About me:

I am creative fashion photographer whom started doing model photography back in late 2019, I found a studio and fell in love with studio photography and soon began to branch out. I have two art based degrees, one bachelors in photography and the other a masters in public art. I started doing implied and art nude photoshoots after being encouraged by my fellow classmate back in my bachelors degree. The degree really helped me to find my style! 

Other than the photographic side of me, I am currently volunteering in collections at two major museums and currently work as a sales assistant which I enjoy. I love horses and have previously ridden for many years then worked on a farm for national champion in 2019.

To book a photoshoot with me you must include in your message:

- Start Time

- Duration

- Meet / Pick up

- Location

- Level

- Style / Theme / Moodboard

- Rate ( up to £30)

My calendar is up to date and I normally work weekends but please note I do work during the week too at various times. So please note if you have a specific date in mind, you must let me know a month in advance to allow me to tell my work what days I need off.

Replying to castings:

- You must supply availability or you will not be considered

- Must have at least 10 references or similar e.g an active instagram

- Communication should be sufficient enough to organise a photoshoot ( please note I may take a while to reply on here, please message me on my instagram if I have not replied on here - ciaraemilyphotography) 

Other information:

I work mostly for TFP, I supply 20 images ( of your choice), shoots can be as long as 4 hours or more and mutual ideas. I also will buy coffee or tea for you as well.

For paid I do not exceed over £30 per hour for paid models, I shoot for 2 hours only. I may only send 5 images over or more but at my own discretion. Themes for shoots will be my idea only. I am extremely selective on whom I approach for paid or who I accept for paid. This is just down to my finances.  I only really do TFP. 

Break down of image quantity:

TFP: 20 Images

Part Paid: 10 images

Paid: 5 images ( may not receive any, please request an image if you would like one!)

For the studio shoots, I am asking for shared costs for any mutual ideas or your ideas. This is due to I am unable to justify smaller projects due to limited money and needing this for travel to work. Bigger projects are often shared with my MUA, as we work together to create our visions! Castings for this will be posted, so keep an eye out for those!

Cancellations and Images timings:

I also may need to cancel our shoots on short notice, this is due to severe migraines that means I have the inability to focus and suffer strong neurological symptoms such as numbness, flashing lights and weakness in my hands. Please don't worry, this is normal for me! However for the studio, I don't cancel regardless of how much my chronic illness would like me to! I can use equipment like a tripod here and sit down, so I am adaptable here.

I also suffer from chronic pain however these flare ups don't tend to impinged onto my shoots as I am used to the pain.

I have a phobia called Emetophobia, this is the fear of vomiting, I am extremely afraid, So if you have been sick within a week of our shoot, I will have to ask you to cancel. Unfortunately the fear is so great, I would rather not be anxious and produce not good quality images!

Please note that I ask for 72 hours of cancellation is required for studio shoots, so I am able to receive a refund and 48 hours of cancellation is required for on location photoshoots. Cancellations for the weekend, 2 weeks as I am normally scheduled to work on the weekends and due to taking the day off, I miss out on a day's wage unless illness or financial reasons. All I ask is that you are sure you want to shoot on the weekend!

What happens after we shoot?

I will create a 72 dpi contact sheet to send you via email for you to choose what images you would like. Once chosen I will use adobe bridge to sort these out. I will also leave you a reference as well. If you prefer to leave me one after you have received your images, then that's okay.

How long will they take?

I start off by colour grading the images and then move onto retouch the images from skin ( blemishes, darkness and more), the background is retouched ( who wants rubbish in the photo?) and then do some checks. I try to get my images back to you within 2 weeks but dependant on complexity of images and how many shoots I have to work on plus my hours at work and this point could take longer, the time frame is then 4 weeks+.

How will I receive them?

I will send them via Wetransfer, please provide a email to send the images too. I recommend the collect app on your phone.

I understand the wait of the images can be frustrating especially if it's 4 weeks or more but please note I will have them to you and you will receive them in due course! 

4 - 6 weeks is maximum length for the images to be edited and sent off to you. Give me a nudge after 6 weeks if you have not received anything!
