Had another amazing shoot with Dean. I am sooo happy with the shots we got!

Dean picked me up from MK and drove to Northampton to shoot at an Airbnb. He always makes sure we have everything we need, from food and drink to props etc. He even stocks up his car with shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, paracetamol, rennie and makeup that I might need in case I’ve forgotten anything.

We had a fun shopping trip and got some lovely new outfits to shoot in. We definitely didn’t run out of things to shoot!

I like shooting with Dean because he is very relaxed and he’s always on board with my ideas.

I decided to move the furniture around to make a set, so he had to put up with the chaos behind the camera🤣 but it was worth it😁

This time I got creative with the red velvet and silk materials to start with. I found myself using it as like a scarf and hood, which became like a theme I ran with throughout the shoot. It was a lot of fun, I kind of felt like a combination of little red riding hood to those posh women that wear the scarfs on their heads to stop the wind blowing their hair all over the place, or like the celebrities do to hide their identities with fancy sunglasses haha. Blended with some HB lingerie or nude, I think it worked haha.

Dean is great with lighting and has a great eye for picking beautiful lingerie sets to shoot. I appreciate how much he invests into our shoots. It means a lot to me that he believes in me as a model to get great shots so he doesn’t mind putting money down for expensive items or how he puts it “I wouldn’t drop £500 for just anybody” I am so grateful and it’s always fun planning shoots with Dean, but it’s also always a nice break away from home as he treats us to nice dinners and meals. Like I say he always makes sure I’m fed and watered and anything leftover he lets me take home which is soo kind.

Even after we are done shooting Dean always sends me all the images so I can choose my favourites, and he lets me give feedback on how to edit them and sometimes lets me have a go at editing as well which is awesome for me to practice.

I would highly recommend shooting with Dean if you ever get the opportunity.

Had another brilliant shoot with Dean. He had everything prepared and ready to go for when I arrived. We always have a good laugh, my shoot playlist ready to go and enjoyed a few drinks which makes shooting more relaxed and fun. We even had a bit of cheesecake which was yummy. It was awesome to shoot in the new not one but TWO brand new Honey Birdette sets which Dean bought for me from his last trip to Vegas. Thank you again Dean, you are AWESOME! I can tell he is really looking forward to posting the pics from this shoot as he’s already been editing them - they’re looking great! I look forward to seeing more of what he does with the photos from this shoot.

We don’t really need a lot of pre comms unless we have a specific idea, but either way we work well together. He picked the outfits for this shoot and then just lets me go with the flow haha.

Dean and I had yet another amazing shoot, this time in person during my studio day at Kempston Studio. As before, Dean's pre shoot communications were great, expressing what he wanted to achieve before the shoot.

He arrived on time and we hit it off straight away, capturing some gorgeous shots as we went. Dean and I are good friends, so conversation easily flows and we didn't stop nattering the whole time.

We have such a good relationship now that we are in tune and Dean knows what I'm going to do next and I know what he's going to do next. He's polite, professional and super easy to get along with. Dean has such a relaxed vibe about him, that you just can't help but feel at ease in his presence. He's confident with his photography and doesn't hesitate to play with his settings if he needs to!

Its always a pleasure to work with him and I look forward to doing so again in the future!

I have worked with Dean many times, but our most recent venture was a trio remote shoot in Chamonix, France with Ashley Ashton, Antonia Jay and myself. His pre shoot communications leading up to the shoot were fantastic and he had a good idea of what he wanted to shoot ahead of time, but was happy for us to lead initially. Dean recommended some good outfit ideas, being mindful of what we packed as we flew out.

During the shoot he was friendly and approachable, happy to listen to any of our ideas as well as suggesting his own. I felt very comfortable in his presence and always enjoy working with him. Dean is confident with his photography, paying attention to the little things and happily adjusted his settings whenever the sunlight came out to play!

Thankyou for such a fabulous shoot, highly recommended!

I've worked with Dean quite a few times now so he popped over to my home for shoot. I have a new burnt orange sofa which I thought would look amazing for some photos and we were lucky to get some amazing sunshine pouring through the patio doors. Dean captured some really dramatic natural light photos. We did many different sets ending with some light rays through the blind boudoir style photos.

I'll be putting photos in my port from the shoot as I love what we got!

You never need too much of a plan with Dean as he also likes to get creative and try out different ideas. Always fun, chatty and enjoyable to work with.

I had another wonderful shoot with the lovely Dean, this time at aura studios along with another model, Evalana.

I always have such amazing shoots with Dean. He is full of ideas, so easy-going and really looks after his models. I enjoyed every minute of the shoot and it was so lovely to work alongside evalana too.

We shot a mixture of bridal portraits, duo bridal shots, normal portraits and silhouette duo poses.

Dean was so kind and bought me a coffee before the shoot and even pick me up and drive me home.

I highly recommend him to anybody as his enthusiasm, brilliant camera skills and all round positive vibes will ensure you have a fantastic shoot!

I had my first shoot with dean at a scorpion residence in Kettering. He arrived on time and we spent the first 20 minutes chatting and getting to know each other which helped put us both at ease. Dean is friendly and professional and it was lovely to shoot with him. Highly recommended

All comms and time keeping were as they should be and Dean is very easy to get along with and model seemed to enjoy shooting with him. Studio and facilities on offer were treated respectfully and I've already seen a few great looking images from the shoot.

Dean was a real pleasure to work with!! :) I was soooo happy to find out that he booked me at the studio..! We had been talking for a while about working together and Dean had always come across as friendly and sweet and that's exactly what he was like when we met! :)

Dean is such a lovely person to work with; so down to earth, funny, easy to talk to with sooo many interesting & entertaining stories to tell :D I truly enjoyed his stories and we definitely spent a good half of our time on chatting & laughing which I thoroughly enjoyed! Even though we had a fun time, we also managed to go through a few different sets and outfit changes and the results were truly beautiful! I was actually amazed that we were capable of achieving such results considering the amount of time we spent on talking.. :D

🎞 Kempston Studio [Studio Hire, Bedford] 🎞

Dean attended the Monika Lara Smith studio weekend and having met Monika previously Dean was instantly into some chat with his model.

In fact, the conversation between all 3 of us was flowing and fun and Dean managed somehow to get some good images in between his relaxed shoot time.

Really easy to recommend Dean and hope to see him back at the studio again soon.

Dean and I have worked together on quite a few occasions over the years, both remotely and in person, and each and every shoot is magical. On this occasion we shot remotely, a duo shoot with Ashley Ashton and myself in Ashley's home studio. Dean's pre shoot communications are always exquisite, he's very quick to respond to questions and is always happy to exchange ideas in advance.

During the shoot itself he was on time and prepared, even giving us an idea of outfits he'd like which was super helpful for our packing process!

He's polite and professional, and very friendly. Conversation always flows so easily and its just like working with a friend - I definitely consider him one.

This is my second remote shoot with Dean ,organised by Angel black.

Dean has shot me and angel duo remotely twice now , and i think the first time is better than the second.

I think it's always awkward to coordinate two models on a first shoot , especially if one is dead (me haha)and you've not shot with them before . Dean handled the shoot really well and I was well impressed with the picks .

It helps that angel has already established a working pattern with dave ,but the shoots seems to flow so naturally . It really is a lovely shoot with both of you .

I'd absolutely love to get out of location remotely with you both !
