Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

David came to Basford Hurst Cottage to shoot with Cariad Celis.

David is a really lovely man!! He brought along with him his Wife Dot who was also a pleasure to have around!!

David was respectful of our location, looked after the model and took many beautiful images during his time here.

I would recommend David and I hope to see him again soon! Thank you David!! :D

Hello fellow PPers.

Today I met and worked with David for the first time. David booked JDL Studios in Chesterfield.

He greeted me on arrival with a smile and a hand shake. We went into the studio to take an initial look around. It was a very cool space so I was excited to start creating.

David had a whole suitcase of clothing for me to wear and we got through quite a few outfit changes.

David is smiley, chatty and was a complete gentleman throughout. I really hope we will work together again.

Thank you for today I had fun. 100% recommended

David booked two hours of shooting time in my studio (Studio 2.6@Adam John Photography) where he worked with Cariad Celis. This was the first time that I had met David, and I can only describe him as a gentleman photographer. Very courteous in his interactions with Cariad and knew what he wanted to create from the images in the shoot.

It was great to see you for a second booking - this time moving from a studio to a Home Shoot. Over both shoots now I can honestly say there isn't a negative thing I can think of to mention. Communication while arranging the shoot has always been straight forward, easy and rather pleasant. You have turned up on time for both our shoots, you are polite, genuine, friendly, chatty but most of all respectful!!!! I would work with you whenever you wanted to book me and I really hope to see you again :)

I absolutely adore my time together with David and after shooting with him on numerous occasions have grown to think of him as a good friend. On our most recent shoot we met at his home and were greeted by his lovely wife, Dorothy, whom is equally as warm and welcoming.

A day or a couple of hours shooting with David flies by. He is full of tales to tell and brimming with creative ideas.

I look forward to our next encounter and would whole heartedly recommend!

I had a lovely outdoor shoot with David.

The weather was lovely, the location was nice and secluded and we got through a few themes in the time we had.

Our first theme didn't go as expected due to some complications with the set-up, however, we tried our best and once we assessed the situation, we thought it was best to move on to other sets.

We shot with a bike, french onions and a french onion (delivered) outfit, a selection of lovely, shots with a sword and cape, lacey bodysuits/night dresses, a dress, sensual nude and some sunbathing-like shots :).

When dropping me off after the shoot he was very kind to help me find my father (who was my drive home!), even though it took 20-30 minutes!

I thoroughly always enjoy working with David and I highly recommend him :D

I had my first shoot with David and it was fun! He has lot's of ideas and is very creative. He brought many outfits and accessories to shoot with. We got some amazing photos and I would highly recommend working with him!

It may sometimes be months between our shoots, sometimes it's weeks if we get carried away! 😆 But one thing is for sure: that it's an absolute delight working with the lovely David on a new adventure when it comes around! He had a habit of dragging me off to super cool locations (he literally knows so many!) and even if we revisit one; the styles of image we shoot and the gorgeous garments are always a little different to all put towards making some bright and cheery images. 😊

This one was yet another location shoot at a location which totally rocked the fantasy and woodland nymph feels we were going for. It had everything: enchanted forest with shadows galore in the gleaming sun, every kind of charismatic tree one can think of, open space and trails a plenty. It was an ideal spot for the sheer variety that David and I would churn out in another tremendously productive photo shoot! 🌟📷 There's nothing quite like being a magical elf princess one moment, an aerial acrobat the next (yessss David brought an aerial hoop this time!) to elegant fashion diva - and of course: artsy nudes! David is a photographer who really likes to mix it up on shoots and it goes without saying that he puts a lot of effort into making sure he does exactly that. A lot of the outfits he provides himself - the gents got great taste too! I nearly ran off with the lovely colourful maxi dress he gave me to wear this time when he wasn't looking hehe! 😁

Literally the most upbeat and charming human being you could meet. Hands-down! He ALWAYS has his spirits raised soooo high, is just full of fun and inspiring conversation, is routinely as respectful and courteous as can be which has given me ease and comfort working with him time and time again... And is just generally lovely company to be honest! We don't actually shut up from the moment we meet up for our shoots until the moment we part ways! 🤣 The easiest person on the planet to get on with. 👌

So, will it be another recommendation from me? Well, lemme' just think... Of course it bloody well is! 😄

I had another great shoot with David.

I and David get on very well and we always have a fun and productive shoot.

This time we met at the local station near the studio, then he drove us to shoot at Barlow Studios, which was the first time there for me.

It is always great working with David and I can wholeheartedly recommend him.

I hope to see and shoot with David again :)

It was my first time working with David and it was so much fun. We had talked before the shoot and David said he would bring along some outfits to fit his ideas. I loved what he brought along. We shot a big mix of things actually. My favourite had to be the Egyptian look with the cat statues. He was so much fun to work with he even treated me to lunch after which i thought was really nice. He then drove me back to the train station as i was heading home. I would definitely love to work with him again next time im in the area and i would recommend him to everyone. Thanks so much for everything and for a fab and fun shoot.

I have shot with David a handful of times by now and we had another Great Shoot during one of my Studio Days, but this time at Two Wei. I always love shooting with David and our chats in our breaks.

Me and David shot a variety in the time that we had and since the house is so big at Two Wei, we had endless options.

I look forward to seeing the results :)

David is very kind, and always well prepared with an itinerary of looks he wishes to achieve per shoot, which always makes things run smoothly, while still allowing for personal/model input to get the best out of every set.

I had a great second shoot with David.

David is professional, friendly, funny, creative, outgoing and a complete pleasure to shoot with, as well as talk within our breaks.

He brought everything we needed which I love! A prepared photographer and model create great images, as well as us allowing our creativity to flow with the endless options that we have to choose from.

As a model, I will always bring a massive suitcase to my studio days, so I wholeheartedly appreciate Davids efforts, dedication and creativity.

David picked me up at one of my local stations today and we drove to our outdoor location, which was a beautiful outdoor location with ruins.

We shot fashion-art nude and even got the isis wings out! ;)

David is also a great lookout and can make sure to bring a coat if you will be shooting outdoors if needed to cover up from the art nude posing- if any random people may appear.

I hope me and David get the opportunity to shoot again.

I had my second shoot with David at Dolphin Studio and what a surprise splash that was! I wondered why it was called dolphin studio and yep it has a pool!

David always has fun ideas and this time it was to shoot me in the water, so of course I was up for that!

We honestly had so much fun shooting! I couldn't recommend David enough, he is such a lovely man with a great character and so many ideas. Its always a fun and creative day with David :)
