Such a pleasure meeting and working with David for the first time during a weekend alongside the talented model Tryst doing a duo event organised at her place down in Penrith.

Creating a mixture from vintage boudoir to nude styles our shoot flew by and we had a really fun session with amazing results.

Arriving on time, prepared with lots of props, ideas and passion to create some striking images. David put so much effort into styling and creating the most awesome set also and it really led to some very provoking and sensational images.

David is very respectful, professional and full of fantastic banter, we had a lovely and relaxed but also very productive shoot, between the three of us we had a whole heap of ideas and inspirations, ending up with some absolutely gorgeous and atmospheric captures.

I highly recommend this wonderful person and photographer to all with so much enthusiasm and inspiration you will have such a fantastic session.

Dkirk booked the last slot on my duo day with Aurora Violet. It was phenomenal watching him set up the room with candles, smoke, countless lights, reflectors, and other details. He advised us to dress as flappers with authentic 20’s vamp makeup, and provided the adequate wardrobe. It was a very memorable experience dressing up with Aurora, not to mention getting on set and interacting together with posing. David did a fantastic job of getting great angles and timing, and the finished results are awesome. I am honored to see so many images published from this set, it was once again a mystical night. David is a very special photographer, every shoot with him is an unforgettable experience.

Had the best shoot recently with the talented David Kirk. Shooting with him is unlike any other experience. He thrives in the worlds of props and lighting. He also has been a very consistent and patient collaborator! I can’t express my gratitude for being chosen for his projects, and love that we level up each time.

My esteemed regular came by for a shoot last week, and I am so proud to say that makes over six months straight of us working together. What an accomplishment!

Originally, despite loving David's intense dedication to his craft and ability to think outside the box in terms of imaginative images, I critiqued him for being "too quiet" - a very common issue I encounter with photographers, wherein they don't signal verbally at any point in the shoot whether they are happy with what we are getting or not. I normally let it slide if I am working only once with the photographer but for ongoing collaborators, I prefer a bit more connection at the shoot. David took this, aswell as any other concerns ive had, with total grace and humility, and he put it into action in full force at this shoot. He was so overtly expressive that I didnt notice it at first because he made it sound so natural, even though it was a learned skill. I am so grateful for it, because it was by far the most Ive enjoyed a shoot with him, and his willingness to be more verbal for me made all the difference.

I had so much fun combining TFP with nude art. The quality of the images David takes is simply unparalleled, it feels like I am in an absolute fantasy world with access to the world's best gear, and with unlimited creative tools and freedom at our disposal.

Very thrilled and genuinely surprised that he keeps coming back, so that we can keep outdoing ourselves every time :)

My sixth shoot with the wonderful David and we are getting into a groove. The lighting gods (David’s mastery at set building) were certainly on our side, it was my favourite execution of his yet. Again he brought an array of beautiful handmade props, and contributed amazing wardrobe for me to pose in. He gave detailed descriptions of the mood board in the weeks leading up to the shoot, including specific looks from history, and a playlist to set the mood. It was effortless to slip into character, in the world he created. We were both transported for a few hours in my historical home shooting dazzling flapper erotica.

It’s so enchanting finally finding an artist who’s vision is so similar to my own, but who brings all the dedication one can possibly imagine in a creative partner, it’s the very first time I’ve been able to shoot themes I’ve loved all my life because I couldn’t do it alone.

He is also a great friend, very considerate, very thoughtful, very encouraging, and delightful house guest.

Had a street shoot in Edinburgh with David and it was the best fashion shoot Ive ever had! He is a pro at street photography! Effortlessly got excellent shots in the midst of tourism and also time constraints on my behalf. He is a wonderful collaborator and skilled artist. Recommended to all.

After a life of stunted creative dreams, David is singlehandedly making my personal artistic wishes come true.

Our three shoots from my home now have been nothing short of iconic, experiences that will be held dear to my heart for life, and I still feel we are just getting started.

