I had a great shoot with Donna as HMUA last week. As I'd not used a HMUA on one of my own shoots before I did a casting. Donna's reply was detailed and answered all my questions. Unlike some of the others who did a half day minimum, she offered rates for one hour upwards. So she was the clear choice.

The shoot was with a non-model and it was great to have Donna there to make chit chat and put the subject at ease before the shoot. She was friendly and engaged throughout the shoot tweaking the look during the shoot and helping out however she could. And of course the model's hair and makeup looked fantastic. Highly recommended!

Donna responded to a casting on here at short notice as she was passing through town. In less than 24 hours she understood exactly what we were looking for and was ready on time to get on with the shoot. Even though Donna had only limited time, she delivered exactly what was required.

Donna was great to work with on the day, she worked to the brief that was laid out, as well as offering suggestion and her knowledge for the shoot. It was also like we had know her for ages, great fun and really easy going.

Make up was done to a high standard, and she even managed to sort the models hair as well even though it was over and above the requirement.

Highly recommended from me and hope to work with her again in the future.

Donna responded to a late casting for an MUA to work with a fashion designer and hair stylist at my studio. In spite of the distance involved Donna was enthusiastic from the outset and pre shoot communications with myself and the others involved in such a short time was excellent.

Donna showed a skilful application of her craft, managing different make up changes throughout the day to an extremely high standard. I was very impressed with her work which enhanced the outcomes tremendously. A really pleasant and likeable person to work with, nothing was too much trouble.

I would have no hesitation in utilising her skills on future shoots.

How did I not know about this marvellous woman before??? Myself and Salleh Sparrow had arranged a last minute shoot and Donna very kindly offered to do make up and hair. I learnt a whole lot off Donna, who is extremely professional but also great fun to work with. She knows her stuff and is great with hair too. A perfectionist, she makes sure the look is just right! I absolutely love the looks she created. I cannot recommend her highly enough and I really hope we get to work together again soon!

What isn't there to say about Donna?

She is fantastically professional, very talented, experienced, funny and gets on with everyone on set. It was amazing to have Donna as part of the team for our shoot. She turned up with enthusiasm and professionalism, already had face charts ready to show me the ideas she had in mind and communicated everything back to me.

This lady is a perfectionist, but that is no bad thing. Her foundation application is flawless, she really nails the skin, always willing to change things and input into the final images.
