Had my second shoot with Nigel and it won’t be our last. Nigel’s a fantastic model and gentleman.. Really easy going, great to talk with, he’s professional, very polite, warm and welcoming. Nigel takes direction really well but to be quite honest doesn’t really need it, comms and details of the shoot are always strong and from the outset you’re working together to get the images you want. Your shoot simply flows and the time fly’s! I highly recommend working with Nigel, and look forward to our next shoot on location!

First shoot with Nigel and first nude male model.

Really good communication prior to meeting helped set out what we both wanted out of the shoot. Nigel takes direction really well, is comfortable with posing and also has his own ideas.

Natural light and shadows appeared and he adapted quickly to make the most of the situation.

This was my third shoot with Nigel and it was the best yet.

We had been talking about a particular shoot for a while and we finally made it happen. Pre shoot comms were brilliant and he made sure everything was set up upon my arrival. The outfits were as we had discussed, Nigel moved effortlessly from one set to another with little direction from me needed at all. As usual our time was up too quickly but we got what we wanted.

Nigel is great company, the shoot was very relaxed and I can highly recommend him to any photographer.

Really great guy, friendly, easy to get along with and chatty.

Works well with the camera, comfortable posing and takes direction.

Had some good ideas and we were able to collaborate to create the images , he wants to create art not just pictures and to me that a great mindset to have.

Would recommend working with him and hope to work with him again.

Had a lovely shoot with Nigel. Pre shoot coms were spot on and he was friendly and fun to work with. Despite some technical issues (mine not his) I think we got some excellent images - highly recommended.

Had a creative and enjoyable shoot with Nigel, a first of many I hope. He made me feel very at home straight away and we chatted a good bit about photography and the images we wanted to capture during the shoot. Nigel put me at ease and the conversation flowed throughout, making the time pass in a relaxed manner.

Nigel had a set of images he wished to use as a starting point - and from which we built from - which was a very good way to begin a shoot, in my opinion. Nigel is a creative artist and an absolute gent. I'm pleased we both gravitated to similar images on the back of my camera as we reviewed what we had. Nigel's presence on each and every frame elevated each set-up.

Great communication in the planning of our shoot and I would happily work with Nigel again in the future. I would 100% recommend him to others.

I had a fabulous shoot today with this remarkable model. This was my second shoot with him this time a home shoot with an agreed theme. His appearance is striking and eye catching whilst at the same time flexible as can be seen from his portfolio. He poses with style and intelligence whilst at the same time responding to direction well. We captured a great selection of images during the shoot and I look forward to shooting with him again.

Nigel we finaly did it, it took us a long time (in years) but we created our first work together.

I was very excited about collaboration with Nigel, because I don't do a lot of male photosessions and we support each others from long time here on PP, so no pressure on me at all.

I am very glad that we established the day (date) for our work, we exchanged ideas and plan for the photos and what is most important Nigel is fantastic model and I think I did good job to capture him and his style.

On top of that I had a nice time, plenty of laughter, and few hours full of creativity.

I already want to do another photosession with Nigel and the target is way closer, next year.

Mechanised Imagery

Today was my first shoot with Nigel and what an absolutle pleasure!

We had a great chat before agreeing some details for the shoot ensuring we both had aligned expectations, and it just went from great to amazing. Nigel makes a great brew while I was setting up and we then just let the session take us for a ride. The flow was very natural Nigel just did his thing whilst I snapped away.

Nigel is such an esay going chap and soo welcoming, loads of conversation and it felt like a catch up with a friend, which was wonderful.

I can highly recommend working with Nigel whether you a beginner or proffestional youll have a great experience! I cant wait to work together again!

Another fantastic shoot with Nigel. Very good pre-comms and we both knew roughly what we wanted to achieve from the shoot. He poses very naturally and is still good at takin direction or suggestion.

Had my first shoot with Nigel today. Pre shoot communication was good and Nigel was all set to shoot when I arrived. Nigel got us a brew and we had a little chat to break the ice a bit.

The shoot went smoothly and we produced some cracking shots.

