This shoot had been in the making for months and by close we were planning what to do next

Makeup and hair were perfect and Darcy's sense of humour was brilliant

We had a great day shooting at Burford where our preshoot Comms had certainly paid off.

We could have stayed there longer if truth be told but I don't think Bella and Gene may have approved 😉. Everything we captured was spot on and looked so good BOC.

A photographer recommended that Darcy might like to work with me which was lovely so I suggested a tutorial shoot for my good friend DebiJ to hone her shooting skills and get some portfolio builder stuff.

Darcy was on time, well prepared, and communicative and we shot at DebiJ villas.

Darcy is fun and chatty and when Debi and I got into the usual banter Darcy joined in like an old friend. At some point, I recall all three of us discussing farts but hey that's what we do. Darcy was great fun and beautiful to shoot although I did not get as many shots as normal, the ones I did get were quality. A reliable and excellent model to be around and it was fun. Highly Recommended.

I'd worked with Darcy a couple of years ago, and it was a pleasure to work with her again. I knew this was going to be another good 'un - Darcy's pre-shoot communications had been excellent so, on shoot day, we were able to hit the ground running.

We covered a lot of different styles during the shoot. Darcy's creativity, versatility, enthusiasm, energy and styling skills came to the fore. As well as all that, Darcy is punctual, reliable and is 100% professional in every respect. Hang on. I haven't finished yet... She is also a very lovely, totally unpretentious person with a great sense of humour; so the shoot was not only very productive but was also hugely enjoyable.

Lovely first shoot with Darcy today. Pre-shoot communication was excellent and she was very prompt and well-prepared. We'd gone with a fashion narrative and I'd asked her to bring herself, rather than being overly presceptive.

Despite potentially tricky conditions caused by unpredictable weather, she was very adaptable and very self-aware. Subsequently, she posed without direction but is very receptive to this and ideas that evolved. Warm, funny, and highly intelligent, she's a delight to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending her to other creatives.

Earlier this week I had the pleasure of photographing Darcy.She had, through illness gained a significant amount of weight. Drcy is keen to restart modelling but was uncertain how to model as being plus size changed the way she now needed to approach things.I am a photographer who is on the large side myself and so really understand issues around larger ladies. This was a challenge for me and ended up being a collaboration between the two of us to see what worked and what didn’t. It ended up becoming a fascinating interaction between the two of us as we worked through a number of challenges, we both faced in how to get the best poses. Being large myself enabled us to have a very honest dialogue. Darcy was wonderful. Willing to give every pose a go and worked hard to get the results we were looking for.For both of us there is a lot to learn as plus size photography has very different challenges to learn.We have booked in a further date as this is work in progress and I hope that both of us get some really good results at our next session.

A really enjoyable fun shoot with Darcy. A lovely lady who's smile is infectious. She has a wicked sense of humour and puts 100+% into the shoot. Comms were good, she arrived on time at our chosen venue, with a huge selection of outfits and props.

Darcy is professional and able to take direction as well of having ideas of her own. Looking forward to another shoot with Darcy. I highly recommend her, do not hesitate in booking her for your next shoot.

Wow! Darcy is an absolute joy to shoot, she has an amazing range of poses and expressions combined with a bright and bubbly character. This is all a great help to any photographer who is learning portrait photography and reason enough to recommend Darcy strongly. But there is more! Darcy specialises in a vintage style and has a colourful range of dresses and accessories that hark back maybe to the 1950s but the image is of timeless happiness :-) My recent shoot with Darcy was at a networking event so we only had 20 minutes or so of rapid shooting, but I am very happy with the results. I look forward to working with Darcy again sometime soon when we can work at a slower pace :-) Very highly recommended!!

Had my first shoot with Darcy on Saturday and she was a pleasure to work with. Her comms pre shoot were very good and she came with some lovely vintage outfits and her hair and make up done neatly. She's very friendly which was great. We shot in a few locations around a lake. Darcy needs direction but takes instruction well. Would shoot with her again :)
