Dave is lovely every time I shoot with him. From start to finish he is so easy to plan with. He has good availability and Is always keen to try something new. From trying poses and angles, to going hunting in the country side for a good location. Dave is always up for a laugh which makes it so easy to feel comfortable. The vibe of his images can range from dark and gothic to natural and serene and are always beautiful. He has a great eye for detail and catches little moments between poses that often end up being my favourite shots. If given the opportunity to work with Dave I would absolutely grab it, ive shot with him several times and highly recommend it.

It is always such a pleasure to work with Dave! There was not a single moment when I was feeling uncomfortable or insecure around him, conversations are light and easy and he will always listen to your ideas. Seeing yourself in the pictures he creates will make you feel beautiful and appreciated, I definitely recommend working with him! And make sure to bring your sense of humor along, it makes the experience that much more fun :)

Had an amazing hotel based location shoot with David on a quick visit to Aberdeen as I replied to a casting.

It was organised fairly quickly with a very simple idea. We had limited space but his mastery of both camera and challenging surrounding lighting meant we could do some very studio style work . It’s some of the best work I’ve produced with anybody thus far in my 3 years of modelling. I felt incredibly confident and comfortable in his presence and he was always making sure I was comfortable any point during the shoot he thought necessary to check . It was lovely that I could look at the shots as they were being produced with his clever tech setup. I discussed that a hotel space is perfect for some moody boudoir and though we both usually don’t do that , we managed our own tasteful version. I love his style of minimal editing and getting it right in camera rather than overdoing anything. Truly it was a pleasure, great fun, so many mutual ideas. I felt like we made a great team and I’d shoot again in a heartbeat. I recommend anyone else to shoot with this brilliant, laidback photographer who knows what he’s doing and is phenomenal at it. Talented, respectful , polite , and professional - his pre shoot coms were brilliant. I am so incredibly happy with the extent and quality of the images we created. Absolute pleasure to have worked together on this shoot . First of many I hope!:)

Dave was a lovely person.

He picked me up from the train station and we had a nice chat along the way to his studio.

His set up was impressive and we played with lighting and shadow work which I have never done before and I must say I was extremely impressed!

Dave even drove me back to the train station and talked to me a bit about the modelling world and gave me advice.

He sent the images over extremely quickly

I would highly recommend him!

Dave applied to my casting that I posted as I had a free day during my holiday to Scotland and I'm so glad he did!

Dave asked if I wanted to shoot in an old gothic church he had access too and my answer was yes straight away! How could I not take this amazing opportunity! Even though it was cold...so worth it!

Dave was so polite and professional with me and we had a good laugh too! He is so creative with his lights and his ideas with what he wants to create and we got some stunning images!

I just really want to thank Dave again for making my first shoot here a great one!
