It was a pleasure to work with Dave at his studio in Birmingham. His ideas were so unique and artistic. It was refreshing to shoot something with a story aspect to it, and in my humble opinion, Dave certainly is the best photographer for that! Dave made me feel at ease the minute I walked into the studio. He explained everything I needed to know and talked me through what he wanted to shoot. I really hope I can work with Dave again.

Dave is everything you want in a photographer - imaginative, highly skilled and completely respectful.

He has a beautiful studio full of props, set and costumes. Not only is he endlessly creative, his excellent planning results in a hugely productive and enjoyable session. And some stunning shots to boot!

I had a truly wonderful shoot with Dave and very much hope to work with him again - 100% recommend!

Had my first shoot with Dave today. Communication leading up to and including today was fantastic. His ideas were quirky, well thought out and a pleasure to carry out!

Well, Dave has stated he thinks this was our 5th shoot just as I was trying to work out the number myself! The only reason I’ve lost count is because each shoot, regardless how much much time has passed in between, seems to flow so incredibly well from one to the next. Each time we shoot the ideas from Dave get more and more creative and I fall in love each idea more than the last, which I’d previously thought would be impossible!

Not only are his ideas forever wacky and out of this world, but Daves tog skills are always so spot on. Even raw images on the back of the camera excite me. And then his post processing skills... well just take a look at his folio because his work completely speaks for itself.

Thank you so much Dave, I can’t wait to see more images and I’m already looking forward to the next shoot whenever that may be!

So Dave and I have worked together multiple times and every time is an utter joy. Dave has a plethora of wacky and beautiful ideas that I very much enjoy trying to bring to life.

He is considerate, calm and a brilliant conversationalist. I hope to never stop working with Dave, his photos are second to none and we must be in sync because no sooner had I written this reference he beat me to it!

Had an extremely enjoyable first shoot with Dave on Friday, up the stunning Long Mynd in Shropshire .

We were a little concerned about the weather, being initially predicted as showers all day but in fact turned out to be the perfect morning.

Dave's communications and organisation prior to the shoot were very specific and well thought out . He brought props and was on time and was very considerate throughout the morning.

David is clearly a fantastic photographer, with an artistic mind and his quirky touch. I'm excited to see the results from the day and I'm looking forward to the oppurtunity to work with him again soon .

I've had several shoots with Dave now.As in all my previous shoots with Dave ,his communications are excellent, he is well prepared, on time , provides refreshments, and treats models with great respect.

He is also full of creative ideas ,has acquired props to achieve them, and usually has planned his lighting.

I would highly recommend him to other models.

I had the pleasure of working with Dave for the third time this week, and boy did we nail some incredible shots yet again. Daves ideas are always so creative and quirky, But he always ensures that the image will always flatter my look also. I truly love working with Dave and always look forward to not only seeing what we will create, but also what a success the final edits will turn out to be! I already have another shoot booked in with the incredibly talented photographer in the new year for a dance-esque duo shoot (anyone reading this, male or female, if this interests you then do feel free to message either of us) and I already can’t wait to work on this! I got to shoot with this fantastic fellow this week, Dave booked me for a half day on Thursday and wow, did we get amazing images!

His ideas were absolutely awesome to put into practice, his studio has so much versatility and all the right lighting/sets to make each look come to fruition - the images look incredible and this talented photographer was the perfect host!

Dave has my highest recommendation, working with him was ever so easy and his creativity was inspiring, that imagination wholly fabulush! Thank you for such a lovely day :)

Dave and I booked in a shoot (I believe our fourth!) before my move up to Edinburgh, and I’m so so glad he did! He is one of my favourite photographers to work with, he is so creative, accommodating and all round great fun. He has a wonderful studio which is perfect for the kind of images he likes to shoot, and he allows for a real collaborative effort in his work which always makes for a really creatively exciting shoot!! I sincerely hope this won’t be our last time working together despite my imminent move up north. Thanks so much Dave!

Worked with Dave last week for the first time and we had such a great shoot. :)

He kindly picked me up from the metro station and we walked over to his studio together, getting to know each other and breaking the ice. It didn't take us long as I warmed to his ideas and concepts instantly.

He is a truly brilliant photographer with an array of fab concepts, professional attitude towards his photography and great communications towards me as the model.

We worked so well as a team and I cant wait to work with Dave again.

I had my second shoot with Dave, again at his wonderful studio but this time with the amazing Alana IV Ray as my duo partner! I approached Dave about an idea I thought he may like to shoot and I was super pleased that he liked it and wanted to go ahead.

Though, of course, in true Dave fashion, he came to the shoot prepared with an amazing list of ideas for us to shoot! Dave is one in a million, to be honest - not many people I work with put so much effort into planning their shoots and coming up with unique and wonderful ideas as Dave does!

The results were just wonderful, truly artistic and it was a wonderful shoot to be a part of!

I really enjoyed working with Dave. He was very organised with mood-boards for our shoot and has a lot of props and lovely outfits. He shot myself with Nicole, we talked through the mood boards and ideas before getting into action - it was a very fun shoot! Dave had some lovely dresses for us to wear which were BEAUTIFUL! We tried many scenarios and worked on some really unique sets. I particularly enjoyed putting pressed flowers on Nicole and tying her up with bandages.

I would recommend Dave and hope to work with him again.

Wow! I’ve recently worked with Dave for the second time and just when I thought we couldnt’t beat the first shoot we did together, we nailed it! Dave is always pushing the boundaries and finding new and exciting ways to be creative and they always turn out so solidly. The raw images from behind the camera looked great as they were, so I honestly can’t wait to see the final edits! I’ll always be proud of the work we complete, and any other model should jump at the chance to work with him. Thanks again Dave, until next time!!

Cannot believe what an incredible shoot I had with Dave on Thursday! I haven’t worked so creatively in a long while, and his ideas were all incredible and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it! Pre shoot communication was excellent, leaving me full able to prepare for the half day shoot, and the moodboards were all ell thought through and planned. We got through a good amount of sets for the length of the shoot and the images i have seen so far are incredible thanks to Dave! I cann’t wait to see the rest!! Thank you so much again and i truly hope to work with you on such a creative level again in the near future!

Anyone who gets the opportunity to work with Dave should well and truly take the opportunity on!

Had my first shoot with Dave yesterday, and despite the chaos caused by the railway system, it was a fantastic shoot. His pre-comms were excellent and I had a very clear idea of the concepts we were planning on shooting. The studio itself is a lovely space and I was kept topped up on coffee and jaffa cakes, which is always a positive! Dave was a pleasure to work with, full of so many quirky ideas that were great fun to shoot. Lovely guy, would definitely work with him again and I cannot recommend him enough!

Had a fantastic shoot with Dave yesterday. His pre-comms were excellent and I had a clear idea of what was expected. Dave has some fantastic ideas and had produced an excellent moodboard of his ideas. We chatted throughout and the shoot was very relaxed and friendly. I had my third shoot with Dave today. As on previous occasions, his communications were clear ,accurate, and informative.

Dave is very creative , and has clear ideas about what he want's to achieve on a shoot.His pre-shoot preparation is excellent.

He is kind ,careful and considerate during shoots. His tea making and Jaffa Cake provision skills are top notch.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Dave to other models.
