Summers Abroad

Dave joined us for our ‘Face Your Fear’s event that was based on turning phobias into photos.

He is so full of energy that it’s impossible to not be happy and laughing around him, from his creepy clown to enjoying the rocking horse way too much haha - it was another amazing weekend!! As always he was a great addition the the group and even became one of the girls putting the worlds to rights outside in the evenings 🤣

We absolutely love his company and hosting him on our events and can’t wait for next time!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Dave last week for our Autumnal location shoot in Peterborough.

Dave was great at communicating before the shoot sending me a mood board, discussing ideas and planning outfits together.

Upon the day of the shoot, it was honestly like I’d just met an old friend. We instantly got on well. I found it incredibly easy to talk with Dave, we laughed, chatted, and put the world to rights on our walk to our first location spot.

Now down to the photography.. Dave has a wonderful eye for scouting locations. He’s not afraid to tell you something is or isn’t working, he wastes no time and ensures he is happy with all aspects of the shot from lighting, story and composure.

I adore the shots I have received from Dave, I would genuinely recommend him to all models, new or experienced. You’re guaranteed great images and great company!

I sincerely look forward to working with Dave again in the future. :-)

Summers Abroad

Another fabulous weekend spent with Dave! This time on our film noir and murder mystery ‘Shadow of a Doubt’ event. Unfortunately he missed the 1920’s soirée at the end of the weekend as he couldn’t stay the last night but it was so lovely hosting him for the rest of the weekend :)

Dave got really into the clues and immersive elements of the event and helped make the whole weekend so much fun! He’s always a great addition to any event and we always look forward to hosting him :)

Had a fab shoot with Dave at Ashdown Forest it was such a gorgeous day, although it did look like it was going to rain at one minute!!

We worked through lots of different sets and even used two different locations which was fab! Dave is so easy to get along with and we had such a laugh and a good chat throughout so the time just flew by and I’m loving the images, it’s going to be hard to choose!

Thanks for a great shoot, and I look forward to working together again sometime!

Summers Abroad

Dave joined us on our B.E.A.C.H event. It was our creative collection event of the summer so we had multiple themes all under one roof; Sci-Fi, 70’s, Copa Cabana, Arabian Nights, Venice Beach and Movie Night.

Dave had came along to one of our un-themed manor events previously so I knew he was going to get on with everybody like a house on fire. He is honestly such a dream to host, super friendly and chatty, full of energy and if there is a piano about you can be sure to have a singalong haha!

Highly recommended by us!

I worked with Dave for the second time yesterday at a portfolio builder with Lifelike Photography and two other models.

Working with Dave is like meeting up for coffee with an old friend; it’s a little taste of happiness and time well spent. He’s confident in his craft, he’s fantastic with direction and he achieves great results. He’s not afraid to try something new, or elevate an idea.

I’ll always welcome working with Dave and will never tire of the electric energy and enthusiasm he brings during every minute of every day. Highly recommended!

Dave joined Nemo, Pippa, Olivia & myself for a portfolio builder in Hertfordshire at the weekend. Wow. This man's energy & enthusiasm is so infectious, what an absolute asset to have on any shoot, I absolutely loved working with Dave!

Dave's not just an amazing person, he's also a VERY competent photographer that is passionate about his work. Confident giving direction, and receives feedback from models incredibly well & in a positive nature. You can tell that he always wants to learn, it's great to see someone develop in front of your eyes. He's also incredibly considerate ensuring the models are comfortable and happy with his direction.

Got to shoot with Dave for the first time at Burford Manor and my, what a day! We got through some amazing sets, and the images speak for themselves- mind blowing!

Dave is genuinely one of the nicest and easiest going people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting through my job and I sincerely hope to work together again, I really did have the best time. We got along great, had a laugh joke and created some great images.

Topped it off that we share a love of five guys so obviously we took a trip once we finished!

Had an amazing day shoot with Dave round Brighton! He arrived as always with lots of enthusiasm, fun and positive energy to make the day enjoyable!

We went through a load of different outfits on locations and achieved a tonne of beautiful photos! I'm really looking forward to seeing the results from the shoot, they looked amazing back of camera!

I was the brunt of the jokes though, but I'll take it, as long as I'm involved... Don't leave me oooouttt!

As soon as I met Dave I knew we would get on like a house on fire :) so funny and easy going! It was a pleasure to work with him.

Dave, Dave, Dave, Dave, Dave.. he was (as usual) a joy to work with. On this occasion we took the opportunity to embark on a location shoot together in Richmond Park during my recent trip to London. Despite our original plan causing a set back, Dave adjusted to it quickly and we made the best of the first part creating some lovely, soft images. Dave's pre shoot communications are excellent, well thought out and detailed as well which makes my job so much easier.

His ability with a camera is second to none, not hesitating for a moment to adjust his settings with the constantly changing natural light. On top of that, he's a real pleasure to be around, very relaxed and laid back, always prioritising the model above all else, which on a warm day was greatly appreciated. He has a knack for making you laugh and comes out with some of the funniest things to get a genuine smile from you - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and would happily work with him again in the future!

Djbest brings the life to the party, honestly such a pleasure to work with and no doubt you’ll have a few laughs too, he is full of beans super energetic so be ready for some fun!

I first shot with Dave at the HB Mansion in Surrey last month, I actually reached out to him on a limb not expecting he would want to work with me but to my surprise he said yes!! I am so grateful because we got on so well and a few weeks later this Monday we have shot again, at Murder Mile which I has been on my list to shoot at for some time now! We got some awesome shots that I can’t wait to share and no doubt it will be there first of many, we are already discussing our 3rd shoot which I’m so excited about too 👏🏽

Don’t underestimate him, he’s a little guy but a perfectionist in his field he knows what he’s doing a genuine guy as well as a top professional photographer, highly recommend!!

I had the pleasure meeting and working with David a few weeks back. We scheduled a 4 hour shoot around some beautiful locations in London. He was sweet enough to give me full control over styling of our shoot. I sent him pictures of everything I had in mind and he picked out his favorite outfits. He also had all the locations pinned he wanted to shoot in, which made our shoot run smoothly. We did hit some rainy weather towards the end of it but luckily improvised on an inside location. By the end of the shoot the weather was amazing and we were able to nail more beautiful shots on the last location he had in mind. David is a kind, funny, and totally laid back he has a great energy on set and true eye for photography. I cant wait to work with him again!