He is a profoundly gracious guest, always offering to bring me any basics I might be in need of in my remote farm home - but also going over and above to bring a few magical gifts and creature-comforts to make our shooting experience special. Special drinks, candles, or flowers to name a few. Adornments for shoots like props and jewelry to add to my kit... These make my Taurean materialistic heart overflow with joy and marvel with excitement!

But most importantly is his willingness to shoot themes I have huge interest in. Fantasy themes involving literature-inspired visuals - complex art installations and handmade sets built.

We are still working out the best way to organise all our inspiration when together, but in terms of the workflow and productivity, our last shoot was by far the best. He came early to build the set - I styled myself for my TFP portion of our day - and we then moved into his ideas, of which he also allowed me access the results of, and give plenty of a say in terms of suggestions.

He is a very important creative, someone I am honored to keep working with. I love the art we made and can't wait for the world to catch sight of it. He is very humble and unassuming with his words, but his dedication comes out in his actions.

Had my third shoot with David, out of what is becoming an awesome, supportive, illustrious creative collaboration. We did 5hrs shooting at my home with 1hr tfp. Once again, David brought an entire prop house with him. He is a dedicated collector of material props and lighting gear. I will probably limit him in the future on what he brings, just so we can spend less time setting up and more time shooting! But I must say the first few impressions of watching him rig elaborate lighting setups was impressive. I am honored with work with such a dedicated creative, and he has helped me achieve photos I’ve wanted for many years! Working with David is a true honor and privilege and any model he selects should feel very fortunate to have been chosen. Looking forward to all our future work and to getting results posted from our last shoot.

My second shoot with the ever masterful David. He has become a friend and has boldly endeavoured to follow my health blog, and book me despite my recent health issues. In the month since we met, we’ve spent almost every day chatting and making creative plans for our shoot, which finally materialised two days ago when he booked an overnight stay at my home. Not only was it the most extensive planning process I’d been part of for a shoot, with daily messages detailing what he’d like to buy for props and do with editing, but our execution was also successful. He showed up to my home with a carful of supplies to contribute to our photoshoot but also for me to keep as a prop kit for all our shoots in the future. He stopped at some beautiful market shops and contributed to ingredients for us to drink and dine on. His gifting was extremely personalised and thoughtful, he pays extreme attention to detail and makes his friends feel truly considered and seen!! I felt spoiled when he brought out some nonalcoholic beverages for us both (I don’t drink.)

Now for the shoot. Essentially we decided to building some art installations inside my home. Together we spent 2hrs or so hanging book pages in my living room. We peacefully coexisted and put together these sets, and it was one of the most blissful Saturday nights I have ever had. David has a way of going with the flow and embracing my ideas while also contributing his decades of photographic expertise. He brings and entire film studios worth of pro lighting and gear and knows how to rig and use it masterfully.

We pulled off just over half of the final ideas we had, which was pretty good considering we had a huge list! There were definitely ideas left that we didn’t get to, that we will need to do during our next shoot.

I have already seen and am in awe of our results. I’ve waited my entire creative life to find a collaboration like this, and can’t wait to develop final results and dazzle the world with them!!

My first of hopefully many shoots with David, he worked with me in a rented Airbnb between Christmas and New Years in Glasgow. We had a beautiful location and 3 hours to create images, with a combination of natural light and nightfall. David was communicative in the planning stages, which I could not reciprocate being so busy - but it was wonderful to see him being very clear about his inspiration for the shoot, and sending me names of photographers and examples of their work for us to consider. I got the feeling that he had been selective in choosing to work with me - despite his wonderful portfolio, he hadn’t worked with a model in a while so i felt very honored to have been booked.

Shooting with David is to be taken on a visual journey. The way he experiments and then gets very into each idea is a wonderful artistic experience. His ideas were each unique, things I haven't’ shot before, and I felt comfortable to experiment in my posing as a result, giving bold and emotive looks I only save for true artists haha. He also was caught in the crossfires of a nasty altercation with my airbnb host, and ended up being an amazing and much needed ally by defending me.

He has released several shots already, all of them bespoke in selection and editing. I am so excited to continue collaborating with David in the future, and to see more shots come out from our first collab.
