Yesterday I attended Shapeshifter Studios as a model for a body paint event. I had previously met Ben a few times at Basford Hurst Cottage when he had been for shoots there, so it was nice this time to spend more time chatting and getting to know him.

Throughout the workshop Ben worked very hard to provide all the photographers with plenty of lighting sets ups and options on backdrops. He is clearly very knowledgeable and was always on hand to answer any questions that any of the photographers had. Ben is really easy to talk to and always made sure I was comfortable and looked after with plenty of snacks and drinks!! He also captured some great images throughout the event!!!

I would highly reccomend working alongside Ben and I look forward to seeing him again soon!! Thank you Ben!!

I had the pleasure of doing a 1-2-1 at the fabulous Shapeshifter studio UK where the lighting support was given throughout by the very talented Feral Wolf Productions.

Ben certainly knows his stuff and is very well versed in quickly setting up and tweaking lighting to exactly how you want it. His knowledge on how you can achieve a particular look is second to none. He is now my lighting ‘go to man’. I seems to set Ben a challenge every time we work together which he always solves and nails it perfectly.

Ben is genuinely a lovely person with so much positive energy, talent, creativeness, enthusiasm, and passion about his craft putting 110% into setting up every set exactly how I asked. Ben is a complete professional at what he does and sets very high standards including being on hand throughout to alter or adjust as required.

If you are lucky enough to work with this talented young man, then you’re in for an amazing shoot with amazing results. Highly recommended to both photographers and models of all levels. Thanks for all your hard work, patience, and a great afternoon and im looking forward to the next time very soon :)

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Ben came to Basford Hurst Cottage to attend a group charity event hosted by Lottirose.

It was a pleasure to welcome Ben back to Basford and have him for the event. We were so grateful to all the models who gave their time to help with this amazing day.

Ben is fantastic model and worked tirelessly with every photographer throughout his time here to create many amazing images. I heard nothing but glowing reports!! He made sure to respect our location at all times and was happy to ask if he needed something.

I would highly recommend Ben and I hope to see him again soon!!! Thank you Ben!!

I met Ben for the first time at a recent charity photoshoot event and could see his passion shine throughout the day.

Ben has a great look, great with poses and expressions and works very well with both photographers and other models.

I had met Feral Wolf Productions previously and I thought that he was such a lovely guy, so friendly and we got on really well. I looked into his work and I thought it was amazing. Clearly a vert talented photographer/videographer.

We communicated planned a duo shoot capturing Em Yang and myself. It was the perfect team! Our ideas bounced off each other brilliantly.

He is very creative, has a key eye for detail and will do any little tweak possibly to get the best shot possibly. I was very impressed and had a great time.

I shot with Ben at his new studio solo on the Thursday and again at a group shoot on Saturday. This review is for both shoots (Shapeshifter studio in Warrington-also highly recommend!)

Ben was friendly and chatty and knew exactly what shots he wanted to get so was happy to direct me into poses. He’s very creative, very respectful, a fabulous photographer/videographer and has a wicked sense of humour too. He works amazingly with co-studio owner Em who gives a female perspective on poses and shots which is really helpful. They make a great team. If you’re thinking of working with Ben, you definitely should. Highly recommended.

I shot with Ben at a group shoot at Montrose studios and it definitely won’t be my last. First we did a few photos (that turned out amazingly) followed by my first go at video so I was really nervous as it’s a little out my comfort zone. Ben was very clear about the shots he wanted and was very good at directing me and making me feel at ease for both parts of the shoot. I would highly recommend working with Ben to anyone considering doing so and can’t wait to shoot with him again! Cx

Em Yang

I've been working with Ben for over a year now on my shoots- he's incredibly kind, supportive and professional. No matter what idea I throw at him, he adapts and turns up to shoot with loads of options.

He has shot all types of content for me including; fashion, bodypaint, lingerie, product, boudoir, adult and loads more!

He's really fast with the turn around time for photos/videos and tweaks them right down to the last details if needed. His videography is also at an incredibly high quality which he offers alongside the photography too.

Overall really easy to get along with and makes me feel confident and at ease throughout the whole process from planning stage to end results. This is why I keep going back for more :D

Ben was a blast to shoot with. We didn’t stop laughing. Full of great ideas and fluid to shoot with.

Me and Ben both shot Sapphirerage and Yang Studios (Em).

Preproduction ideas and input were excellent and well thought-out, every step he listened rather than dictated which I've experienced before and I was happy with the directions we decided to go.

Before I even arrived after a 4 hour drive he had picked me up a triple chocolate cookie and paracetamol which made the transition of driving all that time to shooting so much easier, very thoughtful and appreciated.

Come to the shoot time, it was like shooting with an old friend, we bounced off each other throughout the shoot and he was geniuely as excited about getting nice looking shots as me, his passion was amazing, his professionalism spot on and he was a delight to get to know. He listened to any ideas I put in, gave great directions during the shoot when it was needed and it was like two different professionals learning from each other in my opinion. It was honestly the smoothest shoot of my 14 year career, we ended up shooting for 8 hours until 2am! I was knackered but it was so worth it and he wouldn't hesitate to help setup each shot, I tried to help at times but he was so in his element he really didn't need it.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for anyone else to work with him.
