Well, working with Dave was certainly a day full of experiences. This photographer has a wonderfully imaginative mind. His ideas are both wild and wacky, but also beautiful and tell a story. He really pays attention to the finer details that go beyond what the model is doing or wearing. His set ups were so creative, I was surprised every time I went back into the studio room to see it Look completely different! I absolutely adored how he "told a story" to help you get into character while posing, I wish more people thought this way as it helps massively.

100% recommend this fabulous photographer.

I've just finished a shoot with Dave and I must say it's been one of my faves! Dave's pre comms were second to none so I knew exactly what to bring and expect. The studio space is lovely and he has tons of amazing props and costume.

It was amazing to find someone with the same wacky ideas and the perfect collaborator (to use his words!) He's a brilliant photographer and would love to shoot again! Thanks Dave.

Dave booked me for a shoot, not long before I leave the country, and I am so happy we were able to work together and fit in this amazing shoot!

We went to three/four locations in total, so it was a really fun adventure too, and I think we got really lucky with the weather only raining when we were in the car on our way to somewhere else! Dave always made sure my comfort came first, and if I was comfortable doing the shoots and ideas proposed. Lots of wardrobe and props were brought along too which is always fun to be able to play with something new :)

We first shot at some beautiful stepping stones next to a castle ruin, and then down to the coast and cliffs for some dramatic landscape nudes and looking out to sea! Was exhilerating and fun ! Then Dave pre-scouted locations such as an abandoned chapel and farm house ! So many cool ideas and shots were achieved! and although we didn't use the farm house ( I was a bit too chicken for that ha ha), the abandoned chapel was really cool with headstones from the 1800s and it was a fairly small, cute chapel where I braided my hair and wore a black, victorian style dress (that dave kindly provided) with a book and leather suitcase. His ideas are amazing and inventive! And it's always fun for me to get into character (as being a formerly trained actress), and cool to do something a little bit out of the box! I can't thank Dave enough for driving from Worcester to work with me, AND pre-scout locations, AND stop to get food and snacks and coffee AND pick me up and drop me off. You can't really ask for more than that, and not only being a really talented photographer with lovely edits, he is a really kind and considerate person too.

Would happily recommend!!

I recently had my first shoot with the extraordinary Dave T at their beautiful studio while on tour and in Birmingham!

Pre communication was excellent and we bounced ideas around instantly and had concepts and styling arranged in no time! More so, Dave covered everything to ensure I knew what we would shoot on set and details on directions to the studio etc!

Once I arrived, I was given a tour and Dave ensured I felt safe comfortable at the studio. Throughout the shoot they made sure I was in good health and safe while remaining incredibly focussed about details and the quality of the images they were shooting.

I cannot recommended or thank Dave enough for a wonderful shoot and afternoon and I am looking forward greatly to seeing some of the images we created.

I hope we can join creative forces again soon.

where to start.....

Well My shoot with Dave was probably one of my favourite shoots of the year so far! Firstly - precomms were AMAZING! Hi messages were to the point and we organised a shoot In no time! He then sent me a very detailed list of the things he wanted me to bring WITH LINKS - which was just great! The great organisation didn't stop there....I turned up to the shoot and Dave had a selection of wonderful mood boards printed out!!! I mean wow! It was so clear that Dave had already put so much work into the shoot which was just wonderful!

Dave himself was very welcoming and friendly! He is very kind and very easy to get on with! He was very professional and respectful throughout! What I loved most was his artistic mind and creativity!!

We did so many wonderful sets, ranging from sleeping beauty to nude with balls (big balls)

All of which were as wonderful as the other! I really enjoyed getting to be so creative! As well as trying to help Dave's great ideas come to life!

Dave is very competent with a camera - he clearly knows what he's doing and he clearly knows his way around light - natural and studio :D So it was a super easy and relaxed shoot - with quick set up changes, but plenty of breaks! It really didn't takes us long to get the shots right so we whizzed through lots of awesome sets! The back of the camera shots looked awesome and I am very excited to see what Dave produces as his final results!

As if the shoot couldn't get any better Dave got me a lovely lunch AND went out specifically to get me a soya latte for when I arrived :D Very lovely of him!

SO really, couldn't have asked for a better shoot and I really hope we get to wrk together again soon :D Highly recommended by me :D

Had my second shoot with Dave today , again utterly fabulous and unforgettable . Shooting with Dave is like a breath of fresh air . For me I model full time and sometimes you do the same things repeatedly but with Dave its always different . Not only different but quirky, its so refreshing and your never bet bored with Dave . You will always have something new . Dave also provides mood boards and brings it along to the shoots which help you see his ideas for yourself so you can both visuals it . Communications also continue through shooting reviewing shots to make them even better . All in all Dave is an absoulte gentleman and great company . He even went as far as going in the pouring rain to get some bread , yes just bread for my lunch Anyway I could waffle for England. Thanks for another fab shoot , ill hope for many more in the future . Thanks Jess x

Had a great first shoot with Dave today, his style of photography is amazing, very creative and quirky and i love these type of shoots :)

He is very prepared and printed out mood boards to show us throughout the shoot to help you understand the idea he is going for.

i loved how unique the shoot was as well as the clothes he provided :)

He is lovely, friendly and makes you feel comfortable and provides food and drink for you, even if it means him going out in the rain to get it.

