I enjoyed every minute during the group shoot despite the cold weather, Colin always made sure I was warm enough. Everyone was very easy to get along with and I hope to attend another group shoot soon, what a great bunch!

I modelled for a themed shoot event organised by Colin for the Surrey Creatives. The event was well organised and pre-comms great - mood board provided so I had a clear idea of what I needed to bring. On the day Colin was friendly and easygoing, making me feel comfortable straight away. He provided a good range of props and accessories for the theme and along with the input of the photographers attending, I think we achieved a variety of great looks. I would love to model for a future event for Colin!

Colin was very kind to me during the shoot. When my train was cancelled, he went out of his way to drive to pick me up. He also looked out for my safety at the end of the shoot, arranging me a lift home. He was sensitive to my needs, and I did not feel forced or pressured to do anything at any point. He paid me promptly. I hope to shoot with him again.

Second shoot with Colin and the Surrey creatives and we experimented with LED lights this time. Was a great fun and relaxed shoot, and communication before and after the shoot was excellent. Would recommend booking a shoot with Colin!

I had the great pleasure of working with Colin again on a themed shoot organised for a camera club. As previously pre shoot comms were spot on and I arrived with a clear brief for the session. Colin had organised some great props, background effects and music to add real atmosphere to the gangster and James Bond themes we were shooting. It was both a fun and a very creative session which I think we all enjoyed. Colin is a delight to work with and I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone who has the opportunity to work with him. I look forward to working with Colin again next year.

This is the second time to shoot with Colin. He booked a nice studio beforehand, and we could have the shooting go smoothly. Had a great second shoot with Colin yesterday. We arranged things very last minute as I had a last minute opportunity to return to my old place for a few hours, and he was quick to respond and organise the shoot with me.

Although we were both quite tired I was still impressed with the ideas he came up with. He provided a shirt to tear up and get muddy for some shots in the pond, as well as flip flops and a towel. And he was always checking in to make sure I was warm enough and comfortable.

I would recommend Colin and would be happy to work with him again :)

I've had an absolutely amazing shoot with Colin yesterday! We had both had a Millais' 'Ophelia'-inspired shoot on mind so we had decided to make that happen.

Colin made a contribution towards the dress which was a beautiful embroided grey ball gown. We headed to the original river which is in the painting and Colin chose the best and most picturesque spot. I could relax for a while when the equipment was being set up. Colin remembered everything, even to take a towel for me! I wasn't asked to be in the water for long and it was up to me if I end the shoot lying in the water or not, as it is October! I went crazy and did it in the end and the images in this stunning scenery are one of the most beautiful and incredible anybody has taken of me.

Moreover, Colin let me decide which pictures I would like to have edited which I always appreciate.

I recommend Colin 100%!

I have done quite a few of his different workshops from beautiful scenic walks to now working more with models. Colin is very professional and relaxed. He made me feel comfortable during the shoot and gave a clear direction on what to expect for a group photoshoot which was very well-managed. Shooting with him was fun as he came prepared with variety of equipment and also made a video about the process of the shoot. Would definitely recommend him.

Another great session working with Colin, this time working with portrait lighting set ups for his camera tuition evening that is always very inclusive and enjoyable for all.

We had a studio light set up, several different cameras (mirror less, medium format, film) so the results for everyone in the session will be very different indeed.

Colin was not phased at all by any questions either technical or artistic and allowed each participant the chance to use what was there or modify to suit the situation based on the questions asked.

It's always great to see him get a budding model photographer warm to the set up and subject, and he allows them the space and time to take ownership of their set to achieve something they are proud of.
