References for Cariad Celis

Had my first shoot with Cariad yesterday at the Inspire Studio in Salisbury and was left wondering why I'd left it so long to work with her. She is a truly exceptional model and just the loveliest person to spend a few hours with :-)

Our pre-shoot comms were excellent and Cariad brought a fabulous selection of outfits to model, including an exceptional red outfit which you'll see on my page shortly.

Cariad models beautifully, creating beautiful and often original shapes. We shot a lot of different frocks, some art nude, close up portraits and used several of the great sets at the studio.

I certainly won't wait so long before meeting up with Cariad again. Highly recommended :-)

An Eye for Beauty

It was 4 years ago that Cariad and I had our first and only shoot: today I realised what I had been missing. Although only 2 hours of a studio day, we achieved an awful lot without being rushed. Beginning with some more poses for my Impressionist project, both nude and in period costume, we then did some more general work in period costume. Finally with 3 of Cariad's dresses, we finished off the time with some very pretty images. I think the very last image in natural light was the best of all. I so enjoyed working with Cariad who is a charming and relaxed young lady, and our ideas really showed identity of purpose. This time we won't leave it so long, and if her creative idea for the autumn comes off, then I am first to throw my hat into the ring! Thanks, Caz. A lovely shoot.

I had been wanting to shoot with Caraid for quite some time and last weekend I was fortunate enough to get a spot at Inspire studio in Salisbury.

What can i say about Cariad that hasn't been said before.

What a fantastic madel and person she is.

A total professional and overall great character she is.

Had an awesome shoot and one of may favourite shoots so far.

Mangaged to get some awesome images to add to me portfolio and had a great time as well.

I would highly recommend Cariad to any studio or photographer looking for a great model.

I had a lovely remote shoot with Cariad and Ivory Flame at Aura photographic, both delightful models with grace and poise. They worked in close harmony to make fantastic scenes and photographic images. It was very much a short notice impromptu shoot with no previous preparations or concepts from myself, we had vague ideas and with a bit of teamwork we pulled off some fab images. Highly recommended to everyone, each model on their own is special but together was magical.

Spotted a casting to work with Cariad at AuraPhotographic on a Saturday afternoon. I'd already booked the studio for Sunday and it was well worth going up a day early and spending a night away just to shoot with her: I'd wanted to for ages so grabbed the chance.

As a person friendly, easy going, open, fun, lovely to spend time with.

As a model, superb! So so so so beautiful. A figure to die for. Effortless posing. Willing to put up patiently with my nonsense ideas.

I'd love to work with Cariad again, the sooner the better!

She is versatile - we shot from casual to beautiful dresses to art nude. Cariad is fabulous model with a great eye for detail. Someone who I always enjoy collaborating with. I had the absolute privilege to shoot with this wonderful lady yesterday as part of a group event at PGD Photography in Leicester.

It's always a pleasure to work with someone who is confident in their look and confident in the way that they present themselves. Cariad certainly fits both criteria very well.

Unsurprisingly, she moves from pose to pose in a freeflowing, beautiful manner, generating so many super images that I'm spoiled for choice. Also very quickly develops a good working rapport with the photographers, helping the creative process with her gentle manner and personality.

Cannot believe I am writing this.

I am so lucky to get the opportunity to have met and worked with Cariad on a duo shoot today! She is an absolute pro, an inspiration for many models (very much including myself!), and has a heart of gold.

Very thankful for today's shoot. I feel like in a little amount of time we got to shoot together, I learned so much from Cariad. Really hope I get another opportunity to meet and work with her again.

How to start this ...

... Cariad was on my "wants to work with list" from few years and I couldn't find the suitable solution for our first photossesion until last Saturday at Zavod Studio in Sheffield.

I had very good feeling that my concept for the whole photosession there can be accepted by Cariad and we would be able to create some amazing art together. On top of that I suggested the colaboration with the studio owner Xenia for some additional sensual duo art, and I believe we all worked as unit in order to achieve amazing poses and photos.

... I am very happy that I worked with Caz and I hope to be able to work with her again this year.

I had the pleasure of working with the delightful Cariad yesterday. She and Carla Monaco modelled at a 'Film Noire' themed event organised by NigelG at Lampworks studio in Birmingham.

Cariad is an absolute pleasure to work with. Talented, hard working, professional, easy to get along with, beautiful, creative and great fun. We worked through a number of different sets, lighting set ups and outfit changes. Cariad and Carla worked beautifully together and individually, producing amazing images throughout the day. A thoroughly enjoyable and productive shoot. Would definitely like to work with Cariad again, hopefully soon.

A small group of us Photographers booked Cariad and Carla Monaco for an afternoon of portraiture.

We certainly won the jackpot with these 2 models.

Cariad is simply a superb model, poses with little to no direction, totally understands what makes a good image and is willing to try new ideas. Also helps that she's so relaxed and easy going, chatty and fun to work with.

A totally top drawer model and I suggest you book her you will not regret it.

I had a second shoot today with Cariad, this time at the Haunted Museum in Stoke. Such an unusual venue benefits from such a top quality model, and Cariad was my first choice. Quick, easy communications, effortless posing and the ability to create moods to match the theme make Cariad the perfect choice when you want to be creative. Well what can I say about my first time shooting with Cariad today other than Wow This lady is fantastic, Cariad was fun, easy to get on with and a delight to shoot. Took direction well which wasn't needed at all. Cariad was full of energy throughout the shoot, we fly through the sets with ease.

If I had to use one word to describe Cariad it would be “wow”, actually ... I’ll make a slight correction … “WOW”.

I had the absolute pleasure of spending a very enjoyable and productive weekend with Carrie and her partner Kieran a few months back. What a really lovely welcoming couple they are. Kieran is also a fantastic chef, another wow there!

I wanted to wait until I’d processed all the photos before I wrote this reference simply to give it time to really sink in how good the shoot was. The hit rate was through the roof, there were way too many ‘keepers’ (never a bad thing) … just WOW.

I’d wanted to shoot with Cariad for as long as I’ve seen her work, simple as. She has a depth, beauty and a poetic eloquence to her poses as well as an emotional depth to her expression.

Am I speechless, not quite, but almost.

Would I work with Cariad again? f**k yeah!

An awesome day with Cariad.

We had an open agenda - very much dependant on what the weather would throw our way. The evening prior saw the forecast far from ideal but no rain and minimal wind. A location shoot was agreed.

We met not long after dawn in the misty Derbyshire countryside. The forecast was for the mist to lift after an hour or two so we agreed to go ahead with the location. What followed was and fantastic day of location shooting - rocky outcrops, rivers, woodland. The mist added a wonderful atmosphere to the first location, it failed to clear whilst we were there but we took on the challenge it presented us and created some wonderful images.

Whatever the theme, style, location the modelling is sublime, no need to direct, present the idea and Cariad simply delivers, a bonus when communication is almost impossible over the noise of a babbling brook.

An abundance of styling options was brought along, far more than we could possibly use, but the preparedness testament to how much Cariad puts into shoot preparation.

All the locations previously researched and scouted by Cariad and her partner Kieran. Their knowledge of the area is excellent, proposing locations that suited both the conditions, time of year and my fitness level - I'm not design for hills!!

Think this was my fourth time working with Cariad across a whole range of styles, locations and themes and each time a superb shoot experience.

Of course highly recommended, and hopefully we'll shoot together again.