Also after each section of the shoot he would show the images he has created to show you the idea he went for.

He also helped with my posing and gave great directions to me and made it easy to understand what he wanted :)

Ive just had another epic shoot with Dave.

He is simply one of my favourite photographers to work with - I wish I had his creativity! It's so inspiring.

Often Dave will make a suggestion which sounds totally and utterly absurd - yet somehow, he manages to make it look world class.

In this shoot we covered a whole range of wonderfully wacky, yet beautiful styles. From a Miss Havisham inspired set, myself wearing a weird floral face mask and a (pretend) nose bleed... yes, you heard me right, but it looked awesome! I even discovered that I'm able to lick my own shoulder! Haha!

If you ever get the opportunity to work with Dave, then I sincerely suggest that you jump at the chance.

I had a fantastic shoot with Dave while I was in Birmingham during my UK/Euro tour. Dave is very easy to work with and ensured I was comfortable at all times - he even made time for a coffee and bite to eat to discuss the shoot over before we got started. I felt very respected and completely at ease at all times during the shoot. Dave had some really interesting ideas that he wanted to try out and I was more than willing to help bring such fun and quirky concepts to life.

Would highly recommend working with Dave, and hope to shoot together again during a future tour :)

Had my first shoot with Dave this week. I was very impressed when I stepped into his studio - it is oozing artistic atmosphere from its very walls. Dave warned me that we are more likely to be short of time than ideas, and yes, oh yes, he was right! I am pretty sure we wouldn't be short of ideas even if we were to shoot for a whole week non-stop :)

Dave is a very talented photographer with a distinctive edge in his style, and he knows exactly what he wants to achieve. He is a pleasure to work with too - a very friendly and considerate guy and a gentleman. He kindly provided my favourite snacks, gave me plenty of breaks and ensured I don't get lost in Birmingham on my way back from the shoot. I highly recommend Dave to any model!

I've had a great pleasure of working with Dave again. This time, we met in London and spend some time strolling around one of our favourites museums. I love the locations we spotted, the mood we created, the conversation we've had - again, such an inspiring, creative, satisfying and pleasant day! I LOVED working with Dave!

Dave is sooo incredibly creative, bursting with a whole myriad of wonderful ideas and his enthusiasm is inspiring.

Not only is Dave an amazing photographer, he is also a brilliant person and I felt totally relaxed in his company immediately.

Our shoot together flew by and we covered of whole range of beautifully conceived images. It was wonderful to be able to help create his fantastic concepts with him.

I approached Dave because his style and photography is so fascinating and divine and as expected I had the most unique experience. His ideas and style is so out there and super cool. I model for the art and experience and Dave nailed this for me. He presented a mood board with his eccentric ideas and we created them all. Dave is unconventional with a calm exterior, kind and offers plenty of drinks n snacks. His studio is big diverse and cathartic. Thanks for a great day.

I had the pleasure of shooting with Dave during my first tour of the UK.

He brought all sorts of unique ideas to the table which I found very refreshing. It made for a fun shoot!

He was also kind enough to pick me up from where I was staying, which was greatly appreciated.

Had the pleasure of working with DaveT a few weeks ago

Following the MUA casting I was quick to apply as DaveT's photography style is different to what I had in my portfolio and seen.

Pre-shoot communication was excellent!

On arrival to the studio I was greeted and assisted with makeup trinket (which is huge! )

The studio is located central to B'ham with P&D parking. and we had nice selection of Refreshments.

I was provided with a moodboard prior to the brief and again on arrival. DaveT was open to ideas and also learning how MUA's can enhance a shoot.

DaveT style of shoot was different to what I Have seen, very calm, relaxed and directed without direction if that makes sense.

I would love to work with Dave again and highly recommend him and the studio.

I had such a lovely shoot with Dave the other day.

Dave has such a signature style and a beautiful studio to shoot in that matches his style of photography perfectly. It comes fully stocked in the middle of the Jewellery Quarter and is a really creative space for both tog, mua and model. He also had a mua ready and waiting which was a great weight off of my shoulders and this proceeded to become a vary laid back, steady shoot that felt like breathing.

We shot both in studio and on location, all ‘sets’ had a corresponding moodboard which were communicated beforehand so everyone was in the same mind-set. Dave is lovely, gentle and calming and the entire day was incredibly relaxing.

Would definitely recommend Dave for any model wanted something soft and considered for their portfolio. Great day had by all I think.

I shot with Dave for the second time a few weeks ago. It was as lovely as I expected; we started out with some location stuff (which got sabotaged by rain and school children) and ended up back at his amazing studio, and did some really cool stuff. I love Dave's style, it's so classic and artistic. Highly recommended!
