References for Folklori

Been messaging Lori over a shoot plan for a while now, but when an impromptu opportunity arose we snapped at the chance.

Had in mind a visual visual character of Lori from her photographs and personal imagery but on meeting her was overwhelmed by her beauty,  elegance and charm.

Had a dialogue with Lori and a script for the installation beforehand but on location Lori delivered so much through her own involvement,  indeed through her own investment.

The script called for one character, with two very different emotional transcripts from aggressive to sensual.  For this Lori was superb.

Even though it was a short, time wise, installation, Lori threw herself into it as much as a planned longer event, such is her artistry and range.

Lori didn't as much pose or gesture... but lived put the scenes as the character and their attitudes and moods . Lori has a beautiful range of expressiveness, along with a gifting a sublime drama to each scene . From her eyes to her feet, her body locomotions were gestured, presented and posed for each frame. Lori is a magnificent actor... intelligent and creative to the role....with a beautiful ability to switch personae with succinct ease and poise.

Can highly highly recommend Lori to any photographer seeking the perfect muse...whether for character, portrait,  fashion or any other style sought... Lori is a mystical chameleon ... All delivered with aplomb and good spirit.

Planning to create with the fabulous Lori again, hopefully we can ...
