Back in the seventies I did commercial photography in Manchester before being lured away to work in Marketing Communications, Corporate Relations and PR for 35 years.  And of course my photography dropped to zero.

Then I retired.  And a bloke needs a hobby in retirement :-)

So in mid-2014 I decided to become a photographer again but this time only as a hobbyist.  My simple objective is to try to create some images that I would enjoy looking at and that a model would want to add to their portfolio.

The images so far on here will give you an idea of the range of styles I'm interested in but there's lots more in my personal portfolio at engagingemotions.co.uk . My partner Cherry is also a photographer and we've built a small portrait/beauty studio in our Cotswold cottage.

We also have a very large, very secluded garden in the Cotswolds available for location shoots which we're also happy for other photographers to use that also has an amazing view over the Severn Valley (no charge, nsa).

Whilst for some strange reason the INFO box reckons that I ‘Rarely Reply’ I do usually respond quite quickly to messages. Just saying.
