It's all about the light, .... well mostly .... I do love colour too.

Remote Shoot info. - DSLR with good available light and /or professional lighting setup, studio strobes preferred.

Digital images are full frame and up to 50mpx. Traditional film work is 35mm, medium format or 5x4. My studio sets and lighting design are all part of the creative process.

I have my own studio fully equipped with professional lighting, backdrops and staging sets, with a number of private outdoor shooting spaces for natural light and the option to build specific themed sets for creative content.

Photoshoot Information.

During a shoot you will have access to back of camera or tablet to preview the results for yourself, which follows that any suggestions and ideas for a look or pose during the shoot will be welcome. We all need images for portfolios, promotion and some social media, I'm happy to provide results from paid shoots on the basis that credit is given. A 900 px image for PurplePort and other social media platforms plus a larger file for your personal use.

You will always be treated professionally and with respect, Please do mention any allergies, dietary requirements or health issues prior to shooting. My portfolio gives a fair indication as to my photographic style and content for this platform, some work dates back to the early 80's shot on traditional film, it is all © copyright protected.

Bête Noire

Fake tan, chipped nail polish, poor pedicare / skin care,  inexperienced models asking fees higher than seasoned pros. Selfies in a portfolio is not real experience. Selfies with filters - just no.

Collaboration Shoots / TFP

Full access to back of camera during the shoot, complete set of thumbnail (400x600px jpeg) images for edit selection via Drop Box / Mega, (these are strictly not for publication), full edits for a minimum of 15 to 20 images of your choice. Further edits for longer or themed shoots can be arranged on review of the shoot.

My Health Issues.

My second vaccine in mid 2021 caused acute heart failure, I have an ICD implant to regulate and / or defibrillate any irregular heart rhythm. A spinal fracture the year before has mainly repaired but I have to be careful with anything heavy. Shoots by necessity will be segmented to allow time between sets or stage settings. Location work is limited to warm weather and short distances from transport.