I thoroughly recommend Nigel to all photographers, models and makeup artist who require a great gent for there projects.

I had my first shoot with Nigel today, Nigel complimented me on my Portfolio and approached me for a shoot. I rarely shoot male models, but with a bit of persuasion I decided to shoot with Nigel I am glad I did. We set the shoot up at short notice! Booked the Studio on the Thursday and shot on the Sunday.

Communications were excellent, although we did not have a shoot plan, we outlined what we were happy to shoot. At the shoot we discussed editing options and got to work, after the shoot I sent proof images to Nigel and I had the quickest response ever from Nigel choosing his favourite I am busy editing them now.

During the shoot, Nigel enthusiastically jumped into every idea we came up with.

A great shoot, Highly recommended.

Nigel and I have been trying to arrange a shoot for some while and we finally managed to get together about a week ago. I am so glad we did because Nigel is charming. His pre-shoot comes were excellent. We had ideas mapped out with what we wanted to shoot but Nigel was very adaptable to ideas which sprang up. I thoroughly enjoyed our time together and have no qualms about recommending him to anyone and I am sure we will book another shoot in the near future.

I had a very enjoyable and productive first shoot with Nigel at his home yesterday.

We covered a wide range of genres, from portraits to BDSM/shibari. Nigel was receptive to ideas that I put forward and was very easy to direct. He also contributed his own ideas and posed freely without direction.

We had extensive communication in advance of the shoot and we had a good pool of ideas to draw on. Although we had never worked together previously, we seemed to be on the same page almost straightaway. Nigel interpreted our ideas very effectively for the camera which made my job much easier.

Great comms, great hospitality and a very versatile model. What more could you ask for?

I had my second shoot today with Nigel, almost exactly 1 year since we shot last time. Even though it has been a while since we last shot together, it was just like walking into the house of an old friend and chatting away like you only seen each other last week.

Pre-shoot comms were great and Nigel was ready to go when I arrived. Nigel is very creative himself, and so shooting with him becomes a real collaborative exercise - both throwing in ideas as we go.

Nigel is an articulate, thoughtful and kind person - there is absolutely no bravado or macho side at all. This make for a relaxed, calm and successful shoot.

I really enjoy shooting with Nigel and would recommend him to any photographers - especially if you want to work in a collaborative and creative environment.

I hope we can do it again soon.

Vision – how do you as a photographer meet up with a model’s vision?

This was the challenge that Nigel set me in a casting call, he wanted a photographer to paint him nude with gold paint, then take photos of him adorned with horns, posed with a bow and arrow.

Communications were excellent both before, and during the shoot. Nigel is a very talented model, a true creator, so easy to work with, and it was an absolute pleasure working with him on this project.

Thanks Nigel, for a completely different photoshoot that challenged me on so many levels. Nigel comes highly recommended, and I would be happy to work with him again next time he has a quirky idea!!

Had a great suited and booted portraiture shoot earlier today with Nigel and really enjoyed it.

Nigel is a very charming, hospitable and easy going, the shoot felt very relaxed and we got great images from it.

I highly recommend working and shooting with Nigel, he has a very natural posing ability, very receptive to ideas and direction although to be honest, doesn’t really need any direction and maintained great communication leading up to the shoot, so we were both on the same page and eased straight through the shoot…

Certainly will shoot with Nigel again. Highly recommended!!

Nigel was waiting for me when I arrived at the meeting point from there we took a short walk to a wooded area Nigel had already scouted. The shoot was at Nigel's request for out door art nude. He was well aware that this would be my first venture in to shooting male art nudes. He did agree to done my medieval archer equipment which is heavy and very hot when the temp was in the 20's before putting the kit on. He endured this also me constantly changing the camera setting to match the light with out complaint. When went on to shoot the nude pictures as he requested the shoot in the first please I followed his lead with him listening to my suggestions. He was happy with the shoot despite the tech issues I had which was very important to me as I was working for him rather than the other way round. He has experience and passion in plentiful supply . I would happy to recommend and work with him again in the future
