has a great deal of appreciation for the work that models contribute to shoots, and though he approaches a shoot with a good visual head on his shoulders relative to what he wants to achieve and can offer direction for lovely moments/quality lighting falling on the subject... He values the work of a model and the input that they bring to a shoot and subsequently allows the model to flow with their poses to get into the creative groove and work with the photographer to deliver the images. We gelled very quickly into the shoot - from the first set of pictures and worked fabulously as a team. As we reviewed the images we were getting, the camera was clearly packed with "good uns" and this was pretty much the story from beginning to the end of the session. Teamwork peaked very high indeed and Fotostrobe made the atmosphere a very pleasant one indeed where we chatted plenty, bounced ideas off of each other and coordinated creativity on the artistic level to nail some genuinely beautiful pictures. A very lovely person to work with indeed - and someone I would most definitely recommend to other models. :)

An excellent photographer too - clear talent in lighting, composing and capturing images with a true beauty and style to them. We rolled through several different "looks" throughout the shoot and Fotostrobe took it all in his stride to show exemplary care and attention to execute each one very carefully, giving the best possible finish he could to his work.

Had a great first shoot with fotostrobe. We had been chatting for a while and finally managed to sort a shoot. Plenty of pre-shoot comms, he had a list of shots to work through and then we worked more collaboratively with some ideas of mine. A really nice guy, puts you instantly at ease and well recommended.

I worked with the lovely FS at The hacienda alongside another model Anna Rose.

FS's pre comms were excellent and we arranged our shoot easily with no problems!

On the day, FS turned up on time and had a plan for our shoot, it was so helpful to know exactly what we were doing and we worked through FS's ideas no problem.

He was a gentleman, professional and easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any model :)
