This was my first shoot with Birgit, four hours working in my home studio, shooting a mix of her genres from Fashion to Art Nude.

Pre shoot communication was first rate and efficient and Birgit arrived on time and with a neatly arranged selection of outfits to fill the time and more.

Working with Birgit is an experience not to be missed. Besides her striking looks, she is highly creative and thoroughly professional and able to shoot a very broad range of genres.

She is intelligent, articulate and, above all, a real pleasure to work with.

I booked Birgit on the4 simple intensity of her gaze. I wasn't wrong: but there's so much more to her.

The details of poses, and the minutiae of accessories: things that I know models do better than I ever could, and she has them down to a fine art.

Anandarupa wrote about a 'concentrated and light-hearted' approach: that describes Birgit's way of doing things to perfection. She's also straightforward and utterly honest - about herself, about the results, about what she likes. Such truthfulness and introspection are rare, and to be valued very highly.

I want to work with her again! It's as simple as that. Any photographic venture with Birgit will be both an adventure, and highly productive. And, of course, very enjoyable!

I also have to mention the wafer biscuit she gave me with a half-time cup of tea. It's wonderful (I'd say 'was' but it was also big, and I have some to enjoy tomorrow, as I edit images!)

Yesterday I had a great shoot with Birgit, it was our third shoot and as before it was most enjoyable and very productive.

Not only did we get the images that I had planned but also Birgit brought her own ideas and style along so that we get even more great images to choose from.

Had my first shoot with Birgit this afternoon and it certainly won’t be my last , what a truly amazing model and person so passionate about her art and life in general . Pre comms were spot on and we shot a couple of sets of art nude in outdoor locations and finished the shoot indoors . Pose after pose shot after shot nailed it . Birgit is a model that can easily do all genres and always adds great input to the shoot - the 4 hrs flew by - thank you again and till the next time

What an absolute dream Birgit is to work with from her superb communication and incredible posing I knew from my last shoot with this talented model I would once again walk away with gold! and that is exactly what I did.

Birgit as you can see from her portfolio is an outstanding model her ability to create a mood or emotion is incredible and a real gift you simply can't go wrong as a photographer you just need to aim and capture the moment I am delighted with what I captured and can't thank her and partner enough for their hospitality and support I can't wait to go through the images and add them to my portfolio.

I will definately be working with Birgit again as time just flew by! I could of shot for the whole day and still Birgit would of had another pose or idea! thanks again to be continued!

Working with Birgit was everything that I hoped it would be. :-)

I contacted Birgit with a specific idea in mind. I wanted to use her unique look and style to try and create some iconic edgy/moody black and white images in the style of Helmut Newton. From my first invitation Birgit was enthusiastic and excited and I found this to be wonderfully positive - always a good sign when working with a model for the very first time. I chose The Factory because of its wonderful modernist style and excellent stylish furnishings - just perfect for the style of images I was seeking to create.

Birgit turned up early for the shoot, which was a bonus, and from the very first we hit it off. After a quick cup of tea and a review of Birgit's outfits and the locations, we went straight into it and hammered through a number of amazing sets.

Throughout the shoot I felt that we were working very much together, bouncing ideas and reviewing the BoC images to see what we both liked and what could be improved.

In summary, my time with Birgit flew by, the images created are brilliant and my only regret is that we didn't have more time together. Still - there's always a next time.

If you are looking for a true professional who is committed to creating art and who is willing to throw herself into the task with all her energy then I would recommend Birgit without reservation.

First thing I must say is that Birigit is one of those exceptional ladies who stands out in a crowd. I collected her from the station and simply couldn't miss her, she just shon in the throng of people leaving the station exit.

I had been wanting to shoot with Birgit for many months, and finally got it to fit with my diary. Birgit was superb company even driving to my home studio, fabulous conversation and company throughout the shoot, and until I finally had to take her back to the station.

Birgit arrived with the outfits exactly as we had planned for the shoot, her pre comms are perfect quick professional responses with clear understanding

We shot a range of styles exactly as planned,she poses naturally including fabulous range of expressions, but also adapts easily to direction.

We have some fabulous images and already have the next shoot booked, I simply can't wait to spend more time with this exceptional lady.

I thoroughly recommend all photographers to work with Birgit, as you will get fabulous images, but more than that have a fabulous time in her company

Birgit was well prepared, even we made the arrangement several weeks ago. I very much like well-organized models, and Birgit certainly is. My ideas and wishes suddenly became a reality in my camera, some also spiced with her friendly suggestions. Birgit is open-minded, flexible and very eager to give the best results possible. No rush for the next scenario, she wanted it to be perfect - and so did I. Her personality and friendliness was overwhelming, I really felt comfortable. Some ideas pop up when you are at the location, and this was not a problem at all - every ideas was accepted with a big smile on her face.

I had my first shoot today with Birgit. She is a lovely host and brilliant model.

She is incredibly striking with her alabaster skin, lovely hair, piercing green eyes and cover girl looks. But what makes her such a great model is her engagement with the photographer and the creative process. She is energetic and enthusiastic, enjoys trying new themes, and has a sharp eye for composition, details and lighting. She is also incredibly photogenic making it so easy to get really strong images.

I greatly enjoyed our shoot today, thanks Birgit! Highly recommended!

This was my second shoot with Birgit and what a most enjoyable shoot it was.

Starting of with a simple image idea it was great developing that into several sets based on a theam, perfecting each one before moving into the next set. This is the joy of working with Birgit, you always end up with many great images that you can choose from, what a great problem to have 😃

This was my second shoot with Birgit and this time my good friend Ray Middleton joined me in a "Share a Shoot"

The three of us discussed what we wanted to achieve and after a brief "getting to know you" for Ray we stated our shoot. We decided we would shoot Nude, Implied, and something new for Ray and myself, some Fashion shots.

Needless to say Birgit is expert in all these fields. Everything went perfectly and we had several breaks and laughed and chatted which gave us all a relaxed day

Throughout the shoot Birgit was giving good advice on improving our shots which is always helpful.

I urge any photographer who hasn't had the pleasure of shooting with Birgit to do so ASAP.

It couldn't have got a worse start on Sunday. alreaqdy it was torrential rain and it had to be Henley regatta weekend. I had not Birgit so I had a picture in my mind and was looking for anyone with long hair and possibly a suitcase. This was made difficult with lots of young people on the platform awaiting to alight the train for Henley. Eventually we met and from that moment on it just got better.

Birgit was very relaxed, chatty and interesting. I asked her about her home life, what she did, where she came from. We eventually started the shoot an hour behind schedule however she didn't worry about the time. I was shooting alongside my friend John (JS Photos). We discussed what we would like Birgit to do and she was happy for everything. She added to the shoot with suggestions on how we could improve the image and all in all, it was a great shoot.

I would recommend Birgit anytime and because we ran out of time, there is scope for another shoot or two :)

She confidently presented herself, perfectly aligning with the styles on the mood board.
