I had a location shoot planned but the weather was looking...very typically British. Increasingly worried about the forecast I contacted Dan and asked if it would be okay to use the studio as a standby, with the location shoot remaining the primary.

Long story short, he couldn't have been more helpful and although my location shoot went ahead as planned it was a real stress reliever to know I had an alternative.

Shooting in BEWT soon and will no doubt be leaving a similarly enthusiastic reference.

This studios is, without doubt, one of the most amazing places for photography. It is a rather complex and Aladdin-cave like place. Being a former bank and now a listed building very close to the Welsh Assembly in Cardiff, it possess enormous potential and is full of exciting possibilities, albeit only time and effort is needed to make it truly unique. The only way to gauge it is to pay it a visit and ask Dan, to show you around.

Definitely highly recommended and a place I'd be very happy to work in again and again.

Had my first shoot in the BEWT studios the other day and I loved it! There was a variety of different props and set ups. It's definitely somwhere I'd consider going to again!

Had yet another shoot at the fantastic BEWT today!

I utterly love this versatile, interesting studio and always have a great time shooting there! Clean, tidy, well equipped, with an insane amount of props and sets to use, the absolutely lovely owner Dan is always on hand with a friendly smile, word of advice if needed and a hearty cup of tea! It's become a real hub of creativity and I always come away with a big smile.

BEWT seems to be ever changing, growing and expanding every time I shoot there and I can't wait to see it go from strength to strength! Thanks for another fab shoot, BEWT!

Just wrapped another shoot at the fantastic BEWT Studios.

I can't say enough positive things about this brilliant venue and recommend it to anyone in search of a cool space to shoot. Incredibly diverse, you won't find many studios with its own bank vault! And with three different studios AS WELL as a grand upstairs hall, an insanely ecclectic amount of props, clothes, lights, backdrops, photography equipment and with very reasonable booking rates (with a discount for models I might add!), you really need to shoot at BEWT at least once.

Not to mention the lovely owner of BEWT, Dan, who seems to bend over backwards to help you get set up, troubleshoot if you're new to studio work or offer a friendly word of advice. Dan has made or salvaged an awful lot of the props and furniture in the studio himself (including the gorgeous stone bath that got me my first FPI) and his cheery, friendly attitude makes everyone that steps inside the studio instantly feel welcome! He also makes a fantastic cup of tea!

Ladies and gentlemen, book a shoot at BEWT - the place is downright brilliant and it's safe to say that when you do, it'll speak for itself!

This studio has oodles of space with a few different rooms to use - has a fab bath and a few other cool props. The owner was cool and was helpful when needed and when not didn't hang around ogling etc to make my model uncomfortable as I have had at a certain other studios in the past. Pretty good location too with parking available and just round corner from train station .

Dan worked hard to help photographers get the most out of the wide array of equipment and props available at the studio.

The studio itself is excellent, and I would definitely recommend it for any photographers looking for a venue.

Worked in Bewt Studio a few times now, as model, MUA and photographer and now in the future a part of the amazing team. The team helped me set up for shoots and gave advice to help with photographs. Fallen in love with Studio two, specially the bath, but studio one is the one i use the most. Well furbished, loads of space and offers for tea and coffee? What could be any better? Oh wait.....the hats

Had another shoot at BEWT today and as always was a great day, all equipment set up and ready to use if needed. And seeing the whole studio develop and grow is really great. Will continue to use this studio as it has such good versatility.

Overdue reference for a superb studio space. Great choice of backdrops and different looks for all sorts of shoot. Dan is a really nice guy and is always around to help out whenever you need without being obtrusive. Have been twice now and will definitely go again. Recommended to all.

I had a tremendously fun shoot with Meeoko at BEWTstudios. It really is quite a place with several unique opportunities that allow you to exercise your creativity. Dan was on hand throughout to help if necessary, which was a real bonus as we got to grips with some of the idiosyncrasies of this hugely interesting space.

I hope I get to visit this studio again soon.

Fabulous new studio in Cardiff Bay with lots of potential. We used Studio 1 which had a traditional setup, but then also an 'alt' area that we were free to use that has some quirky and interesting features. Dan is friendly, very helpful and communicated extremely well both pre-shoot and on the day. Can't wait to shoot in Studio 2 sometime!

I had a shoot with Lanes Photography at BEWT studios - this was my second ever studio shoot - and I absolutely loved it!

Upon arrival, I was made to feel very welcome by the lovely Dan, who is friendly and easy to talk to. We were shown around the venue - so many varied places to shoot within the building - it is fantastic!!

Tea and coffee were available whenever we needed refreshment, and the facilities were great. The loos were well posh!! :)

The studio was super - totally not what I expected - very quirky and lots of possibilities and character. There were outfits and props available, if we needed anything. I soon felt quite at home!

Both Dan and Dionne are very lovely people indeed - very professional, discrete, and respectful. I'm really pleased to have met them!

I whole-heartedly recommend this studio - and I'm looking forward to working here again at some point! Thank you very much! :)

What can I say, a fantastic experience all round. Dan is the perfect host, is on hand to help and advise but is discrete when clients are shooting. I really love the space and variety of facilities on offer. Communications are spot on and most importantly, prompt! Tea and coffee is plentiful and the studios are full of quirky accessories.

BEWT Studios come highly recommended and I will definitely be booking in the future. A massive thank you to the staff :-) :-) :-)

Doubletop

Had my first shoot at BEWT Studio today, visited the Studio a couple of months back but what a transformation has taken place since then. I used Studio 2, and was pleased with what I shot.

I would recommend the Studio to all you creatives as there is so much scope you will be amazed.
